Staff Sergeant Logan was a non-commissioned officer within the United States Marine Corps.
Biography[]
Together with Smith, Logan was tasked to guard Carl Creel's cell after his detainment in Potomac Plaza. They checked on him and thought he had escaped when really Creel had absorbed the properties of his glass cell. Logan was attacked and killed by Creel once they went inside.[1]
