Firearms are portable weapons able to propel one or more projectiles driven by the action of an explosive force. They see heavy use by members of different military forces, government agencies, police departments and clandestine organizations.

Handguns

American Tactical Imports FS9 Sport

The American Tactical Imports FS9 Sport is an import only variant of the TİSAŞ Zigana semi-automatic pistol.

One of the Russian thugs that kept a kidnapped boy hostage at the Troika Restaurant tried to use this gun against the man in the mask when he came to rescue the boy. The man was able to disarm him and used the gun to pistol whip the thug.

Arsenal Strike One

The Arsenal Strike One is a short-recoil semi-automatic pistol.

Lance Hunter brought Kebo a full crate of these weapons in order to gain his trust and become a member of Grant Ward's HYDRA cell, as a way to approach and kill Ward. Many of Ward's operatives were issued these weapons, and took them when Hunter attacked Ward inside his headquarters.

Auto-Ordnance M1911A1

The Auto-Ordnance M1911A1 is single-action semi-automatic pistol.

Some of the Policia Militar del Perú soldiers under Camilla Reyes' command were armed with these handguns, using them first to point at Phil Coulson and his team of agents, and later in shootout against the guerrilla.

Melinda May took an Auto-Ordnance M1911A1 from a disarmed soldier from the Policia Militar del Perú in Llactapata when the soldiers began to surround them, and used to aim at the rest of soldiers before Phil Coulson cleared up the situation.

Beretta 90two

The Beretta 90two is a semi-automatic pistol and an enhanced version of the Beretta 92 series.

Ulysses Klaue arms himself

Ulysses Klaue used this gun as his personal sidearm, but it was taken and dismantled by Pietro Maximoff to prevent him from using it.

Beretta 92FS

The Beretta 92FS is a semi-automatic pistol with an enlarged hammer pin to stop the slide from flying off the frame to the rear in case it cracked.

It is one of the standard of the United States Armed Forces, and Glenn Talbot used it to try to kill Phil Coulson when Coulson attacked him to escape from Providence base. Lance Hunter and Isabelle Hartley also carried them when posed as soldiers to kidnap Glenn Talbot while saving him from Carl Creel, and were also carried by the marines assigned to watch over Creel's cell at the Government Storage Warehouse. Talbot also personally held Coulson at gunpoint as he and his men investigated the Playground following its destruction, listening to Coulson and ultimately standing down and letting him leave once Aida started killing his own men.

It is also one of the standard sidearms of the New York City Police Department. The police officers that were dispatched to Harlem when Abomination went on a rampage tried to stop him using their weapons, to no avail.

Some of the police officers stationed at the 15th Precinct Police Station drew their weapons when Kilgrave compelled them to threaten each other when he went to prevent Jessica Jones from going to prison and confess her love for her.

Private security agents of Lloyd Rathman's suburban neighborhood also carried the Beretta 92FS, and Skye easily disarmed one of them when she entered into Rathman's house, using it to menace the security guards until she tied both up.

S.H.I.E.L.D. kept one of these weapons at the armory of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Crater Investigation Site near Puente Antiguo.

Some of the HYDRA operatives in Grant Ward's cell had obtained these weapons, and kept them at their main warehouse until they were forced to abandon it because of Lance Hunter's attack.

The security guards inside Seagate Prison carried these handguns as their service weapon. Trevor Slattery managed to retrieve one of them from a deceased guard when Jackson Norriss infiltrated into the prison to kidnap him. Slattery used the gun to threaten him, only for Norriss to easily disarm him and kidnap Slattery at gunpoint.

One of the russian thugs working with Sergei carried this weapon while holding Claire Temple hostage inside the Veles Taxi Garage. Once the man in the mask arrived to rescue Temple, he tried to shoot at the masked man, but he ran out of ammo and was rendered unconscious.

Hank, the bodyguard that Kilgrave hired during his stay at the former Jones Residence, carried a Beretta 92FS as his service weapon. He drew it to protect Kilgrave when Jessica Jones drugged and kidnapped him, but he was shot by Will Simpson.

Security guards stationed at Metro-General Hospital also carried these handguns. One of them tried to shoot at Jessica Jones when Kilgrave enthralled the entire hospital to find and kill her.

Ray Schoonover pulled a Beretta 92FS he kept at home in order to threaten Karen Page, who had visited him to interview him regarding Frank Castle's whereabouts. Once he realized that Page had correctly figured out he was the Blacksmith, Schoonover threatened her with the gun, ordering her to go to her car and drive.

Domingo Colon took a pair of these handguns in an attempt to kill Diamondback. He and his men engaged in shootout against Diamondback's men and despite killing many of them, Diamondback managed to get his own bulletproof battle suit, and killed Colon and all his men.

Members of the Gnucci Crime Family assembled one of these guns in order to chase the men that had just robbed them. However, they were ambushed by Frank Castle, and while they began to shoot blindly, Castle managed to kill them all.

Lewis Wilson kept his army service pistol when leaving the United States Army, even sleeping with it despite his severe Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. Due to this, while experience a nightmare, he instinctively grabbed his weapon and shot at his father Clay Wilson, believing him to be an intruder. Fortunately, he missed the shot, and his father ran to embrace him.
A few days later, Wilson, having killed O'Connor, considered committing suicide, even placing his gun inside his mouth.
Wilson then issued his handgun with a silencer, in order to stage an attack on Senator Stan Ori. He killed Isaac Lange in his apartment and used his gear to infiltrate the hotel, killing four Anvil operatives before losing his gun against Frank Castle.

A couple of thugs working for Mac Gargan drew their weapons when they were ambushed by Spider-Man in the Staten Island Ferry. They were unable to fire, as Spider-Man quickly disabled them.

FBI agents issued with these handguns prepared a mission in order to intercept a weapons sale inside the Staten Island Ferry. Unaware that the vigilante Spider-Man was present and also wanted to apprehend the criminals, the federal agents drew their weapons upon him once he had incapacitated most of the criminals. They quickly opened fire on Vulture once he revealed himself, to no avail, as he resorted to use one of his Chitauri weapons to attack them.

Beretta 92FS Compact

The Beretta 92FS Compact is a smaller version of the Beretta 92FS semi-automatic pistol.

Luca Russo carried it as his sidearm when he attempted to kill Phil Coulson and Grant Ward, only to be killed by Melinda May, who had recently escaped from being tortured at Russo's hands.

Beretta 92FS Inox

The Beretta 92FS Inox is a version of the Beretta 92FS semi-automatic pistol with some of its parts, such as the barrel, the slide or the trigger made in stainless steel.

The Winter Soldier carried this gun during his mission to assassinate Howard Stark. He shot at one of the wheel's of Stark's car, causing an accident, and then proceeded to kill both Stark and his wife Maria with his hands in order to make it pass as an actual accident. Once the couple was dead and he had retrieved the Super Soldier Serum that Stark was carrying, the Winter Soldier used his gun again to destroy a nearby security camera which recorded the incident.

James Rhodes obtained one of them from one of the guards at Aldrich Killian's Mansion when he managed to escape from capture despite having lost the Iron Patriot Armor. He used it to kill some guards inside the mansion, to threaten Trevor Slattery and to confront many Extremis Soldiers during the Battle on the Norco.

The Russian thugs working for the Ranskahov brothers in one of their hideouts dragged these handguns when the man in the mask attacked one of their drug deliveries. They came out of the hideout to find that the two Russian drivers had already been knocked unconscious, and started to shoot at the masked man, only to kill the Chinese drug runner that was waiting in the taxi.

The uniformed security guards at Pym Technologies Headquarters were issued with this weapon. They used them to try to kill Ant-Man following Darren Cross' orders.

Darren Cross shoots at Ant-Man

Darren Cross took one of these guns from one of his security guards while trying to escape from Pym Technologies Headquarters. He began to shoot at a swarm of Ants, hoping to kill Ant-Man, and he managed to kill Ant-Man's steed, Ant-thony.

Some of the mercenaries working for Crossbones carried these weapons while attacking the Institute for Infectious Diseases in Lagos. They opened fire on the security staff of the facility, and also attempted to kill the Avengers when they intervened in order to stop Rumlow.

Beretta 1934

The Beretta 1934 is a compact, semi-automatic pistol chambered for the .380 ACP caliber.

Sasha Demidov carries out an assassination

Sasha Demidov carried it as his weapon of choice, customizing it with a suppressor for covert killings. It was the handgun he used to kill Colleen O'Brien in her apartment and in an attempt to kill Peggy Carter shortly after. He also used it to kill several mob bosses while tracking the Nitramene stolen by Leet Brannis.

Miles Van Ert also carried one of these handguns when he secretly synthesized Nitramene for Leet Brannis at the Roxxon Refinery. He carried it to check upon a noise in case it had been caused by an intruder, but he was disabled by Peggy Carter.

Beretta Cheetah

The Beretta Cheetah is a compact blowback operated semi-automatic pistol.

Clint Barton resorted to use one of these guns to confront Pietro Maximoff at Avengers Tower, shooting it to the glass floor below Maximoff and making him fall to the floor below.

Beretta Px4 Storm

The Beretta Px4 Storm is a light-weight semi-automatic pistol usually using the 9x19mm Parabellum caliber.

Sergei carried it while torturing Claire Temple inside the Veles Taxi Garage. Once the man in the mask arrived to rescue Temple, Sergei took the gun and tried to shoot at the masked man, but he ended up holding Temple at gunpoint in an attempt to escape. However, the masked man disarmed him and broke his arm before knocking him unconscious.

Some members of the Kitchen Irish raided local establishments with the purpose of finding Frank Castle, who had taken Finn Cooley's money as a bait while killing other gang members. They used this handgun to terrorize a bar owner into revealing Castle's whereabouts.

Browning Hi-Power

The Browning Hi Power is a single-action, semi-automatic handgun available in 9mm and .40 S&W calibers.

The guards inside the Todorov Building in Belarus carried this gun as their standard firearm, and Grant Ward obtained one of these pistols when he infiltrated the facility.

It was also the standard sidearm of the Sokovian Police Department, whose officers used during the Battle of Sokovia. One of them accidentally shot Quicksilver while trying to defend a group of civilians.

CAA Tactical RONI-SI1

The CAA Tactical RONI-SI1 is a Grip Pod added to a handgun to help stabilize it and increase its range and accuracy.

S.H.I.E.L.D. kept many of these weapons at their armory inside the Playground, and they were issued to some technicians when Phil Coulson wanted to interrogate Alphonso Mackenzie in the moments prior to the Attack on the Playground, as Coulson suspected that Mackenzie may be a traitor.

Claridge Hi-Tec

The Claridge Hi-Tec is a unique semi-automatic pistol with telescopic bolt design, a tubular upper receiver and button rifled match barrels.

It was one of the weapons presented by Justin Hammer to the United States Armed Forces in order to weaponize the War Machine Armor out of a decommissioned Iron Man Armor. James Rhodes then ordered Hammer to integrate it along with the rest of weapons he presented.

Colt M1911A1

The Colt M1911A1 is a single-action, semi-automatic pistol that uses the .45 ACP cartridge, and is the longest serving service pistol in the world and the United States of America. The Colt M1911A1 was the standard sidearm of the United States Armed Forces during decades, since World War I to the early 1990s.

Captain America loads his M1911

During World War II, Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes were issued M1911A1 pistols as their sidearms. Rogers first took one of them in an unauthorized mission to liberate Barnes in a HYDRA facility in Austria, and continued to use it during the rest of the war.

Peggy Carter chose this pistol from the arsenal at the Strategic Scientific Reserve Headquarters, and used it to shoot at Rogers, testing the resistance of a Vibranium Shield he was carrying. Some years later, Carter obtained another from one of the Maggia members that were sent back to the desert to recapture her and Edwin Jarvis, using it to threaten the two goons and escape in the van where they had previously been kept as hostages.

Once Rogers formed a special unit to attack HYDRA and its facilities all over Europe, Rogers and Barnes used their guns to kill multiple HYDRA operatives and destroy the facilities. During their last mission together, Barnes resorted to use it during the capture of Arnim Zola, when he ran out of ammunition in his primary weapon.

Also, Robert Gonzales' father used a Colt M1911A1, using it and surviving the war. He came to believe that the gun was able to find the right target at the right time, and told his son so when he gave him the gun.

Shortly after the war, the pistol became highly popular, and became Happy Sam Sawyer's weapon of choice, who customized it with a suppressor. He used it during the infiltration mission into a facility in the Soviet Union, to kill some of the guards inside and during a shootout against Leviathan soldiers, until running out of ammunition.

Ray Krzeminski, agent of the Strategic Scientific Reserve stationed in New York City, also carried this gun as his sidearm, while investigating the Nitramene sell-out in La Martinique, and while investigating an anonymous tip that pointed that Howard Stark's missing technology was inside a boat called The Heartbreak.

Dottie Underwood threatens a bank manager

During the Infiltration into the Red Room Academy, Johann Fennhoff took the gun of Mike Li, who had just been killed by Eva. When his ally, Nikola took Happy Sam Sawyer hostage and attempted to use him as a bargaining tool, Fennhoff was forced to execute his friend with a single bullet to the heart.

Dottie Underwood carried this handgun in an attempt to commit a robbery at the Bowery Savings Bank, threatening the bank manager with it.

Once he was appointed Chief of the Strategic Scientific Reserve in New York City, Jack Thompson traded his revolver for this handgun. He used it to thwart a robbery and apprehend Dottie Underwood at the Bowery Savings Bank, threatening Underwood's henchmen with his gun.

Rufus Hunt carried this handgun as his service weapon when acting as the chief of security inside the Arena Club.

Joseph Manfredi threatens Jason Wilkes

Joseph Manfredi carried one of these handguns as his personal sidearm, using it to shoot at the van where Jason Wilkes escaped during a hostage exchange, and to threaten Edwin Jarvis and Peggy Carter, capturing all of them in the desert. Whitney Frost previously borrowed Manfredi's gun to shoot Ana Jarvis in the stomach and buy themselves some time to escape from Howard Stark's Estate. Manfredi also used it to kill in cold blood one of the men working for him when Carter and Jarvis managed to escape from a van where they were kept to use as leverage against Jason Wilkes.

Edwin Jarvis used this handgun to shoot Whitney Frost in cold blood, in revenge for Frost shooting his wife Ana Jarvis. However, thanks to the Zero Matter inside her body, Frost was able to survive unharmed.

Aloysius Samberly was handed one of these guns to hold Jack Thompson at gunpoint at the desert, in a play to fool agents Vega and Blackwell, who were loyal to Vernon Masters.

Agent Blackwell carried one of these guns when he was sent to the desert in order to kill Daniel Sousa and whoever was with him following Vernon Masters' orders. However, Jack Thompson convinced him they would be more valuable alive, so Blackwell did not have to use it.

The goons inside the warehouse where Zodiac was being kept carried these handguns to protect the item, patrolling the hallways when they learnt an intruder had managed to enter inside. Peggy Carter managed to disarm and knock all of them unconscious.

Over the years, Robert Gonzales kept the gun that belonged to his father, and had to use it to kill many HYDRA operatives and retake the Iliad from HYDRA when they revealed its presence within S.H.I.E.L.D.. Once Gonzales openly attacked the S.H.I.E.L.D. faction led by Phil Coulson, he handed the gun to Melinda May explaining that the gun was said to find the right target at the right time, asking her to shoot him him if she honestly believed he was a traitor to S.H.I.E.L.D.

S.H.I.E.L.D. kept one of these weapons at the armory of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Crater Investigation Site near Puente Antiguo.

