"Eons ago, before the TVA, a Variant of myself lived on Earth in the 31st Century. He was a scientist and he discovered that there were universes stacked on top of his own. At the same time, other versions of us were learning the same thing."

Victor Timely was a blue reptilian humanoid who accessed the Multiverse and found many Variants of himself. Some of these Variants rose up against the others to conquer the Multiverse and started a war. This war eventually concluded with a Variant named He Who Remains isolating the timelines.

Called To a Meeting

Timely regained access to the Multiverse upon He Who Remains' demise and was called in by the Council of Kangs to discuss what the humans discovery of the Multiverse could mean for them.
