Catherine Wilder's Imprisonment[]

Having confessed to the killing of Darius Davis, Catherine Wilder was imprisoned in the Los Angeles Women's Penitentiary, ending up in the same place where she had sent countless women over the course of her career as an attorney. She was visited by her husband Geoffrey, to whom she insisted that the decision she had made was the right one, and asked him to convey a message to their son Alex so he would come and see her as well.
Alex did indeed visited his mother, but the conversation quickly became tense because of Catherine's crimes and Alex's unwillingness to forget and forgive what her mother had done. Catherine expressed guilt at the idea of the example she had set for her son and promised him that she would make amends so that the Wilders could be a family again, but Alex refused to listen and angrily left.

Upon being brought back into her cell, Catherine found herself ambushed by three other inmates, including Shark, who had been convicted and sentenced to jail because of Catherine. As they threatened her, Catherine offered to work for them and tried to bring her influence and wealth into play, but the inmates were not interested, and mortally stabbed Catherine after revealing that they had been paid off by Tamar. Catherine's bloody body was abandoned in her cell and was quickly discovered, after which news of her death was reported.[1]