Nick Fury kept this weapon inside a pistol safe, and retrieved it when he went into hiding to let HYDRA believe that his assassination had been successful.

Glenn Talbot mistakenly threatens his wife

Despite having been replaced as a standard sidearm, Glenn Talbot carried it inside his facility in Washington, D.C. He used it to threaten his wife Carla, believing she was Agent 33, who had just infiltrated his base by mimicking Carla's face.

Mamba carried this gun when he noticed Luke Cage standing in front of Crispus Attucks Complex, and went to threaten him with it. Cage, who was angry due to Pop's death, confronted him, prompting Mamba to even shoot him. However, Mamba was shocked and did not react, so Cage took Mamba's gun and shoot himself in the stomach, with the bullet ricocheting, and making Mamba run scared.

Zip pulled his gun when he was confronted by Luke Cage, who wanted to recover the ring that Zip had stolen from Aisha Axton. Zip shot at Cage, being shocked when the bullets ricocheted from Cage's body, shooting until Cage disarmed him.

Michael carried this gun during a robbery on Willie Gomez together with his partner Bryce. Just as Luke Cage entered into the shop and knocked Bryce down, Michael shot at him, but bullets started to ricochet. Cage then bent the gun before leaving the shop.

Paulie was about to use his handgun to kill Donny Chavez until he was stopped by Lance, who prefered to kill him without leaving bullets as evidence. However, he had to use it as Frank Castle went to stop them from killing Chavez. Paulie missed the shots, and tried to escape, but Castle took the gun for himself and used to kill him. Castle then kept Paulie's gun, carrying it the following day, and using while trying to chase the man who had called him while having breakfast at a diner.

Until he obtained better weapons, Castle kept using the handgun, taking it to ambush David Lieberman inside his hideout, and in his attempts to obtain a weapons cache, first by threatening Turk Barrett for information regarding the weapons, and then to attack Mazur and his gang to obtain some vehicles they needed for the robbery of the weapons.

Colt Mk IV Series 80

The Colt Mk IV Series 80 is single-action, semi-automatic pistol with an internal firing pin safety and a half-cock notch on the sear.

Camilla Reyes had a nickel plated version of this gun with pearl grips as her personal sidearm. She used it against the rebels that surrounded her squad in Llactapata, and to threaten Phil Coulson when she hijacked the Bus.

COP .357 Derringer

The COP .357 Derringer is a 4-shot pistol with a relatively small size and powerful cartridge.

The Winter Soldier carried it in the right thigh custom holster. He tried to use it against Steve Rogers in the streets of Washington, D.C. while he was distracted, but he could not fire as Natasha Romanoff shot a grenade against him.

Desert Eagle Mark XIX

The Desert Eagle Mark XIX is a powerful semi-automatic handgun.

Aito reached for the gun he kept inside his safe to defend himself from Stick when the blind man attacked him to question him about Black Sky. Aito shot at an elevator as the door opened, but it was empty, and Stick cut Aito's hand before he had a chance to shoot him.

Shameek Smith dual-wielded two of these handguns during an ambush at a junkyard together with Dante Chapman and Chico Diaz in order to hijack a weapons sale between Domingo Colon and Cornell Stokes, in order to seize the money. As one of the gang members tried to reach for his gun, Smith and Chapman started to shoot at Stokes' and Colon's men, killing them all. However, out of fear that Chapman would reveal their involvement, Smith used his guns to execute him too.

Crossbones dual-wielded these pistols during an assault on a police station in Nigeria. He was photographed during the attack, and his image wielding the guns appeared in a newspaper photograph.

CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom

The CZ P-07 DUTY is a lighter, polymer-framed variant of the CZ 75 semi-automatic pistol with a decocking lever.

Bryce used this handgun to hold store owner Willie Gomez and Method Man at gunpoint during a robbery together with his partner Michael, and he was quickly knocked down by Luke Cage before having the chance to use the gun.

CZ P-07 Duty

The CZ P-07 DUTY is a compact, polymer-framed variant of the CZ 75 semi-automatic pistol with an improved trigger mechanism.

Cullen, one of the members of the Kitchen Irish that attended the meeting organized by Nesbitt, was forced to draw his weapon, a CZ P07 Duty, when they were shot by Frank Castle. Despite all of them returned the fire, Castle managed to wipe all of them out, with the exception of Grotto.

FN Five-seveN

The FN Five-seveN is a semi-automatic pistol, and the standard side-arm used by HYDRA security officers.

The two agents sent to capture Donnie Gill in Morocco were issued with these handguns, however, before having a chance to shoot, Gill froze one of them and the other escaped instead of engaging Gill. Other operatives, such as the ones that attempted to capture Bobbi Morse and Jemma Simmons at the HYDRA Laboratories, the ones working directly for Toshiro Mori, or the ones that guarded Calvin Zabo when he first explained the nature of the Diviner to Daniel Whitehall, were also issued with these handguns.

Bobbi Morse was issued one during her undercover assignment as head of security, and used it in a shootout against her former subordinates once she had to blow her cover in order to protect Jemma Simmons.

Agent 33 was issued one of these guns and used it during her attempt to kidnap Raina from a S.H.I.E.L.D. Safe House in Vancouver. She continued to use it after leaving HYDRA and joining Grant Ward, such as when they kidnapped Doctor Selwyn.

Daniel Whitehall attempts to kill Calvin Zabo

Daniel Whitehall personally carried one of these handguns, and he grabbed it during S.H.I.E.L.D.'s attack on the Ponce de León Theater. He attempted to kill Calvin Zabo with the gun, but was unable to fire as he was killed by Phil Coulson.

Skye also obtained a FN Five-seveN when she was kidnapped and taken to the Ponce de León Theater in Puerto Rico. She used it to shoot at Grant Ward and to threaten both her father and Raina moments after her liberation.

Grant Ward began to use it following his recovery from being shot in Puerto Rico, being the gun that Agent 33 was carrying when she saved him.

Lance Hunter also used one of these guns when posing as a mercenary hired by HYDRA to rescue Sunil Bakshi.

FN Five-seveN USG

The FN Five-seveN USG is a variant of the FN Five-seveN semi-automatic pistol, outfitted with several improvements over the original version. It became standard side-arm used by HYDRA operatives after its apparent demise, even within the Framework.

Many HYDRA operatives carried these weapons, including the ones who were sent by Gideon Malick to kill Grant Ward, and the ones sent to finish off Phil Coulson after Rosalind Price was killed.

Grant Ward took one of these weapons from one of the men sent by Gideon Malick to kill him, using it to kill all of them but one, who was tortured with the weapon into revealing the location of Wolfgang von Strucker's vault.

Phil Coulson took one of these weapons from one of the men sent to finish him off when Rosalind Price was killed. He managed to use it to defend himself and kill many of the operatives that attacked him, until Alphonso Mackenzie successfully extracted him.

Alisha Whitley carried one of these handguns to protect herself, and once she was swayed by Hive, she used to ambush Lincoln Campbell. As she fought both Campbell and Melinda May, Whitley ended up killing one of her own duplicates before trying to kill May, only to be stopped by Phil Coulson.

Melinda May carried this handgun as her standard issue sidearm as a member of HYDRA, using it to threaten prisoners such as Vijay Nadeer, to chase Daisy Johnson within the Triskelion when she was revealed as a traitor to HYDRA, or to escape with Johnson when May herself defected from the organization, killing many HYDRA agents to do so.

Grant Ward carried this handgun as his standard issue sidearm as a member of HYDRA, using it to confront Jemma Simmons when she first arrived into the Framework and kill a HYDRA guard to ensure her escape. He kept the gun as his sidearm when storming into Ogygia or The Bakshi Report studio, but did not ended up using it.

Daisy Johnson carried this handgun as her standard issue sidearm as a member of HYDRA, using it Grant Ward when she met with Jemma Simmons from the first tim within the Framework. She took another one when she was freed from imprisonment in the Triskelion by Melinda May, killing many HYDRA agents to escape.

Jemma Simmons and Phil Coulson took two handguns from the Quinjet they used to travel to Ogygia with Grant Ward. Both of them used it to threaten Holden Radcliffe but had to hide when Madame Hydra and Leo Fitz arrived to the island. Coulson even used it to open fire on HYDRA members to escape after Fitz killed Agnes Kitsworth, and kept the gun for a subsequent mission to hijack a HYDRA prison transport.

Leo Fitz grabbed a gun from one of his men when they traveled to Ogygia to interrogate Holden Radcliffe, and only to prove Radcliffe wrong about him, he killed Agnes Kitsworth in cold blood. He grabbed another gun from a soldier to threaten Jemma Simmons due to she having killed his father Alistair, and was only prevented from doing so by Radcliffe himself.

Holden Radcliffe, who was being held hostage by Leo Fitz, managed to obtain a gun from a HYDRAsoldier while Fitz was about to execute Jemma Simmons. Holding him at gunpoint, he started to apologize and told Fitz not to blame himself as he pushed him to the exit of the Framework.

FN FNX-45 Tactical

The FN FNP-45 Tactical is a polymer framed semi-automatic pistol.

One of the Bahraini gangsters under Katya Belyakov's control used this gun to pose as kidnapping her, in order to allow her mother Eva to retreat from the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents that wanted to capture her.

FNX-45 Tactical

The FNX-45 Tactical is a polymer framed semi-automatic pistol.

Sharon Carter used this pistol as her weapon of choice. She carried it when she stormed into Steve Rogers' apartment in Washington, D.C. when the Winter Soldier shot against Nick Fury, and also used it to threaten Brock Rumlow in an attempt to avoid the launch of the Project Insight Helicarriers.

Sharon Carter reveals herself as an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Rumlow disarmed Carter and took the gun for himself, in order to escape from loyal S.H.I.E.L.D. agents inside the Helicarrier Control Room at the Triskelion.

Glock 17

The Glock 17 is a short-recoil semi-automatic pistol, mainly composed of polymer frames. It was the standard sidearm used by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, before being replaced by the Smith & Wesson M&P.

As such, Nick Fury carried one while he accompanied Tony Stark to his mansion in order to help him overcome his Palladium poisoning by finishing Howard Stark's work. Phil Coulson and a team of agents also carried those weapons when they tried to capture Obadiah Stane, raiding Stark Industries sector 16, and when Coulson prevented a theft in a gas station in New Mexico.

Melinda May carried it during one of her first missions with Phil Coulson as the specialist sent to help him retrieve an item found at the Burkov Mining Facility. She drew it while clearing the facility, without having to use it.

The guards at the S.H.I.E.L.D. Crater Investigation Site near Puente Antiguo used them as their standard weapon, with many of them being disarmed by Thor when he infiltrated into the facility.

Other security personnel stationed at different facilities, such as Maria Hill's Field Office or the Sandbox, also carried these guns as their standard weapon.

The security personnel stationed at the Triskelion were issued with these weapons, using them to defend the technicians at the Insight Launch room when HYDRA revealed its presence within S.H.I.E.L.D.'s ranks.

Some agents also kept it after being replaced, like John Garrett, who carried a Glock 17 pistol as his sidearm grabbing it in anticipation of an ambush when he was tasked to investigate some candidates for the identity of the Clairvoyant.

Eric Savin took one of these weapons to Rose Hill, and used it in an attempt to kill Tony Stark. He missed his shots because Harley Keener threw a snowball to Savin right when he was pulling the trigger.

Some members of the United States Secret Service tried to protect President Matthew Ellis from an assailant using the Iron Patriot Armor. President Ellis himself took the handgun from the floor in an attempt to defend himself, only to be quickly disarmed.

HYDRA operatives also carried this weapon, like the Lead HYDRA Agent who attacked the Iliad. He gathered the ship engineers and held them as hostages during the Battle on the Iliad, threatening them with a Glock 17 to learn the identity of the chief engineer. Tim Maguire stood up as the ship's engineer to protect Alphonso Mackenzie, the actual chief engineer, but when Mackenzie tried to save Maguire's life, the Lead HYDRA Agent simply shoot him and threatened to kill Susanna if Mackenzie did not cooperate.

Other HYDRA members, like the guards from the Centipede Project stationed in Hong Kong, the operatives posing as policemen that attacked Nick Fury in Washington, D.C., the mercenaries that accompanied Marcus Scarlotti when they attacked the United Nations Headquarters, or Agent 33 during S.H.I.E.L.D.'s attack to the Ponce de León Theater, also carried this weapon.

Leo Fitz obtained this handgun from a backpack carried by one of the HYDRA operatives that took him to Maveth. He used it when he discovered that Will Daniels had died, and Hive had possessed his corpse. Despite Fitz shot him many times, the Inhuman managed to survive all the shots. He also borrowed the gun from an agent guarding the door of the room where Holden Radcliffe was being held once he realized that Radcliffe had actually replaced himself with an LMD. Fitz shot it in the forehead, revealing its true nature.

HYDRA operatives working for Gideon Malick also carried these handguns when they infiltrated the Symposium on Alien Contagion in Taiwan, despite the rule of nobody using weapons. They used to threaten Lance Hunter when they found him unconscious, but he was saved by Bobbi Morse and Melinda May.

The Glock 17 is also the standard firearm of law enforcement police departments across the world, such as in Los Angeles, Batesville, New York City, or even the United States Capitol Police

The police officers that were dispatched to Harlem when Abomination went on a rampage tried to stop him using their weapons, to no avail.

Some of the police officers stationed at the 15th Precinct Police Station drew their weapons when Kilgrave compelled them to threaten each other when he went to prevent Jessica Jones from going to prison and confess her love for her.

Sergeant Will Simpson carried this handgun as his service weapon, using it during an assassination attempt against Trish Walker while he was enthralled by Kilgrave, and carrying it for his own black ops missions, such as when he shot Hank while trying to kill Kilgrave, when he killed the two men that Doctor Miklos Kozlov sent to retrieve him, and when he tried to kill Jessica Jones.

Officers dispatched to Cottonmouth's stash houses entered inside with their guns withdrawn, only to find that the attacker was long gone, and left behind both Cottonmouth's knocked out men and money for the officers to be found.

Officers Masterson and Herrera tried to arrest Luke Cage as he was a suspect for Cornell Stokes' murder. Upon realizing it was actually Cage, Masterson approached him weapon ready, but he was knocked out by Cage, who then shielded him as Herrera started shot until cage knocked him out too.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon, especially during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki.

One of the mercenaries working for Ulysses Klaue had one of these guns, and resorted to use it in an attempt to shoot at Ultron and the Avengers, who had began to fight following Ultron's attack on Klaue.

Maria Hill traded her Glock 19 for a Glock 17 when she commanded the Helicarrier with Nick Fury to help with the evacuation of civilians in Sokovia. Hill shot at the Ultron Sentry that managed to crash inside the bridge, until it was ultimately destroyed by Fury.

Several of the security guards at Pym Technologies Headquarters, the rest of Darren Cross' henchmen and the HYDRA operatives set to buy the Yellowjacket Suit were issued with this weapon. They used them to threaten Hank Pym and Hope van Dyne when Cross revealed that he knew about Pym's plan to use Ant-Man to destroy his suit, and in the subsequent shoot-outs to try to kill Ant-Man.

Darren Cross took one of these guns from one of his security guards, with the intention of personally killing Hank Pym. Due to Ant-Man and Hope van Dyne's intervention, Cross was unable to kill him, but he still managed to shoot Pym in the shoulder. A group of Ants disabled Cross' gun, and he was forced to discard it.

Hope van Dyne took one of these guns from one of the security guards holding both her and her father Hank Pym at gunpoint. She tried to dissuade Darren Cross from killing her father, but she was disarmed by one of the guards when Ant-Man stormed into the room and disabled the rest of the guards. Despite van Dyne disabled another guard herself, she could not prevent Cross from shooting Pym in the shoulder.

Some of the mercenaries working for Crossbones carried these weapons while attacking the Institute for Infectious Diseases in Lagos. They opened fire on the security staff of the facility, and also attempted to kill the Avengers when they intervened in order to stop Rumlow. Two of them grabbed their handguns while being chased by Natasha Romanoff, and despite Romanoff managed to obtain one of their guns, one of the mercenaries threatened to release the biological weapon they had just stolen. Romanoff used it to quickly kill one of the mercenaries while Redwing killed the other, managing to secure the biological weapon.

Bucky Barnes took one of this handguns from security staff at the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre Building. Tony Stark prevented him from using it to kill two security guards and engaged Barnes, who shot at Stark at point-blank range. Stark was able to block the bullet with his Iron Man Gauntlet, destroying the handgun with a blast.

Johnny, one of the members of the Kitchen Irish that attended the meeting organized by Nesbitt, was forced to draw his weapon, a Glock 17, when they were shot by Frank Castle. Despite all of them returned the fire, Castle managed to wipe all of them out, with the exception of Grotto.

Carson Wolf used this handgun to threaten David Lieberman while appearing he was chasing him for a crime. However, as Wolf's goal was to kill Lieberman, he fired a warning shot and began to say that Lieberman had a weapon, so he aimed at Lieberman's chest and shot at him, thinking the shot had killed him.
Wolf carried this weapon when he was ambushed by Frank Castle inside his house. Despite he tried to grab it, Castle prevented it and took the weapon right after leaving Wolf unconscious. Castle used the gun to shoot Wolf at his kneecap, but Wolf managed to free himself from his ties and grabbed the gun from Castle, threatening him with it until he realized the gun was empty.

FBI agents issued with these handguns prepared a mission in order to intercept a weapons sale inside the Staten Island Ferry. Unaware that the vigilante Spider-Man was present and also wanted to apprehend the criminals, the federal agents drew their weapons upon him once he had incapacitated most of the criminals. They quickly opened fire on Vulture once he revealed himself, to no avail, as he resorted to use one of his Chitauri weapons to attack them.

Briggs carried this handgun during the Blackout Attack in Miami, where he attacked the party that Elena Rodriguez had attended to. Not knowing she was the Inhuman, he was about to kill The Amazing Mertz until Rodriguez took the gun out of his hands. Phil Coulson then took Briggs's gun to the place where the EMP device was guarded, but did not use it in the ensuing confrontation against the Watchdog guards.

This handgun was carried by one of the gang members protecting Eli Morrow. He held Phil Coulson at gun point with it when Coulson entered the compound to start a plan to defeat Morrow.

Glock 19

The Glock 19 pistol is a compact semi-automatic pistol and a reduced-size variant of the Glock 17. It is the standard sidearm carried by STRIKE.

Brock Rumlow arrests Captain America

Brock Rumlow carried it as his main sidearm during missions. He used it to threaten Steve Rogers, Sam Wilson and Natasha Romanoff in Washington, D.C., right before managing to capture them following a confrontation against the Winter Soldier. Natasha Romanoff was able to obtain one of them when she posed as Councilwoman Hawley inside the Triskelion, using it to threaten Alexander Pierce.

Maria Hill also carried it as her standard sidearm while serving S.H.I.E.L.D., using it when she tried to prevent Loki and Clint Barton from escaping the Joint Dark Energy Mission Facility with the Tesseract, and when she infiltrated the Triskelion with Captain America and Falcon, using it to threaten the agents stationed at the communications room and killing two HYDRA operatives who wanted to enter the room.

Bobbi Morse dual-wielded a Glock 19 alongside her standard Smith & Wesson M&P pistol during the Battle on the Iliad, killing the HYDRA operatives that held Alphonso Mackenzie hostage.

Melinda May's LMD threatened Phil Coulson once she was able to take the Darkhold, realizing it had been her mission all along. As Coulson discovered her true nature, he opened fire to kill him in order to fulfill her mission, but the shot was deflected by Quake's powers.

It is also one of the standard weapons of the New York City Police Department, and Brett Mahoney carried it as his service weapon. He resorted to use it to threaten the man in the mask when he ran into him while responding to a duty call in a warehouse that was suffering a major fire, and also when he encountered the same man as Daredevil, right after he re-captured Wilson Fisk in an alley. This time, believing that he was not a criminal, Mahoney put the gun down and proceeded to arrest Fisk.

Other officers, such as Officer Saunders and Sergeant Silva, used their sidearms to shoot at the Chitauri army during the Battle of New York

Detective Oscar Clemons pulled his service weapon against Jessica Jones when he received a video that seemingly incriminated Jones in the beating of a man. Unbeknownst to him, Jones herself sent him the video to summon him to the Decommissioned CDC Facility in Brooklyn. With Trish Walker's help, Jones disarmed and handcuffed him to make him witness Kilgrave's powers.

Jeri Hogarth obtained Oscar Clemons' handgun when she escaped from the Decommissioned CDC Facility as Kilgrave killed his mother and broke free of his cell. She threatened to shoot Kilgrave in the street, but Kilgrave simply commanded her to throw the gun away and let him board her car.

Some of the many police officers from the New York City Police Department that Kilgrave gathered for his final showdown against Jessica Jones carried these handguns as their service weapons, and they opened fire against Jones following Kilgrave's orders.

A couple of police officers pursued a group of robbers into a church, where they had taken a girl hostage. They entered with their guns ready, but they found that the robbers had already been knocked out.

Rafael Scarfe grabbed his sidearm when an argument with Cornell Stokes escalated into a confrontation. Scarfe tried to shoot him, but they struggled for control of the handgun. Stokes ended up grabbing it, and shot Scarfe a couple of times, hitting him in the stomach and legs, and severely injuring him before leaving him behind.

Misty Knight pulled her handgun when Willis Stryker shot at Luke Cage inside Harlem's Women Clinic. Knight retaliated with her gun, but when Stryker entered inside the clinic, she lost her gun and was taken hostage. Stryker threatened Knight with the gun, but instead of killing her, he knocked her out with it.
She also carried it with her when infiltrating Harlem's Paradise during Mariah Dillard's protest. She tried to ambush Diamondback, but he was able to shoot her in the arm and almost kill her.

Police officers deployed at the Royal Hospitality due to a terrorist attack with the goal of killing Senator Stan Ori carried these handguns while attempting to chase down the responsibles of said attack. Coming across Dinah Madani and Billy Russo at the stairwell, they proceeded to subdue them.

The fake police officers that went to check out a phone call about Frank Castle to the NYPD hotlines carried these weapons as part of their disguise, and used it to threaten Zach Lieberman in order to kidnap him and his mother Sarah.

Albert Rackham carried this handgun as his sidearm while inside Seagate Prison. He resorted to use it to threaten Noah Burstein when he discovered that Burstein intended to save Carl Lucas with his experiments, making him step aside while he tampered with Lucas' tank hoping to kill him.

Some of the Policia Militar del Perú soldiers under Camilla Reyes' command were armed with these handguns, using them first to point at Phil Coulson and his team of agents, and later in shootout against the guerrilla.

Melinda May steals two handguns

Melinda May took a Glock 19 from a disarmed soldier from the Policia Militar del Perú in Llactapata when the soldiers began to surround them, and used to aim at the rest of soldiers before Phil Coulson cleared up the situation.

Sharon Carter was issued with one of these handguns when she joined the CIA, practicing her marksmanship in a shooting range with it.

The Winter Soldier dual-wielded the Glock 19 along with a SIG-Sauer P226R, using them against Captain America during their final confrontation inside one of the Project Insight Helicarriers.

It was also the weapon that one of Vanchat's men in Paris carried while confronting Grant Ward inside their warehouse, though Ward quickly disarmed him.

Natasha Romanoff kept one of these guns hidden in the bar of Avengers Tower, and retrieved it in order to shoot at the Iron Legion drones hijacked by Ultron.

Trish Walker followed a rough martial arts training in order to be able to protect herself. His trainer regularly pulled a Glock 19 on her to make her practice disarming moves. Walker insisted on training without pause until being able to perfectly disarm his trainer.

Herman Schultz carried this handgun during a meeting Aaron Davis in order to sell him some weapons. As he heard a ringing phone, he drew his gun in order to threaten Davis, believing they had set them up. Spider-Man quickly revealed himself, taunting Schultz to shoot at him, and quickly disarming him before he had the chance.

Glock 26

The Glock 26 pistol is a compact semi-automatic pistol and a one the smallest reduced-size variants of the Glock 17, designed especially for concealed carry.

Black Widow threatens Bruce Banner

Natasha Romanoff replaced the Walther PPK/77S for a pair of Glock 26 handguns as her weapon of choice. She had one of them concealed in the abandoned house in India where she staged a meeting with Bruce Banner, and then used both her firearms shortly after to fight the Chitauri army during the Battle of New York. Romanoff continued to used them during her missions with S.H.I.E.L.D., killing some of Georges Batroc's pirates when she joined a mission to rescue the Lemurian Star, and during a shootout against the Winter Soldier in Washington, D.C., managing to hit him in the face and forcing the Soldier to remove his googles. During the Battle of Sokovia, Romanoff resorted to the use of her handguns to shoot point-blank some of the Ultron Sentries. She still carried them during the Clash of the Avengers, but she kept them holstered not to harm her former allies.

Skye tried to take a Glock 26 from the Bus when she discovered that Grant Ward was actually a HYDRA infiltrator and she played along with his plans in order to buy Phil Coulson and the rest of the team time to locate her. However, Ward took the weapon from her, telling Skye she would not need it.

One of the pirates working for Georges Batroc was also armed with this gun when patrolling the deck of the Lemurian Star, only to be incapacitated by Captain America before having any chance to use it.

Jim Paxton and other officers of the San Francisco Police Department carried a Glock 26 as their service weapon. Paxton drew his gun to apprehend the wearer of the Ant-Man Suit, believing him responsible for the destruction of Pym Technologies Headquarters. When this man revealed himself to be Scott Lang, Paxton resorted to use a Taser instead. He also tried to use it to rescue Cassie Lang from Yellowjacket, but he was quickly disarmed.

Sam Koenig carried this handgun while visiting Al and Cam's Arcade. When he realized he was going to be attacked by a Russian mercenary, he hid behind a bar counter and opened fire against him, but was unable to prevent the kidnapping of his brother Billy.

Heckler & Koch HK45

The Heckler & Koch HK45 is a semi-automatic pistol improved from the basis of the Heckler & Koch USP, sharing its operating principles.

Grant Ward began to use a tan frame variant of this handgun as his main sidearm when he assumed leadership of his own HYDRA cell. He carried it when he went to kidnap Werner von Strucker in Ibiza, to defend himself from Lance Hunter, or when he went to investigate Wolfgang von Strucker's vault, finding Gideon Malick inside.

Heckler & Koch P30

The Heckler & Koch P30 is a polymer framed semi-automatic handgun, and a compact evolution of the Heckler & Koch USP.

Clint Barton carried a Heckler & Koch P30 as his sidearm during his missions with S.H.I.E.L.D., using it to fire at Maria Hill's car while he escapes from the Joint Dark Energy Mission Facility after being brainwashed by Loki. He still carried it during the Clash of the Avengers, but he kept it holstered not to harm his former allies.

Turk Barrett sells John Healy a gun

John Healy obtained one from Turk Barrett to use in an assassination. Healy would have preferred to buy a revolver because it had no chance of jamming up, but Barrett assured him the pistol would not jam up. However, when he tried to use it to kill Prohaszka, the gun jammed and he could not use it.

One of the members of the Kitchen Irish carried this gun and was about to use it on Frank Castle under Finn Cooley's order when they realized that Castle had tricked them into activating a trap. However, Castle freed himself, took the gun from the henchman and used to kill him and shoot at Cooley, before discarding it for a Franchi SPAS-12 shotgun.

The man guarding Radovan Bernivig carried this handgun and started shooting at Danny Rand as soon as he saw him infiltrating the truck where Bernivig was being transported, but he quickly lost the gun during the fight.

Heckler & Koch P7

The Heckler & Koch P7 is a semi-automatic pistol.

The HYDRA Buyer that accompanied Mitchell Carson drew this handgun against Hope van Dyne when she managed to take a gun from a security guard during the sell-out of the Yellowjacket Suit, but he was knocked out by Ant-Man before he could use the gun.

Heckler & Koch P7M13

The Heckler & Koch P7M13 is a small variant of the Heckler & Koch P7 semi-automatic pistol.

During one of his broadcasts, the Mandarin used this handgun to seemingly execute Thomas Richards on live-television.

Heckler & Koch USP

The Heckler & Koch USP is a multi-purpose semi-automatic handgun.

Many members of the Ten Rings carried this handgun when they kidnapped Tony Stark, including Abu Bakaar, who usually carried it on a holster. When Stark escaped, one of the terrorists tried to shoot at Stark's head, only for the bullet to ricochet against Stark's armor and kill himself instead.

The guards working for Ian Quinn to protect his mansion in Malta carried these weapons. Some of them attacked Phil Coulson and Grant Ward, who managed to disarm them. Coulson was unable to dismantle the handgun, but Ward simply threw it to the Neodymium Laser Fencing to disintegrate it.

Carlo Mancini used this weapon as his sidearm to threaten Michael Peterson, who had been ordered to kill all members of Cybertek's security team. Mancini could not use his weapon, as Peterson broke his neck before being able to shoot.

Grant Ward obtained one of these pistols while he was enthralled by Lorelei, and he used it to try to kill Melinda May inside the Bus.

Felix Blake threatens Phil Coulson

Felix Blake carried this pistol to threaten Phil Coulson and Lincoln Campbell when S.H.I.E.L.D. discovered he was the leader of the Watchdogs. However, he did not use the handgun to defend himself as Blake confronted Coulson and Campbell through a hologram to hide his true condition.

Heckler & Koch USP Compact

The Heckler & Koch USP Compact is a variant of the Heckler & Koch USP semi-automatic handgun.

Natasha Romanoff took a Heckler & Koch USP Compact from one of the guards at Hammer Industries Headquarters. She dual-wielded it along with her Walther PPK/77S when she stormed inside the room were Ivan Vanko was supposed to be, only to find it empty.

Audrey Eastman carried this handgun in her purse, and practiced with it in an abandoned bar, in order to ambush Jessica Jones and killed her out of revenge against gifted people for their role in the death of her mother, who died during the Battle of New York. Eastman shot Jones in an arm to test her taunt that she was bulletproof, revealing that she was not, but lost the gun when Jones attacked her and began to rampage the room, but sparing her and his husband Carlo's lives.

The security guards loyal to Harold Meachum stationed at the Rand Enterprises Building carried these guns as their sidearms. They got ready to shoot once they got word that Danny Rand had entered the building, and despite he broke through a window, they shoot at him before he managed to defeat them with Colleen Wing's help. Ward Meachum then took one of these handguns to the roof of the building where Rand was battling his father, and shot at the latter, making him fall from the building.

IMI Jericho 941 R

The IMI Jericho 941 R is an early model of a double-action/single-action semi-automatic pistol.

Ian Quinn threatens Skye

Ian Quinn took this weapon and used it to threaten Skye when she realized that, instead of simply being a member of the Rising Tide, she had infiltrated his mansion in Malta and was actually spying him for S.H.I.E.L.D.. However, he did not have the chance to shoot, as Skye managed to disarm Quinn and pointed at him with the gun, but she fled before actually having to use it.

IMI Jericho 941F

The IMI Jericho 941F is a variant of the IMI Jericho 941 double-action/single-action semi-automatic pistol, with the safety moved to the left side of the frame and lacking the decocking function the general model had.

One of the Bahraini gangsters under Katya Belyakov's control used this gun to threaten the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents that were sent to capture Eva Belyakov in Bahrain

Intratec TEC-38

The TEC-38 is a polymer-framed two-shot derringer.

The Winter Soldier carried this small gun in the custom holster in his right thigh.

Jimenez Arms JA32

The Jimenez Arms JA32 is a small semi-automatic pistol based on the JA-T380 Model.

Vanessa Marianna carried this small handgun in her purse to her second date with Wilson Fisk, knowing he was a dangerous man. She confessed that he carried the gun when Fisk correctly guessed she had it, and eventually gave it to him at the end of the date.

Kimber Custom

The Kimber Custom is an M1911 style semi-automatic pistol.

It was the sidearm used by the Rose Hill Sheriff and his deputies. Ellen Brandt took it from one of them in Rose Hill and shoot to the Sheriff and the deputy.

Tony Stark obtained one of them from one of the guards at Aldrich Killian's Mansion, using it to escape the basement where he was being kept, and discarding it once the full Iron Man Armor: Mark XLII arrived.

Kimber Pro CDP II

The Kimber Pro CDP (Custom Defense Package) II is a compact semi-automatic handgun.

Ward Meachum had this handgun stored in his car and used to held Danny Rand at gunpoint when he entered into his car, as he believed him to be an impostor. Rand easily disarmed him and pointed him in return before discarding the gun.

Kimber Solo

The Kimber Solo is micro-compact semi-automatic pistol.

Ian Quinn shoots Skye in the gut

Ian Quinn took this gun and used it to test Michael Peterson's loyalties, who was being controlled by the Clairvoyant, pointing at him to see if he defended himself, and telling what would happen if he ordered Peterson to shoot at Skye. Peterson followed the orders he already had and left the basement without harming Skye, so Quinn ended up shooting her twice in the stomach at point blank range, leaving her critically wounded in the ground.

Kimber Warrior

The Kimber Warrior is a variant of the Kimber Custom semi-automatic pistol developed for the needs of the United States Marine Corps.

Frank Castle carried this handgun as his service pistol during his time in the United States Marine Corps, and while serving as part of the Cerberus Squad. While serving in Operation Cerberus, he was ordered to use his handgun to kill Ahmad Zubair, which began to question the validity of his work in that mission, as he was also ordered to retrieve the bullet from Zubair's corpse. During their last mission, when the entire squad was ambushed, Castle took upon himself to clear the area, single-handedly defeating all enemies with the weapons he had available, using his handgun when his assault rifle ran out of ammunition.

Castle carried this handgun when he took Karen Page to a diner. While being there, he noticed that a car had been following them, and that they were going to be attacked. As two soldiers working for the Blacksmith entered into the diner, Castle opened fire and avoided their shots. Despite he lost the handgun during the shootout, he overpowered the two men, and retrieved the handgun to kill the two injured soldiers, shooting one of them in the head, and killing the other using the gun as a club. He also took it to the ship that the Blacksmith used to smuggle heroin into New York City, almost using it to kill a man that claimed to be the Blacksmith, until being disarmed by Daredevil.

Castle obtained another one of these handguns from the weapons cache he stole from the Greek Mob, and began to use it as his main sidearm, such as when he used it to threaten Colonel Morty Bennett for information and had to shoot a soldier while escaping from Fort Bryon, or when he took to prevent Lewis Wilson from killing Stan Ori and Karen Page, confronting Lewis until he was forced to holster it when members of Anvil appeared, and finally losing it Billy Russo shot him while Dinah Madani had him cornered.

Castle took a spare one from his his hideout and used it as his sidearm during an ambush in the men that Russo would send after him, hoping that Russo himself would appear. He resorted to use the handgun when he was forced to kill one of the agents in close-quarters-combat, until retrieving a shotgun, but used it again to executing Jack, the field leader of the team, whom he had mistaken for Russo.

Castle took the gun as his sidearm, briefly dueling Russo with them as they were battling in the carousel of Central Park. Russo resorted to threaten the hostages, forcing Castle to throw his own gun away. Russo then shot at him, and realizing that Dinah Madani was sneaking upon him, he also shoot at her, giving Castle the chance to disarm him.

Billy Russo also carried this handgun as his service pistol during his time in the United States Marine Corps, and while serving as part of the Cerberus Squad. He obtained another one from Curtis Hoyle, who kept the gun under his pillow, in an ambush to force Hoyle give up the whereabouts of Frank Castle. Russo kept threatening Hoyle with his own gun, and shot him in the shoulder when he realized that Hoyle was stalling as Castle was outside the apartment with a sniper rifle ready to kill Russo.
Russo took the gun as his sidearm, briefly dueling Castle with them as they were battling in the carousel of Central Park. Russo resorted to threaten the hostages, forcing Castle to throw his own gun away. Russo then shot at him, and realizing that Dinah Madani was sneaking upon him, he also shoot at her, giving Castle the chance to disarm him.

Shades carried this handgun as his sidearm, taking it while chasing Misty Knight inside Harlem's Paradise during a hostage situation. He eventually found Knight and threatened her with the gun, but Claire Temple managed to disarm him and both of them knocked him out.

Kimel AP-9

The Kimel AP-9 is a semi-automatic pistol often customized with a secondary grip.

It was one of the weapons presented by Justin Hammer to the United States Armed Forces in order to weaponize the War Machine Armor out of a decommissioned Iron Man Armor. James Rhodes then ordered Hammer to integrate it along with the rest of weapons he presented.

Korovin TK

The Korovin TK is the first semi-automatic pistol of Soviet origin.

Dottie Underwood used a Korovin customized with a suppressor, to kill Ray Krzeminski and Jerome Zandow when the Strategic Scientific Reserve retrieved Howard Stark's stolen technology, to prevent Zandow from revealing any detail he may know about Leviathan's plan.

Llama III-A

The Llama III-A is a semi-automatic compact pistol.

Karen Page bought this licensed gun and started carrying it on her purse as a means to defend herself due to her previous experiences being kidnapped. She pulled the gun on Frank Castle when he startled her at her apartment, with Castle complimenting her choice.

Luger P08

The Luger P08 pistol is a semi-automatic pistol of German origin. It was the standard pistol used by used by members of the armed forces of Nazi Germany.

Johann Schmidt used it to personally kill a Church Keeper in Tønsberg right after obtaining the Tesseract, and Werner Reinhardt also had one of them.

Makarov PM

The Makarov PM is a semi-automatic pistol of Soviet origin.

Agent Vega carried one of these guns when he was sent to the desert in order to kill Daniel Sousa and whoever was with him following Vernon Masters' orders. However, Jack Thompson convinced him they would be more valuable alive, so Vega did not have to use it.

During her training with the Red Room, Natasha Romanoff trained with this gun, shooting it in quick succession while alternating her shooting arm, and being forced to use it against living targets.

In the 1980s, Trevor Slattery was taught how to handle a handgun, and was issued a Makarov PM for filming a TV pilot, Caged Heat, where his character was a Russian cop carrying the Makarov as his service weapon.

Vasily Karpov carried this handgun while stationed at the HYDRA Siberian Facility. He resorted to pull the gun when he realized the Winter Soldiers went out of control and were about to kill everyone inside the training exercise, so he ordered the original Winter Soldier to take him to safety while aiming the gun at the rest of soldiers. Once HYDRA fell and Karpov moved to Cleveland, he took the handgun to his house for safety, but he was unable to retrieve it when Helmut Zemo attacked him in his house.

One of Georgi Luchkov's men carried one of these handguns when they captured and tried to interrogate Natasha Romanoff.

Anton Ivanov carried this handgun in his Life-Model Decoy body, and drew it in an attempt to execute a Melinda May while she was connected to Framework. However, he was unable to fire due to parameters set by Aida, that required her to be protected. As soon as the restrictions were lifted, he went to attack Phil Coulson, and was about to shoot him in the face, but Coulson destroyed the LMD with his Energy Shield.

Micro Eagle

The Micro Eagle is a semi-automatic pistol designed as a pocket pistol variant of the Desert Eagle.

Jackson Norriss managed to smug one of these handguns into Seagate Prison concealed inside a video camera. He pulled it to kill the guards and Herman and kidnap Trevor Slattery under orders of the Mandarin, though Herman survived long enough to disarm him.

Para G.I. Expert

The Para G.I. Expert is a Colt 1911 style semi-automatic pistol.

The Punisher battles the Kitchen Irish

Frank Castle carried this handgun when he visited the carousel in Central Park where his family had been killed. The Kitchen Irish set an ambush there, and Castle killed some of them, until he was overwhelmed and kidnapped under Finn Cooley's orders.

Ruger P

The Ruger P is a centerfire semi-automatic pistol.

The members of the Chinatown Crew carried these handguns when Alphonso Mackenzie, possessed by the Spirit of Vengeance, attacked them. They tried to use them to kill Daisy Johnson, but she overpowered them and took one of their guns, even shooting at the remaining crew members.

This handgun was also carried by one of the gang members protecting Eli Morrow. He held Phil Coulson at gun point with it when Coulson entered the compound to start a plan to defeat Morrow. Elena Rodriguez then took the gun out of his hands and put into Coulson's, who promptly shot at both men.

Ruger P94

The Ruger P94 is a mid-sized pistol designed for lighter weight and easier concealability.

Dmitry grabbed this handgun from the floor, having been used by one of his colleagues, and had to use it against the man in the mask when he went to rescue Claire Temple, as his submachine gun had run out of ammunition.

Sharps Pepperbox

The Sharps Pepperbox is a four-barreled, single shot Pepperbox pistol.

Ana Jarvis holds a Sharps Pepperbox

Ana Jarvis sewed a garter holster as a present for Peggy Carter, giving it to her when they met in Los Angeles, together with a Sharps Pepperbox, so that she could carry a concealed handgun if the need arose. Carter used it as her backup sidearm, and handed it to Edwin Jarvis to use it if necessary when Jason Wilkes was kidnapped by Detective Andrew Henry.

SIG Pro SP 2022

The SIG Pro SP 2022 is a version SIG Pro SP 2009 designed to allow a finger hold.

Security guards at Metro-General Hospital carried this handgun as their standard firearm. One of the guards lost the gun when he was attacked by Hand ninjas during the Attack on Metro-General Hospital. Claire Temple attempted to take the gun, but she was attacked by a ninja, only saved by Louisa Delgado, who put herself in front of the blade and ended up being killed herself.

SIG-Sauer GSR

The SIG Sauer GSR is a stainless steel frame and slide handgun.

Shades took this gun from one of the men that accompanied Zip when he tried to kill him under Diamondback's orders. While Zip tried to choke him, Shades managed to take the gun and quickly killed the two men, getting free and threatening Zip with it. Shades took Zip to the rooftop, where he used the gun to execute him as he revealed that he followed Diamondback orders.

SIG-Sauer P220ST

The SIG-Sauer P220ST is a version of the SIG-Sauer P220 handgun with reversible magazine release, stainless steel slide and stainless steel frame to reduce felt recoil. It is a semi-automatic pistol heavily used by armed forces and police of many countries.

The Winter Soldier's weapon of choice, he used it against Captain America while confronting him on the streets of Washington, D.C. and inside one of Project Insight Helicarriers.

SIG Sauer P225

The SIG-Sauer P225 is a compact version of the SIG-Sauer P220 semi-automatic handgun.

Akela Amador had a gun by her side during her assignment in Belarus, using it to threaten Melinda May before being disarmed, and grabbing it again during their fight to kill her, being stopped only by Phil Coulson's appearance.

SIG Sauer P226

The SIG-Sauer P226 is a full-sized semi-automatic pistol. It is one of the standard weapons of the New York City Police Department.

Christian Blake used it to kill Piotr during an interrogation for revealing Wilson Fisk's name, tried to grab it when the man in the mask attacked him outside the 15th Precinct Police Station, and used it again to kill any Russians that survived the Bombing of Hell's Kitchen.

Officer Sullivan used it when he examined an Abandoned Building where he had heard a noise, believing the man in the mask was hiding inside. He was right, and the masked man disarmed him before he had any opportunity to use the weapon.

Corbin threatens the Masked Man

Officer Corbin used it to kill Sergei and shoot at Vladimir Ranskahov when he tried to kill the survivors of the Bombing of Hell's Kitchen under Wilson Fisk's orders, and also to kill Carl Hoffman's bodyguards that were protecting him under Leland Owlsley's orders. He was also about to use it to kill Hoffman, but the man in the mask was able to prevent the killing.

Brett Mahoney traded his Glock 19 for a SIG-Sauer P226 as he investigated the war between Frank Castle and local gangs, and the efforts of members of the Kitchen Irish to locate Castle. He had his weapon on him when he came across Daredevil while investigating a shop owner who had been tortured, and when he arrested Castle.

A couple of police officers pursued a group of robbers through the streets. One of the officers tackled one of the robbers and pointed with his gun, but the robber disarmed him. Before the robber could shoot the officer, Daredevil dragged him to an alley, where he beat him, saving the officer.

S.H.I.E.L.D. Tactical Agents also carried it as their standard sidearm. The agents stationed at the Hub under Victoria Hand's command carried these weapons, being forced to draw them against some of their former colleagues as they revealed themselves as HYDRA infiltrators.

Leo Fitz grabbed one of these weapons from one of the HYDRA operatives infiltrated into S.H.I.E.L.D. and used it to kill another before he could kill Melinda May during the Battle at the Hub; and Brock Rumlow had to use one of these after losing his custom handgun, while navigating inside the Triskelion to ensure HYDRA's plans.

Jemma Simmons also carried one of these guns during her undercover assignment within HYDRA, and grabbed it when she mistook Phil Coulson for an intruder in her apartment.

Tomas Calderon used a SIG-Sauer P226 as his sidearm when he broke into the Playground in order to take over the base. He also carried it to the Retreat in a mission to capture Skye. Despite Bobbi Morse ordered to use I.C.E.R.s to capture Skye, Calderon shot at her, making her powers get out of control to protect herself.

Alexander Pierce used this gun to kill his assistant Renata when she accidentally discovered the Winter Soldier inside Pierce's house.

One of the guards at Aldrich Killian's Mansion was armed with one of these handguns. However, once confronted by Tony Stark, who was trying to escape from the mansion, he discarded his gun and told Stark that he hated working there, so Stark spared his life and allowed him to escape.

One of the men protecting Roger Browning tried to use his weapon against Isabelle Hartley and Lance Hunter following an attack made by Carl Creel, who had killed Browning. Before either of them had a chance to kill each other, Skye incapacitated the man with an I.C.E.R.

Deacon carried this gun when he took his partner Brick to Calvin Zabo's Clandestine Clinic, but he did not have time to use it when Calvin Zabo himself attacked him when Deacon enraged him.

Will Daniels was issued a SIG Sauer P226 for protection when he was taken to Maveth, in order to protect the three scientist that traveled there with him. He kept the gun for many years, and used his last bullet to protect Jemma Simmons from the creature that lived in the planet. Once Daniels died and Hive took over his body, he discarded the empty gun.

One of the FBI tactical agents taking custody of Wilson Fisk drew this weapon, that he was carrying as his sidearm, in order to kill his partner, as Fisk had bribed him to let him escape.

Harold Meachum used this handgun to kill Lawrence Wilkins in his office, as Wilkins had been instrumental in bringing his sons out of the company. Meachum then gave the gun to Kevin Singleton, to make it appear as a suicide.

Some members of the Chinatown Crew working for Chen carried these guns to what was supposed to be a weapons transaction. However, as their boss opened the Quantum Batteries, believing them boxes with a weapon, Lucy Bauer was released and infected them. The men drew their weapons as they began to hallucinate, but Chen took his own firearm and opened fire on his subordinates.

SIG Sauer P226 E2

The SIG-Sauer P226 E2 is a variant of the SIG Sauer P226 semi-automatic pistol with enhanced ergonomics, such as redesigned grip and trigger.

Members of the Watchdogs were issued these handguns for practice when the organization was first established, using them at firing ranges to improve their marksmanship.

SIG-Sauer P226R

The SIG-Sauer P226R is a variant of the standard SIG-Sauer P226 with a rail on the underside of the frame. It is one of the standard sidearms used by the United States Armed Forces and the United States Department of Homeland Security.

Emil Blonsky carried it as his sidearm, using it against Hulk during their confrontation at Culver University, when he had to drop his main weapon to avoid one of Hulk's attacks. Blonsky discarded it when he ran out of ammo, and was issued another one when joining the squad trying to capture Banner in New York City, and used it to threaten Samuel Sterns into transforming him in a Hulk-like creature.

Other soldiers working for the Strategic Operations Command Center were also issued with this handgun as their sidearm when they tried to capture Bruce Banner at Culver University.

The Winter Soldier dual-wielded the SIG-Sauer P226R along with a Glock 19, using them against Captain America during their final confrontation inside one of the Project Insight Helicarriers.

Sam Stein carried this handgun in an ambush that they had prepared in an attempt to capture the people they were investigating, using the bug in Dinah Madani's office to feed false information. As the five men that appeared did not surrender, Stein and the rest of the DHS agents engaged in a shootout, with Stein managing to kill Mike Bashille. He ran into into Billy Russo, who attempted to escape, but despite threatening him with his gun, Russo managed to kill Stein.

Dinah Madani carried her service pistol on her, and took to the Royal Hospitality while she tried to speak with Billy Russo. She became involved in attack planned by Lewis Wilson inside the hotel, and while trying to help out, she managed to sneak on Frank Castle, who was trying to chase Wilson. Madani held Castle at gunpoint while explaining that she was on his side and wanted him to expose Operation Cerberus, even firing a warning shot while Castle tried to leave. However, Russo shot at Castle, so Madani and Russo held each other at gunpoint until the New York City Police Department officers appeared and subdued them.
Madani also led an ambush on Billy Russo during a hostage exchange where Frank Castle and David Lieberman were going to surrender in exchange for the liberation of Lieberman's wife and son. Madani and the rest of DHS engaged in a shootout against Russo's men, opening fire herself while protecting the two hostages. She took the gun to Central Park when she tracked Frank Castle hoping he would lead him to Russo. Upon arriving, she tried to sneak up on Russo, but one of his hostages asked for her help, so Russo quickly shot at her.

Security guards at the Rand Enterprises Building, including the head of security, Shannon, carried these guns as their sidearms. They were called to deal with an intruder claiming to be Danny Rand, who had entered into the office of Ward Meachum, so they held him at gunpoint and forced him to leave the building. Later that night, they attempted to kill Rand in the streets of Chinatown, but he easily overpowered them all. They also broke armed into the Chikara Dojo once Rand escaped form the Birch Psychiatric Hospital, searching for him, though Colleen Wing overpowered them and threatened them with one of their guns.

Tucker Shockley took this handgun in his mission to kill Vijay Nadeer. He ambushed Nadeer and kept him at gunpoint until his sister Ellen Nadeer ordered him to spare Vijay's life. However, Shockley contacted the Superior, who ordered him to kill the Inhuman, so Shockley readied his gun in order to do, but escaped once Nadeer showed his Inhuman powers.

SIG-Sauer P226 SCT

The SIG-Sauer P226 SCT (Super Capacity Tactical) is a variant of the standard SIG-Sauer P226 with front cocking serrations, accessory rail, and rear and front sights.

Brock Rumlow threatens Cameron Klein

Brock Rumlow's personal handgun during his career as a STRIKE operative. He carried it while looking for Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff in a mall in Washington, D.C. He also used it to threaten Cameron Klein inside the Triskelion, but he was forced to drop the weapon.

SIG Sauer P228

The SIG-Sauer P228 is a compact variant of the SIG-Sauer P226.

The Pistol Punk carried this handgun during a series of riots associated to the Blackout Attack in Los Angeles. He pointed his gun to Gabe Reyes' head when Robbie Reyes and Daisy Johnson confronted them, only for Johnson to disable him using her powers.

Viktor Orlov, leader of a group of mercenaries hired to kill Jeffrey Mace carried this weapon when they ambushed Mace and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Phil Coulson and Alphonso Mackenzie at Freyer National Park. Mace tried to negotiate their surrender with a bluff, but Orlov and his men ended up opening fire on him, who was only saved because Coulson used his Energy Shield to protect him.

SIG Sauer P229

The SIG-Sauer P229 is a compact variant of the SIG-Sauer P226.

Agents of Damage Control were issued these handguns during the cleanup of the Battle of New York. They withdrew their guns when Adrian Toomes confronted them, but their superior, Anne Marie Hoag, ordered them to holster their guns.

Adrian Toomes owned one of these handguns and kept it inside his car. He used it to threaten Peter Parker when he took him and his daughter to their homecoming dance, having correctly guessed Parker's identity as Spider-Man and warning him to stay away from his business.

Herman Schultz carried this handgun while investigating the missing Chitauri Energy Core, tracking its signal to Midtown School of Science and Technology. However, he was unable to find anything.

A couple of thugs working for Mac Gargan drew their weapons when they were ambushed by Spider-Man in the Staten Island Ferry. They were unable to fire, as Spider-Man quickly disabled them.

SIG Sauer P229 Elite

The SIG-Sauer P229 Elite is a compact variant of the SIG-Sauer P226, or more accurately of its variation the SIG-Sauer P226 Elite.

Philip Cabroni owned one of this handguns, and attempted to take it when he was attacked by Daredevil and Elektra on his penthouse. However, as soon as he tried to reach for his gun, Daredevil hit him and knocked him out the gun's reach.

SIG Sauer P229R

The SIG-Sauer P229R is a compact variant of the SIG-Sauer P226, or more accurately of its variation the SIG-Sauer P226R, as it also equipped with a rail on the underside of the frame.

The standard sidearm used by members of the United States Secret Service. Eric Savin took one of them when he infiltrated into the Air Force One in order to kidnap President Matthew Ellis, and used to easily kill some of the Secret Service agents protecting him.

Aldrich Killian issued these weapons to the guards stationed at his mansion in Miami, and he used one of them to personally kill Maya Hansen.

Before that, Tony Stark obtained one of them from one of the guards at Aldrich Killian's Mansion, using it to escape the discover the truth behind the Mandarin while threatening Trevor Slattery. Stark retrieved another of these guns, carrying it to the Norco until he regained his armors.

It is also used by members of the New York City Police Department. Some of the police officers stationed at the 15th Precinct Police Station drew their weapons when Kilgrave compelled them to threaten each other when he went to prevent Jessica Jones from going to prison and confess her love for her.

Some of the many police officers from the New York City Police Department that Kilgrave gathered for his final showdown against Jessica Jones carried these handguns as their service weapons, and they opened fire against Jones following Kilgrave's orders.

William Rawlins kept his sidearm on him while he tortured Frank Castle. He drew it to threaten Billy Russo once he tried to prevent him from going on with the torture due to a promise he made to Castle. Russo allowed Castle an opportunity to get free, and took Rawlins' gun from he table he had left it, so that he could not defend himself from Castle. Russo then tried to kill Castle with the handgun once he had murdered Rawlins, and was only stopped when he was injured in the arm by the incoming Homeland Security agents.

A group of Watchdogs led by Tucker Shockley carried these handguns in their mission to kill Vijay Nadeer. Once the Superior ordered them to kill the Inhuman despite Ellen Nadeer having spared his life, the Watchdogs attacked him, but Vijay, using his Inhuman powers, was able to defend himself and take the gun from a Watchdog, shooting in the air to stop the rest.

SIG-Sauer P232

The SIG Sauer P232 is a small, semi-automatic handgun.

Sofia tried to kill Grant Ward with this handgun when he infiltrated into a train in Italy carrying a package developed by Cybertek. However, Ward was able to defeat her before she had a chance to shoot.

Morty Bennett carried a concealed handgun for his own protection following an attack by Frank Castle. However, once he was aware that Billy Russo had double-crossed him, he tried to grab and shoot, but Russo stabbed him with his wrist blade first.

SIG-Sauer P250 Compact

The SIG Sauer P250 Compact is the smaller version of the SIG Sauer P250 semi-automatic handgun.

David Lieberman kept this handgun in his hideout in order to protect himself, and began to carry it while trying to contact with Frank Castle. Lieberman pulled the gun when Curtis Hoyle startled him, but returned to the hideout as Castle had planned, and placed the handgun in its hidden holster before Castle revealed himself. Castle subsequently took it from there, but returned it when both of them became partners, noting that the gun had not been properly maintained.
Lieberman subsequently carried it whenever he left the hideout and believed he should need, especially when he went to meet Dinah Madani behind Castle's back, intimidating her with the gun in order to make her listen to him.

Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380

The Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380 is a small compact semi-automatic pistol.

Grant Ward carried one as one of his hidden weapons when he went to a rendezvous with Phil Coulson in Mexico. However, he had to put it in a table along the rest of his weapons when Deathlok scanned him to protect Coulson.

Smith & Wesson M&P

The Smith & Wesson M&P is a polymer-framed, short recoil automatic pistol. It was designed specifically for the military and police law enforcement agencies (M&P). It is the standard sidearm carried by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.

Nick Fury shoots at the escaping Loki

Nick Fury carried one as his sidearm, using it to fire at Loki while he escaped after having obtained the Tesseract for the first time, when the Helicarrier was attacked, to kill Alexander Pierce during the Battle at the Triskelion, and to try to kill John Garrett during the Battle at Cybertek. He also carried it while commanding the bridge of the Helicarrier during the Battle of Sokovia, but he did not use it against any of the Ultron Sentries that attacked it.

Phil Coulson tended to carry it during his field missions, such as the mission to stop Michael Peterson from exploding while under the effects of the Centipede Serum, the rescue of Franklin Hall, the investigation at the Wrigley Fire Department, his attempts to stop Marcus Daniels in Portland, or the Infiltration into Laura Creek Station Coulson carried the weapon to Maveth, using it to threaten and shoot Grant Ward before finally killing him with his prosthetic hand Once he became again a field agent, he resorted to carry his weapon in missions as he needed it, such as when he infiltrated the Roxxon Power Plant to stop Lucy Bauer.

Skye used it as her sidearm during her missions with S.H.I.E.L.D. as a full-fledged agent, pointing at Grant Ward when he boarded the Bus following Daniel Whitehall's orders, or using it to kill many HYDRA operatives in a mission to rescue Deathlok and Lincoln Campbell in a HYDRA base in the Arctic. Despite preferring to use her powers as an offensive weapon, once she accepted her identity as Daisy Johnson, she continued carried a Smith & Wesson M&P as her standard weapon, though keeping it holstered most of the times. She drew it while she searched for Lash following the Assassination of Shane and Lori Henson, coming across operatives of the Advanced Threat Containment Unit instead.

Melinda May used it during the assault on the Maribel del Mar, to kill HYDRA operatives, stop Donnie Gill and even to shoot at Lance Hunter to prevent him from unawarely killing Jemma Simmons. She also used it to threaten Grant Ward when he kidnapped Skye on the Bus, to shoot at Bobbi Morse when it was revealed that she had infiltrated the Playground as a member of the S.H.I.E.L.D. faction led by Robert Gonzales, and to kill many HYDRA operatives in a mission to rescue Deathlok and Lincoln Campbell in a HYDRA base in the Arctic. She used it to rescue Hunter when they raided Grant Ward's warehouse, and was forced to take one by Alphonso Mackenzie when S.H.I.E.L.D. made an attempt to kill Hive in Union City. She became accustomed to carrying it around during the missions she led with her own assault team and required the use of lethal force, such as when they broke into the Pasadena Momentum Laboratory or the Roxxon Power Plant following Eli Morrow's kidnapping.

Antoine Triplett carried it during the infiltration into Laura Creek Station.

Bobbi Morse was issued one as she returned to S.H.I.E.L.D. from her undercover mission within HYDRA. She had to hand her weapon to Lance Hunter to approach Toshiro Mori using her HYDRA cover, but she recovered it to kill Mori, and also used it to navigate through the Ponce de León Theater in Puerto Rico in order to stop HYDRA from carrying the Diviner into the Kree City. She also had the gun when she went to Milwaukee to apprehend Calvin Zabo, finding Phil Coulson instead, and when Gordon and Raina briefly infiltrated the Iliad looking for the Monolith. Morse carried it as her service weapon, threatening Francisco Rodriguez before knowing his true motives to steal weapons from the National Police of Colombia, or killing General Androvich during her final mission for S.H.I.E.L.D.

Felix Blake also carried it during his field missions. He used the weapon to shoot at Deathlok in Georgia, and seeing he could withstand bullets, he used one of Leo Fitz's Tag Rounds to, at the very least, allow S.H.I.E.L.D. to track Deathlok.

Grant Ward used it during his time as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, using it to shoot at the soldiers from the Policia Militar del Perú that surrounded him in Llactapata, and killing Thomas Nash in Florida. He also used it as his sidearm when working for Daniel Whitehall in HYDRA, grabbing it to defend Skye in Puerto Rico. He obtained one of these when he briefly worked with Phil Coulson again searching for Skye in Milwaukee and in a mission to rescue Deathlok and Lincoln Campbell from HYDRA in their base in the Arctic, and kept it while he kidnapped Bobbi Morse, using it to kill Kara Palamas believing she was Melinda May.

Jemma Simmons was issued with one of these to protect herself when examining the remains of the Kree City under Puerto Rico. She used it to shoot at Raina, but she managed to withstand the bullets. Simmons also took it to hold and unconscious Bobbi Morse when it was revealed that she had infiltrated the Playground as a member of the S.H.I.E.L.D. faction led by Robert Gonzales. She trained hard with the weapon after she was ridden with guilt because she had to free Lash to protect her from HYDRA, resulting in the death of many Inhumans. She became confident enough to shoot Hive in the stomach when he approached her as Will Daniels. Simmons pointed a gun at Leo Fitz as she realized that he had been replaced by an LMD, however, he was able to convince her enough to approach and avoid her shoots and knock her down. Within the Framework, Simmons took one of the guns from the S.H.I.E.L.D. arsenal to confront Alistair Fitz at his house, and ended up accidentally shooting him in the stomach in a struggle, killing him.

Lance Hunter used it to threaten or shoot most of his enemies, such as Carl Creel during his mission to obtain a file from Roger Browning, Grant Ward when he kidnapped Skye on the Bus, or Gordon and Raina when they briefly infiltrated the Iliad looking for the Monolith. He carried it to protect Prime Minister Dimitri Olshenko during his final mission with S.H.I.E.L.D., having to kill Anton Petrov when he attempted to shoot them.

Leo Fitz was issued one when he was on the run from the S.H.I.E.L.D. faction led by Robert Gonzales, together with Phil Coulson and Lance Hunter.

Robert Gonzales is murdered by Jiaying

Robert Gonzales carried a Smith & Wesson M&P Two Tone variant as his personal sidearm to Afterlife, despite he was supposed to go unarmed. He tried to use it when the negotiations turned up to be a trap set up by Jiaying, but he was unable to use it as he was being petrified by the mist from a tainted Terrigen Crystal.

Kara Palamas obtained it when she killed the guard that was watching her at the Playground and posed as Melinda May in order to kidnap Bobbi Morse, using the gun to threaten Morse before being disarmed by her. She also resorted to use the gun when Morse attempted to escape, and while a team commanded by May and Lance Hunter went to rescue Morse.

Alphonso Mackenzie replaced his compact version for the standard Smith & Wesson M&P when he became a full-fledged field agent and Daisy Johnson's partner. He used during his earlier missions when S.H.I.E.L.D. came into conflict against the Advanced Threat Containment Unit, and to try to harm Lash when they first came across him in Cincinnati. He kept his sidearm despite carrying his signature Shotgun-Axe, using it while exploring the Roxxon Power Plant with his heavy weapon on his back.

Holden Radcliffe picked up Melinda May's pistol from the ground when he was trapped with S.H.I.E.L.D. agents inside the Playground and chased by Primitives. Radcliffe saved May by shooting at a Primitive that was about to kill her.

Melinda May's LMD used it during her missions before her true nature was discovered. In her first real mission, she entered the Chinatown Crew Headquarters in an effort to stop Eli Morrow, and was the first one to shoot at Morrow's guards.

Phil Coulson's LMD used his gun to execute Fisher and another agent once they realized that Life-Model Decoys had infiltrated the Playground. Having ran out of ammo, Coulson's LMD then used the gun to pistol-whip the remaining agent to death. Together with Alphonso Mackenzie's LMD, he managed to shoot at Daisy Johnson right after she defeated Jeffrey Mace's LMD. He then drew his weapon to kill Melinda May's LMD, realizing too late she was not on his side, but he unable to shoot at her before she triggered a bomb.

Alphonso Mackenzie's LMD took a handgun when he lost the Shotgun-Axe, in order to chase Daisy Johnson. Together with Phil Coulson's LMD, he managed to shoot at her right after she defeated Jeffrey Mace's LMD.

Davis and Piper drew their when they returned to the destroyed Playground and Aida was a threat for them. Piper shot at her heart, and then Davis emptied the magazine on her right, hoping to kill Aida or at least give time for his friends to escape.

Daisy Johnson's LMD used the standard S.H.I.E.L.D. to pose as the real Daisy Johnson and infiltrate the S.H.I.E.L.D. International Inquiry, where she killed the guards at the door and shot General Glenn Talbot in the head.

Chico Diaz wielded one of these handguns during an ambush at a junkyard together with Shameek Smith and Dante Chapman in order to hijack a weapons sale between Domingo Colon and Cornell Stokes, in order to seize the money. As one of the gang members tried to reach for his gun, Smith and Chapman started to shoot at Stokes' and Colon's men, killing them all, though Diaz did not shot.
Diaz then pulled the gun on Luke Cage when he found him, thinking he wanted his money, until he was convinced that Cage acted on Pop's behalf to help him.

Billy Russo takes careful aim at Frank Castle

This handgun was standard issue for Anvil operatives, and Billy Russo carried this handgun while managing security for Senator Stan Ori at the Royal Hospitality, seizing the opportunity of Lewis Wilson's terrorist attack to try to kill Frank Castle, Russo ambushed Castle while he was held at gunpoint by Dinah Madani, and shoot him twice. As Castle survived, Russo tried to justify his actions to Madani, but he continued to try to kill Castle. Madani and Russo held each other at gunpoint until the New York City Police Department officers appeared and subdued them.

Russo also used this handgun in his covert missions to stop Frank Castle while leading his men on the field, he pulled his handgun inside Fort Bryon to protect Morty Bennett, as Castle had infiltrated the facility to obtain information from him, though he quickly switched to a submachine gun. He also resorted to use it as his sidearm during an ambush set up by DHS agents, using it to execute Tom Weems and prevent Weems from incriminating him.

Once his cover was blown up, he carried his handgun and used it to threaten Frank Castle's life while Castle was being tortured by William Rawlins, in a ruse to facilitate Castle's liberation, and also as he hid inside Anvil Headquarters, outfitting the gun with a suppressor in order to kill all DHS investigating the building.

Karen Page picked up this handgun from a downed Anvil member while she was attacked by Lewis Wilson, and managed to put it in her purse before being taken hostage. While Frank Castle spoke to Wilson, and once he made sure that Page had a gun in her purse as she used to do, Castle covertly guided Page into disarming Wilson's bomb and shooting him in a foot to free herself. Page later gave Castle the gun to help him escape, by acting as if Castle had taken Page as hostage, in order to avoid the New York City Police Department officers from shooting him.

Smith & Wesson M&P Compact

The Smith & Wesson M&P Compact is a reduced-size variant of the Smith & Wesson M&P, the standard sidearm carried by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.

Phil Coulson has used the compact version of the Smith & Wesson M&P pistol in some missions that required high mobility, such as the infiltration into the Guest House to quickly obtain medical assistance for Skye, being involved in a shootout with the security guards of the base.

Alphonso Mackenzie used the compact version of the Smith & Wesson M&P pistol when he accompanied Skye to stop Phil Coulson, who was acting erratically due to having unlocked the memories from Project T.A.H.I.T.I. Mackenzie threatened to shoot Coulson if he did not release Sebastian Derik, though he did, having realized the true meaning of the Words of Creation.

Skye used the Smith & Wesson M&P Compact pistol during her training at the shooting range of the Playground, demonstrating to her Supervising Officer Melinda May both her accuracy and her ability to keep her heart rate low.

It was also the standard sidearm carried by Isabelle Hartley, and she used it to shoot at Carl Creel during her mission to obtain a file from Roger Browning.

Leo Fitz grabbed the compact version of the Smith & Wesson M&P standard pistol inside Castillo San Cristóbal in Puerto Rico to threaten Alphonso Mackenzie, who had been possessed by the Kree City and attacked his teammates to protect the city.

Maria Hill carried the compact version of the Smith & Wesson M&P pistol to protect herself following S.H.I.E.L.D.'s collapse, taking it when she realized the people tasked with her surveillance had been knocked unconscious.

Melinda May has used the compact version of the Smith & Wesson M&P during missions that required high mobility, such as the assault on an abandoned facility to apprehend Deathlok and hopefully tracking down the Clairvoyant, finding Thomas Nash inside the building.

Lance Hunter used the compact version of the Smith & Wesson M&P when he accompanied Phil Coulson to ambush Rosalind Price, as this weapon was easier to conceal. However, he was quickly disarmed by members of the Advanced Threat Containment Unit, as Price had fed the information that Coulson used to plan the ambush as a way to trap him.

Grant Ward started using this pistol as his standard sidearm when his alliance with HYDRA was revealed, and used it to threaten Skye during the Battle at Cybertek.

Smith & Wesson SW1911SC

The Smith & Wesson SW1911C is a reduced-size variant Smith & Wesson SW1911, which in turn is a stainless steel framed semi-automatic pistol based on the M1911.

James Wesley carried a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC handgun as sidearm, and used it against the man in the mask inside the Pier 81 Warehouse, though neither he nor Francis were able to kill him.

Cornell Stokes kept this handgun by his desk, and took during a meeting with his men to kill Koko shooting him in the head, angered at his proposal of leaving Luke Cage alone and focus on their dealings elsewhere.

Smith & Wesson Model 910

The Smith & Wesson Model 910 is a full-sized semi-automatic pistol that receives its name from its 10 round magazine, replacing Smith & Wesson Model 915, that had a 15 round magazine.

Skye took this weapon to defend herself, Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons from an attack by Akela Amador while they were performing surveillance activities inside a van. Skye took the gun, mixed up the safety release with the magazine release, and Amador managed to knock the van off the road.

Smith & Wesson 5946

The Smith & Wesson 5946 is a a double-action-only variant of the Smith & Wesson 5906, a stainless steel-framed semi-automatic pistol.

Turk Barrett carried this handgun while commiting crimes, as a means of threatening his victims and defending himself. He tried to shoot at the man in the mask to prevent him from rescuing a group of women he intended to sell as slaves, and also when the masked man chased him to obtain information about Wilson Fisk's armorer.

Some of the many police officers from the New York City Police Department that Kilgrave gathered for his final showdown against Jessica Jones carried these handguns as their service weapons, and they opened fire against Jones following Kilgrave's orders.

Smith & Wesson 6906

The Smith & Wesson 6906 is a double-action, stainless steel-slide variant of the Smith & Wesson 6904 semi-automatic pistol.

Helmut Zemo took this weapon to Siberia while preparing an ambush on the Avengers, killing the Winter Soldiers with it and successfully manipulating Iron Man into attacking Captain America and the Winter Soldier in retaliation for the assassination of Stark's parents. With his personal mission completed, he went outside the facility to listen to his wife's latest voice message for the last time and attempted to use the handgun to commit suicide. However, Black Panther prevented him from killing himself in order to make Zemo pay for his crimes.

Springfield Armory XD

The Springfield Armory XD is a polymer-framed and striker-fired semi-automatic pistol.

Vanchat used this gun during his attempt to escape from S.H.I.E.L.D., shooting at Melinda May while she pursued him and to the D.W.A.R.F.s that were blocking his path. May took the weapon from him as he was captured at the rooftop of the building, where a full Strike Team led by Victoria Hand was waiting for him.

Tucker Shockley held Billy Koenig at gunpoint when he entered into the Labyrinth in order to obtain the Darkhold. He released Koenig, but was attacked by Quake before being able to shoot at the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the ensuing firefight against his men.

Springfield Armory XDM Compact

The Springfield Armory XDM Compact is a compact variant of the Springfield Armory XDM semi-automatic pistol.

Frank Castle carried this handgun in an ankle holster when he went to Metro-General Hospital to try to kill Grotto. Once Daredevil attacked Castle, he resorted to take this handgun and shoot him in the head.

Taurus PT92AFS

The Taurus PT92AFS is a stainless steel variation of the Taurus PT92, and both of them are double action/single action, short recoil semi-automatic pistol.

Francis carried a Taurus PT92AFT handgun as sidearm, and used it against the man in the mask inside the Pier 81 Warehouse, though neither he nor James Wesley were able to kill him. Francis later handed this handgun to James Wesley while stationed at Metro-General Hospital protecting Wilson Fisk.

Karen Page shoots and kills James Wesley

Wesley took the gun and used it to kidnap and threaten Karen Page, knowing she had located Fisk's mother, Marlene Vistain. Wesley was overconfident and left the gun on a table, and Page seized an opportunity when Wesley was distracted for a second to grab the gun. Despite Wesley did not believe her capable of shooting, Page shot him up to seven times, killing him instantly. She later went to the docks and threw the gun to the sea.

Tony Gnucci carried this handgun as he prepared to chase the men that had just robbed them. However, he and the rest of members of the Gnucci Crime Family that were at Linello's were ambushed by Frank Castle, and while they began to shoot blindly, Castle managed to kill them all, forcing Gnucci to kill himself with his own gun.

Tokarev TT-33

The Tokarev TT-33 is an improved variant of the Tokarev TT-30 semi-automatic pistol, that omitted its removable backstrap and changed its full-circumference locking lugs.

Rufus Hunt used this handgun to covertly kill agents Beringer and White of the Strategic Scientific Reserve, in order to steal Jane Scott's corpse for his employers.

The Russian mercenary working for the Superior that was ordered to kidnap Billy Koenig opened fire with this against his brother Sam at Al and Cam's Arcade, believing he was his intended target. He ran out of ammo and was attacked by Billy, but he was able to escape.

Tokyo Marui Strike Warrior

The Tokyo Marui Strike Warrior is a heavily modified pistol. It is the standard weapon of ATCU operatives.

Luther Banks carried this handgun as his service weapon during his field missions. He carried while coordinating a mission to apprehend Joey Gutierrez in Seattle, to protect Rosalind Price when Phil Coulson tried to ambush her, when he pursued and tried to capture Lincoln Campbell, when he was called to deal with the Assassination of Shane and Lori Henson and when he took Dwight Frye into ATCU custody. Banks ended up being killed by his own weapon inside the Distant Star Facility, as Giyera controlled his handgun and made him shoot himself.

Luther Banks aiming at Lance Hunter and Phil Coulson

Rosalind Price also used one of these weapons when she tried to confront Lash in a joint operation of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the ATCU to capture him when they discovered his identity as Andrew Garner. Price shot Lash multiple times, but he was able to withstand the bullets.

Giyera took control of a pair of discarded handguns when Lance Hunter and Bobbi Morse infiltrated into the main Advanced Threat Containment Unit facility. He rose the weapons and started shooting using his powers, until Morse managed to pull them out using her batons.

Other operatives also carried them during the missions that involved the Advanced Threat Containment Unit under Rosalind Price's leadership, such as the capture of Joey Gutierrez, the attempts of capturing Lincoln Campbell, the investigation of the murders of Shane and Lori Henson, the arrest of Dwight Frye or the attempts to capture Lash when he kidnapped Melinda May.

Phil Coulson obtained Luther Banks' handgun when he was tied up by the ATCU during his attempt to ambush Rosalind Price. He removed his prosthetic hand and knocked Banks over, taking his gun and pointing at all the ATCU operatives inside the train while Lance Hunter summoned a Containment Module in order to escape.

Melinda May took one of the guns discarded by an ATCU operative when she was kidnapped by her husband Andrew Garner. She convinced Lash to revert back to his human form, only to shoot at him with the gun and place him inside a Containment Module. May was not sure if the shots would kill Garner, though they only triggered his transformation into Lash.

Walther PPK

The Walther PPK is a reduced-size variant of the Walther PP with shorter grip and barrel and reduced magazine capacity for concealability. Both of them are blowback-operated semi-automatic pistols.

Peggy Carter shoots at Heinz Kruger

Peggy Carter carried a Walther PPK as her sidearm during her time serving with the Strategic Scientific Reserve. She used the weapon to shoot at Heinz Kruger while trying to prevent his escape following the Assassination of Abraham Erskine, and to raid a warehouse in New York City during the search of Zodiac.

Maria Hill kept one of these handguns besides her during the party at the Avengers Tower, resorting to use it against the Iron Legion drones hijacked by Ultron.

Diamondback carried two of these handguns as his sidearms, resorting to its use in order to deal with his enemies. He used one of them to shoot at Darnell to demonstrate his leadership when taking over Cottonmouth's organization following his death, and to execute mob leaders Neville Barnwell, Peter Hong, Juan Carlos Castro and Jacques Alef during a meeting.
Diamondback then shot at Misty Knight during a hostage situation inside Harlem's Paradise, trying to kill her to frame Luke Cage and then using it to threaten Damon Boone before killing him with his Judas Gauntlet.
Diamondback then resorted to use them to engage in a shootout against Domingo Colon and his men, who ambushed him to kill him. Diamondback retaliated, until he managed to get his own bulletproof battle suit, and killed Colon and all his men.

Walther PPK/S

The Walther PPK/S is a variant combining the Walther PP's frame with the Walther PPK's barrel and slide, making it a slightly heavier handgun.

Peggy Carter changed her weapon of choice to a similar model following the end of World War II. She used it mostly to threaten her enemies, such as Leet Brannis when she confronted him both at the Roxxon Refinery and in Cedar Grove. She also carried the weapon when investigating The Heartbreak until Jerome Zandow disarmed her, and while Howard Stark gave a press conference at the New York City Hall. She continued to use it when she traveled to Los Angeles, in order to defend herself from the men trying to kill Jason Wilkes, and when confronting Jack Thompson for wanting to detonate a bomb that would stop Whitney Frost but sacrificing Jason Wilkes' life.

Dottie Underwood kidnaps Howard Stark

Dottie Underwood's weapon of choice is the same one used by Peggy Carter. She used it to threaten Officer Pike when he discovered she was a fugitive, and to kidnap Howard Stark at gunpoint. Underwood was forced to drop it when Peggy Carter managed to get her by surprise inside Howard Stark's Warehouse, as Carter was pointing at her at short range with a shotgun.

Daniel Sousa traded the revolvers for another Walther PPK/S as his weapon of choice when he was appointed Chief of the Los Angeles branch of the Strategic Scientific Reserve. He used it to confront Detective Andrew Henry for kidnapping Jason Wilkes, and when stranded at the desert, only to be disarmed by rogue SSR agents loyal to Vernon Masters.

Jason Wilkes used Peggy Carter's handgun in order to defend himself from the men trying to kill him at the Griffith Observatory, engaging in a shootout against Rufus Hunt and his men.

Whitney Frost carried this handgun when she infiltrated Isodyne Energy Headquarters in order to steal the sample of Zero Matter stored inside. She used the gun to threaten Jason Wilkes, who also wanted to retrieve the sample, but Wilkes managed to disarm her before she had a chance to shoot, but releasing the Zero Matter while doing so.

It was also Natasha Romanoff's original weapon of choice. She carried it when she went to stop Ivan Vanko at Hammer Industries Headquarters, but chose not to use it against the security guards inside the complex. She wielded it when she stormed inside the room were Vanko was supposed to be, only to find it empty.

Eric Koenig threatens Grant Ward

The Koenig brothers also used a Walther PPK/S as their sidearm. Eric Koenig had his weapon by his side when submitting the members of Phil Coulson's team to "Orientation" at the Lie Detector, grabbing it when Grant Ward's answers made him believe he was hiding something, but Koenig did not shoot as Ward answered with selective truths to hide his true motives.

Billy Koenig grabbed his gun inside the S.H.I.E.L.D. Safe House in Vancouver, during his assignment to protect Raina from HYDRA, as someone knocked at the door. He did not use it against Agent 33 not to hurt Skye, who hurried to fight her. Billy also used it to point at Grant Ward when he kidnapped Skye on the Bus, and was about to kill Ward to avenge his brother Eric, but his other brother, Sam, convinced him not to do it.

Sam Koenig used his gun to point at Grant Ward when he kidnapped Skye on the Bus, and had to convince his brother Billy when he was about to kill Ward to avenge his other brother Eric.

Walther P38

The Walther P38 is a German semi-automatic pistol developed for the Wehrmacht to replace the Luger P08.

Heinz Kruger assassinates Abraham Erskine

Heinz Kruger was armed with the standard Walther P38 pistol which he used to assassinate Abraham Erskine and to shoot his way out of the facility.

During Captain America's USO Shows, an actor portraying Adolf Hitler carried one of these weapons in order to ambush Captain America as portrayed by Steve Rogers, but Rogers always managed to punch him before he had a chance to use the gun, as part of the show.

One of the men working for Dottie Underwood had one of these handguns when trying to perform a robbery at the Bowery Savings Bank, only to be apprehended by agents of the Strategic Scientific Reserve.

Walther P99

The Walther P99 is a polymer-frame semi-automatic pistol.

S.H.I.E.L.D. kept one of these weapons at the armory of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Crater Investigation Site near Puente Antiguo.

Harold Meachum retrieved this handgun from the safe in his old office at the Rand Enterprises Building once Danny Rand broke into the building, hoping to shoot at him while he was distracting dealing with his guards. Meachum managed to hold Colleen Wing at gunpoint, and despite he was knocked down by Rand's Iron Fist, he escaped with the gun to the roof. Meachum confronted Rand and managed to shoot him in the hand, injuring him, and one last time after Rand delivered what would have been a fatal blow. However, this last bullet was blocked by his Iron Fist, who also healed the previous wound.

Revolvers

Colt Detective Special

The Colt Detective Special is a short-barreled revolver, and an example of "snubnosed" gun, designed for its use as a concealed weapon.

Daniel Sousa tricks Johann Fennhoff

The revolver was Daniel Sousa's weapon of choice, and he carried it while investigating the building in front of the New York Bell Company looking for a Leviathan operative. He also carried it to investigate Howard Stark's Warehouse when Stark was kidnapped by Johann Fennhoff and Dottie Underwood. Fennhoff tried to hypnotize Sousa and make him shoot at Jack Thompson, but Sousa was wearing cotton inside his ears and approached Fennhoff while pointing at Thompson, only to catch Fennhoff by surprise and hit him with the revolver.

An undercover SSR agent carried one of these revolvers during a sting operation to arrest Dottie Underwood and her henchmen when they were trying to commit a robbery at the Bowery Savings Bank. He posed as the bank teller, and quickly pulled his gun against Underwood once Peggy Carter ambushed her from inside the bank's vault, though Underwood managed to knock him out.

Hope Shlottman murders her parents

Hope Shlottman was given one of these revolvers by Kilgrave when he enthralled her, making her conceal it in her purse. Following Kilgrave's orders, Shlottman used it to kill her parents Bob and Barbara in front of Jessica Jones, prompting Jones to smile as the last command, and watching in horror what she had just done when she came back to her senses.

Colt M1917 Revolver

The Colt M1917 Revolver was one of the two variations of the M1917 Revolver, that was one of the standard firearms of the United States Army.

Dum Dum Dugan carried the revolver as his sidearm, getting to use it as he ambushed HYDRA Forces with the rest of the Howling Commandos during the Attack on HYDRA Headquarters. He also carried it to the Red Room Academy in the Soviet Union, but one of the girls inside it, Eva, posing as a scared litte girl, caught him him by surprise. Eva stabbed Dugan and took his revolver, killing Junior Juniper by shooting him in the neck.

One of the smugglers working for Otto Mink threatened Edwin Jarvis with this revolver during an extortion, in order to force Jarvis to pay for the services of smuggling a merchandise back into the United States of America.

Colt Official Police

The Colt Official Police is a double-action revolver with six-round cylinder. It was one of the standard weapons of the Los Angeles and New York City Police Departments in the years following World War II.

Many of the officers present during Howard Stark's press conference at the New York City Hall carried this weapon, drawing it when a rifle began to shot against the stand, thinking a sniper may be trying to kill Stark.

Also, many agents of the Strategic Scientific Reserve carried these revolvers during a sting operation to arrest Dottie Underwood and her henchmen when they were trying to commit a robbery at the Bowery Savings Bank.

Detective Andrew Henry of the Los Angeles Police Department carried this revolver as his service weapon, using to threaten and kidnap Jason Wilkes at gunpoint, hoping he could cure from his exposure to Zero Matter, and to hold Daniel Sousa at gunpoint until he was killed by an officer bribed by Calvin Chadwick, using a similar revolver.

Ruger GP100

The Ruger GP100 is a six-shot double action revolver.

Melinda May infiltrated alone the building in Bahrain where Eva Belyakov had retreated, in hopes of rescuing a young girl that was kidnapped and the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents that went before her. However, May did not know that the girl, Belyakov's daughter Katya Belyakov, was responsible for controlling her mother, some Bahraini local mobsters and even the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, so she was forced to kill Katya, using the same Ruger GP100 revolver that one of the Bahraini criminals had just used to shoot May in the leg.

Smith & Wesson Model 10

The Smith & Wesson Model 10 is a six-shot double-action revolver with fixed sights.

The Strategic Scientific Reserve kept many of these revolvers at their Strategic Scientific Reserve Headquarters in London during World War II, using them to test different inventions created by Howard Stark and other scientists.

Seeing no other choice, Bruce Banner tried to kill himself using one of these revolvers, and shot himself in the head. However, this triggered an instantaneously transformation into Hulk, who simply spat out the bullet.

Smith & Wesson Model 19

The Smith & Wesson Model 19 is a light six-shot double-action revolver.

One of the robbers from a group that were being chased by the police carried this gun, using it in a shootout against the officers and in order to take a girl hostage into a church.

Lance and Donny Chavez carried these revolvers to threaten a group of members of the Gnucci Crime Family while robbing the money at their poker game. Lance kept threatening the gang members as Paulie held Tony Gnucci at gunpoint and Chavez bagged the money.

Smith & Wesson Model 36

The Smith & Wesson Model 36 is a double action revolver designed to be small and compact for law enforcement use. It was the standard sidearm carried by the agents of Strategic Scientific Reserve.

Daniel Sousa carried it while investigating an anonymous tip that pointed that Howard Stark's missing technology was inside a boat called The Heartbreak, and when he tried to arrest Peggy Carter when he believed she was a traitor

Jack Thompson and Yauch carried it while investigating the Nitramene sell-out in La Martinique, and Thompson also used it when he tried to arrest Peggy Carter when he believed she was a traitor, or when he investigated the building in front of the New York Bell Company looking for a Leviathan operative.

Roger Dooley used his revolver to threaten Peggy Carter and Edwin Jarvis while hypnotized by Johann Fennhoff, and then he used Jack Thompson's weapon to shoot at a window and jump through it, saving everyone at the New York Bell Company Office from dying in the explosion of the Stark Heat Vest he was forced to wear.

Many agents carried these revolvers during a sting operation to arrest Dottie Underwood and her henchmen when they were trying to commit a robbery at the Bowery Savings Bank.

Smith & Wesson Model 64

The Smith & Wesson Model 64 is a heavy stainless steel double action revolver.

Cornell Stokes was given an ornate revolver by Mama Mabel, who explained how he should kill his uncle Pistol Pete due to his betrayal. Pistol Pete was cornered and Stokes aimed at him with the gun. Pete tried to appeal to his nephew who, despite his hesitation, shot twice at Pete, killing him. Stokes kept the revolver for many years, as a memento of what he was forced to do. The revolver was taken by Mariah Dillard following her cousin's death, who contemplated it right when Shades startled her inside her house.

John Garrett carried this revolver to a young Grant Ward during his time in Wyoming, promising to teach him to shoot even better than himself. Garrett also ordered him to kill his loyal dog Buddy, but Ward fired the revolver in the air.

Koko carried this revolver when trying to strongarm Jin and Connie Lin as part of Zip's gang. He pulled it when Luke Cage defended the couple, and as the rest of them attacked Cage, Koko shot a bullet, only for it to be stopped by Cage with his bare hands, who then knocked Koko out.

Smith & Wesson Model 327 Night Guard

The Smith & Wesson Model 327 Night Guard is a compact variant of the Smith & Wesson Model 327 revolver.

Frank Castle owned this small revolver, and attached it to Daredevil's hand using duct tape. Castle prompted Daredevil to shoot him, as that would be the only way of stopping him. However, Daredevil eventually used it to shot the chains that tied him up.

Smith & Wesson Model 327 Performance Center TRR8

The Smith & Wesson Model 327 Performance Center TRR8 is a high caliber revolver with detachable under-barrel and scope rails.

The Punisher threatens to kill Daredevil

Frank Castle carried this revolver when he kidnapped Daredevil and used him to threaten him while he was chained in a rooftop. He also used to point at Jerry when he went to the rooftop, without Jerry noticing and only for Daredevil to hear it, so that he feared for the man's life. Once Castle brought Grotto to the rooftop to demonstrate Daredevil that the criminals he punished were beyond redemption, he threatened Grotto with the gun, and killed him with a shot to his chest before Daredevil could stop him.

Smith & Wesson Model 340PD

The Smith & Wesson 340PD is an ultra-light five shot snub-nosed revolver.

Gale carried this revolver as his service weapon, and he drew his gun to apprehend the wearer of the Ant-Man Suit, believing him responsible for the destruction of Pym Technologies Headquarters. When this man revealed himself to be Scott Lang, Gale's partner, Jim Paxton subdued him with a Taser.

Smith & Wesson Model 586

The Smith & Wesson Model 586, is a six- or seven-shot double-action revolver with short barrel and a blued steel construction.

It is the standard weapon of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. A group of officers tried to create a blockade to stop the U-GIN truck stolen by Ultron to carry the Cradle out of Seoul, and raised their weapons to face the Ultron Sentries. However, before they could fire, the Sentries carried the truck away flying.

Smith & Wesson Model 637

The Smith & Wesson Model 637, is a stainless variant of the Smith & Wesson Model 37 six--shot double-action revolver.

Trish Walker attempts to shoot Kilgrave

Trish Walker received this revolver as a gift from Will Simpson, in order to make her feel safe following the assassination attempt she suffered from Simpson himself under Kilgrave's enthrallment. She began to carry it around, pointing at Simpson all times until she began to trust him, at Malcolm Ducasse when he startled her inside Alias Investigations Office, and at Oscar Clemons to disarm him. Walker also tried to use it to prevent Kilgrave from killing his own parents, but Kilgrave ordered her to put a bullet in her skull. Fortunately for her, Walker had run out of ammo, and after shooting the empty gun, she tried to manually place a bullet in her forehead. Jessica Jones helped her by making her place a bullet in her mouth, technically following Kilgrave's command.

Webley Mk VI

The Webley Mk VI is one of the variants of the Webley Revolver, the standard issue service pistol for the British Armed Forces.

James Montgomery Falsworth carried a revolver as his sidearm, getting to use it as he ambushed HYDRA Forces with the rest of the Howling Commandos during the Attack on HYDRA Headquarters.

Submachine Guns

Brügger & Thomet MP9

The Brügger & Thomet MP9 is a selective-fire machine pistol.

Agents working for the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre were issued these weapons during their mission to capture the Winter Soldier. They opened fire inside his apartment, though both Winter Soldier and Captain America successfully evaded their shots and incapacitated them to escape. They continued pursuing them in the streets until they managed to corner and surround them, drawing their weapons until they surrendered and were captured.

CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1

The CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 is the semi-automatic variant of the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 submachine gun, opposed to CZ Scorpion EVO 3 A1 select-fire variant.

Members of the Hand stationed as security at the Yakatomi Building carried these weapons around while investigating an intrusion into one of the secure floors. They had no chance to use them, as Matt Murdock and Elektra Natchios quickly defeated some of them in order to escape.

Members of the Hand disguised as Yakuza attacked Daredevil and Elektra with these weapons at a rail yard, in order to conceal the shipments of huge quantities of dirt taken from a hole excavated in a building under construction. Despite their efforts, Daredevil and Elektra managed to evade all their shots and knock all of them unconscious.

Elektra also managed to disarm one of them and was about to shoot him with his own gun. However, as the gun was out of ammunition, Elektra resorted to striking him across the face with it, knocking him out.

FN P90

The FN P90 is a personal defense weapon, a hybrid of submachine gun and carbine, of unique design, capable of fully automatic fire. It is the standard firearm for HYDRA security guards and assaulters, even within the Framework.

One of the soldiers working for the Strategic Operations Command Center was issued with one of these machine guns, loaded with tranquilizer rounds, to capture Bruce Banner in Rio de Janeiro. Banner managed to escape when they ambushed him at his apartment, and after the persecution, Emil Blonsky and the rest of the squad managed to catch up Banner at the factory where he worked at, and transformed into Hulk. Not knowing that Hulk was Banner, the soldiers tried to shoot at him with the tranquilizer rounds as ordered, but he was able to easily withstand them.

S.H.I.E.L.D. kept one of these weapons at the armory of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Crater Investigation Site near Puente Antiguo.

One the pirates working for Georges Batroc had one of these weapons when they hijacked the Lemurian Star, but he had no chance to use it when he was attacked by Black Widow, who quickly killed him.

HYDRA assaulters survey an apartment used by HYDRA agents Sunil Bakshi and Agent 33

Members of HYDRA tactical teams or security details carried these submachine guns as their standard weapons, such as teams sent to capture Donnie Gill in Morocco, to rescue Sunil Bakshi when he requested an extraction from the Hotel La Ona in Miami, to ambush S.H.I.E.L.D. at the Laura Creek Station in Australia, or the security teams stationed within the Arctic HYDRA Research Facility.

HYDRA issued this submachine gun to all members of their security and tactical teams within the Framework. Usually lead by Melinda May, the squad was armed and deployed to chase Skye through the Triskelion, to breach into Alphonso Mackenzie's house and arrest him, to guard a HYDRA prison transport that was captured by S.H.I.E.L.D., ant to try to kill the Patriot at the HYDRA Enlightenment Cultivation Center. Once May defected HYDRA, they chased both her and Skye through the Triskelion, and to a Resistance base, and following Leo Fitz's direct orders, to Alistair Fitz's house and to engage S.H.I.E.L.D. one last time as they escaped.

Daisy Johnson took one of these weapons from the members of HYDRA as she tried to escape from the Triskelion, but she was captured by Melinda May's squad shortly after them.

Melinda May took this weapon from one of the members of her squad when they were sent to the HYDRA Enlightenment Cultivation Center in order to kill the Patriot. She entered into the Quarantine building and was about to open fire until she realized it was actually kids being held there, so after threatening the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents inside.

Heckler & Koch MP5A2

Heckler & Koch MP5A2 is a sub-machine gun and a variation of the Heckler & Koch MP5, characterized by its fixed buttstock and its capability for semi-automatic and fully automatic fire.

Members of the CRS Riot Police were armed with this submachine gun as they proceeded to arrest Ivan Vanko in Monaco, once Tony Stark was able to defeat him.

Yusef Hadad kept many of these submachine guns in his hideout in Morocco, both to issue them to his men and to sell them in the black market.

The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is a sub-machine gun and a variation of the Heckler & Koch MP5, characterized by its retractable buttstock and its capability for semi-automatic and fully automatic fire.

Emil Blonsky and other soldiers working for the Strategic Operations Command Center were issued with these machine guns, loaded with tranquilizer rounds, to capture Bruce Banner in Rio de Janeiro. Banner managed to escape when they ambushed him at his apartment, and Blonsky shot at Banner's dog, Ricky. After a persecution, Blonsky and his squad managed to catch up Banner at the factory where he worked at, and transformed into Hulk. Not knowing that Hulk was Banner, Blonsky tried to shoot at him with the tranquilizer rounds as ordered, but he then changed to real bullets in an attempt to confront Hulk.

S.H.I.E.L.D. security guards stationed at the hospital in Bethesda where Nick Fury was taken after being almost killed by the Winter Soldier were issued with these weapons while patrolling the hospital.

Lance Hunter used a version of a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 with a railed foregrip installed, in addition to a suppressor, taclight and an EOTech sight, as part of a three-man tactical unit deployed in Casablanca to either recruit or stop Donnie Gill. He used it to aim at undercover S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Jemma Simmons, unaware of her true allegiance, but he was stopped by Melinda May before being able to shoot at her.

The FBI SWAT officers that took Wilson Fisk into custody were issued with these weapons, and they tried to defend themselves from the mercenaries that attacked their transport convoy, to no avail.

HYDRA operatives that were deployed in the HYDRA Castle in England were issued with these weapons to patrol the perimeter of the castle and protect the portal chamber. Some of them confronted the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents that infiltrated the castle, but they were unable to defeat them.

Lance Hunter and Joey Gutierrez took many of these weapons from the operatives they had already knocked unconscious in order to barricade themselves inside the portal chamber of the HYDRA Castle, giving them to the rest of agents. As Alphonso Mackenzie ordered everyone to return to the Zephyr One, he took one of these weapons to protect the portal.

One of the members of the Kitchen Irish patrolled the compound where Finn Cooley took Frank Castle to be tortured. Before he could realize that someone had infiltrated the compound or use his weapon, Daredevil knocked him unconscious.

One of the henchman accompanying Bakuto to deal with Harold Meachum carried this weapon, and opened fire on Meachum's henchmen Kevin Singleton and Gary as soon as they drew their handguns. They held the Meachums at gunpoint until Danny Rand arrived and took him hostage, but they were disarmed and ultimately defeated by Rand with the help Davos and Colleen Wing.

Members of the Anvil unit sent to kill Gunner Henderson carried these submachine guns outfitted with suppressors as their standard weapons. Frank Castle obtained one of them, and used it to kill one of the operatives and defend himself until he ran out of ammunition. He took a second weapon from an operative he killed with his knife, and used it to kill some of the remaining operatives with David Lieberman's guidance, who had a drone above the area.

Billy Russo attempting to shoot Frank Castle

Billy Russo and a small group of Anvil mercenaries infiltrated into Fort Bryon to prevent Frank Castle from obtaining information from Colonel Morty Bennett. Castle managed to defeat them by using a couple of smoke grenades to incapacitate them, Castle planted one of the weapons to serve as bait, and Russo, despite turning his laser scope off to prevent Castle from knowing his position, took the bait and opened fire to the empty position, allowing Castle to escape.

Members of the group of mercenaries hired to kill Jeffrey Mace carried this weapon when they ambushed Mace and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Phil Coulson and Alphonso Mackenzie at Freyer National Park. Many of them opened fire against the cottage where Coulson and Mace were hiding, but did not kill their targets.

Jemma Simmons retrieved one of these weapons from the arsenal in the Playground to defend herself from the Life-Model Decoys, that sieged the base, and threatened Piper, Davis and Prince with it to force their cooperation, as they believed she was actually the LMD.

Phil Coulson grabbed one of these weapons from an arsenal when he infiltrated the HYDRA Enlightenment Cultivation Center within the Framework. He did not have to use it, but he kept it in order to rescue his former students, until he discarded it once the building was about to be destroyed.

Heckler & Koch MP5K

The Heckler & Koch MP5K is a sub-machine gun and the main weapon of the MP5K series, shorter variation of the Heckler & Koch MP5, with a cut-down barrel and shorter frame, while keeping its capability for semi-automatic and fully automatic fire.

One of Aldrich Killian's men was armed with one of these weapons while he watched over James Rhodes as Killian was trying to remove the Iron Patriot Armor.

Lopes carried one of these submachine guns while staying at Harlem's Paradise during a protest organized by Mariah Dillard. Once Luke Cage revealed his presence, Zip and the rest of the henchmen opened fire on Cage, hoping to harm him and kill Misty Knight, whom Cage was shielding with his body. He was disarmed twice in the same set of stairs, once when scorting Claire Temple downstairs, and the other when looking for Cage, who ambushed him and knocked the gun out of him.

Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW

The Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW is a sub-machine gun and variation of the Heckler & Koch MP5K, adding a side-folding stock and modifying the barrel to allow the addition of suppressors.

Dmitry carried this submachine gun as his main weapon while guarding the Veles Taxi Garage during the Kidnapping of Claire Temple. Once the man in the mask arrived to rescue Temple, Dmitry began to blindly shot inside the garage until running out of ammunition.

Lance Hunter attempts to kill Grant Ward

Lance Hunter grabbed a submachine gun from Grant Ward's warehouse when he successfully managed to infiltrate Ward's HYDRA cell and was taken to Ward's presence. As he revealed his identity to Ward, he took the weapon and started shooting at the HYDRA operatives inside the facility, even managing to hurt Ward in the shoulder.

Giyera controlled a discarded submachine gun to ambush Daisy Johnson inside the HYDRA Castle. However, Joey Gutierrez jumped in front of her and unconsciously melted the bullets with his powers, and Giyera was subsequently knocked down by Lincoln Campbell.

Lance Hunter and Joey Gutierrez took many of these weapons from the operatives they had already knocked unconscious in order to barricade themselves inside the portal chamber of the HYDRA Castle, giving them to Melinda May and Daisy Johnson. As Alphonso Mackenzie ordered everyone to return to the Zephyr One, he took one of these weapons to protect the portal.

Leo Fitz attempted to use one of these submachine guns against Giyera when he managed to escape containment inside Zephyr One and began to took over the plane. However, before he could shoot at him, Giyera easily took the weapon out of Fitz's hands.

Jemma Simmons took one of these submachine guns from the Playground in order to confront Aida. Despite knowing that the weapon would not be effective against her, Simmons nevertheless used it both for revenge and as a distraction.

Tone dual-wielded a pair of these submachine guns when he attacked Pop's Barber Shop with the intention of killing Chico Diaz. Tone began to shoot indiscriminately, destroying the windows as the bullets injured Diaz and killed Pop, and would have killed Lonnie Wilson if Luke Cage had not shielded him with his own body.

Heckler & Koch MP7A1

The Heckler & Koch MP7A1 is a sub-machine gun designed to stand a caliber able to penetrate body armor.

Ian Quinn issued these weapons to the mercenaries he hired to kidnap Franklin Hall in Colorado, the ones protecting his mansion in Malta, and the ones sent to capture Phil Coulson and Grant Ward when they jumped of a train in Italy.

The members of the Hand that accompanied Nobu Yoshioka when he went to receive the Black Sky were issued with these weapons. Under Yoshioka's orders, they tried to kill the man in the black mask when he attacked them, but he was able to disarm and defeat all of them.

Members of the United States Armed Forces assigned to the Cerberus Squad were assigned these weapons. Some of them carried them while present during the Assassination of Ahmad Zubair, and Frank Castle had recurring nightmares where they appeared to use these guns to execute his family.

Zip carried one of these submachine guns while staying at Harlem's Paradise during a protest organized by Mariah Dillard. Once Luke Cage revealed his presence, Zip and the rest of the henchmen opened fire on Cage, hoping to harm him and kill Misty Knight, whom Cage was shielding with his body. One of the soldiers working for the Strategic Operations Command Center was issued with one of these machine guns, loaded with tranquilizer rounds, to capture Bruce Banner in Rio de Janeiro. Banner managed to escape when they ambushed him at his apartment, and after the persecution, Emil Blonsky and the rest of the squad managed to catch up Banner at the factory where he worked at, and transformed into Hulk. Not knowing that Hulk was Banner, the soldiers tried to shoot at him with the tranquilizer rounds as ordered, but he was able to easily withstand them.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon, especially during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki.

Vladimir Ranskahov and his men prepared an arsenal, consisting mainly on Heckler & Koch UMP submachine guns, to get ready for a war against Wilson Fisk out of revenge for the assassination of Anatoly Ranskahov. However, the whole arsenal was destroyed in an explosion meant to kill Vladimir.

Heckler & Koch UMP45

The Heckler & Koch UMP45 is a sub-machine gun and a lighter variation of the Heckler & Koch MP5, adapted for .45 caliber bullets.

Many members of the Ten Rings carried this handgun when they kidnapped Tony Stark, first using it to threaten Stark into creating the Jericho missiles for them, and then to attack Stark armor when he escaped.

Both Grant Ward and John Garrett used these submachine guns during the infiltration into the Guest House, using them in a shootout against the security staff of the facility.

M. Scott carried this submachine gun when he and other members of the Aryan Brotherhood attempted to escape from Ghost Rider. He opened fire on a shop window when he heard a noise, but was quickly disarmed by Quake. T. Mitchell then opened fire, nearly hitting an innocent passerby, and forcing Quake to take cover with her.

Intratec TEC-9

The Intratec TEC-9 is a blowback-operated semi-automatic pistol doubling as sub-machine gun.

Members of the Gnucci Crime Family assembled one of these guns in order to chase the men that had just robbed them. However, they were ambushed by Frank Castle, and while they began to shoot blindly, Castle managed to kill them all.

KRISS Vector

The KRISS Vector is a submachine gun of unconventional design in order to reduce perceived recoil and muzzle climb.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon, especially during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki, with one of them using it to engage Captain America.

M1A1 Thompson

The M1A1 Thompson is a variant of the Thompson series, known for its accuracy and high volume of automatic fire. The M1A1 has its firing pin machined to the face of the bolt, eliminating unnecessary parts that previous models had. It was the standard assault weapon used by agents of the Strategic Scientific Reserve following World War II.

Peggy Carter captures Werner Reinhardt

Peggy Carter already used it at the end of the war, in an attack at the last known HYDRA base that led to the capture of Werner Reinhardt. Carter was also issued one when he joined a mission at the Soviet Union, using it against Leviathan soldiers during an infiltration into the Red Room Academy.

Jack Thompson, Mike Li and Rick Ramirez were issued one when they joined a mission at the Soviet Union, using it against Leviathan soldiers during an infiltration into the Red Room Academy.

It was also Junior Juniper and Pinky Pinkerton's weapon of choice. They carried it during the infiltration mission into a facility in the Soviet Union. Juniper did not have any opportunity to use it, but Pinkerton had to use it during a shootout against Leviathan soldiers while rescuing a team headed by Peggy Carter.

A group of guards stationed at the Roxxon Refinery were armed with these submachine guns, while others carried the M1928A1 Thompson. All of them opened fire against Edwin Jarvis while he went to rescue Peggy Carter inside the compound.

M1921 Thompson

The M1921 Thompson is the first model of the Thompson series, known for its accuracy and high volume of automatic fire. The M1921 has an original design, with fine wood furniture and machine parts.

Heinz Kruger obtained a M1921 Thompson submachine gun from the antique store owner that guarded the facility where Project Rebirth was developed, and used it until it ran out of ammo.

Steve Rogers plays Captain America in a war movie.

Before joining World War II, Steve Rogers played a colourful character named Captain America in a series of live shows and films. In those films, he used a M1921 Thompson to attack Nazis and protect America, inspiring soldiers to join the United States Armed Forces and citizens to buy war bonds.

M1928A1 Thompson

The M1928A1 Thompson is a variant of the Thompson series, known for its accuracy and high volume of automatic fire. The M1928A1 was designed for its military use, changing the distinctive pistol grip of previous models, and adapting it for all the different types of magazines previous models used. It became one of the standard firearms of the United States Army during World War II.

Dum Dum Dugan, Gabe Jones and Bucky Barnes were issued one of these, and used them to battle German forces during the Battle of Azzano.

Gabe Jones uses his Thompson gun during the attack on Zola's train.

Barnes continued to carry it as his weapon of choice during World War II, using it during the attacks led by Captain America against HYDRA across Europe. He also carried it during his final mission to capture Arnim Zola, running out of ammunition when he was ambushed inside the train. Jones also used it again during the assault on the Schnellzug EB912 train to kidnap Arnim Zola.

Peggy Carter also used this weapon during the Attack on HYDRA Headquarters, killing many HYDRA soldiers, specifically making a HYDRA soldier with a flamethrower burst into flames.

A group of guards stationed at the Roxxon Refinery were armed with these submachine guns, while others carried the M1A1 Thompson. All of them opened fire against Edwin Jarvis while he went to rescue Peggy Carter inside the compound.

Rufus Hunt used this submachine gun when he was sent to kill Jason Wilkes. He found him at the Griffith Observatory, and opened fire on him and Peggy Carter while Carter hijacked one of his cars.

The guard at the desk inside the warehouse where the Zodiac was being kept carried a M1928A1 Thompson, though Peggy Carter was able to disarm him before he had any chance of shooting at her.

M3A1 "Grease Gun"

The M3A1 is a submachine gun developed as replacement for the Thompson series as standard issue for the United States Armed Forces, with lighter frame and higher accuracy. Its nickname comes from its visual similarity to a mechanic's grease gun.

Jim Morita carried this submachine gun as his weapon of choice, and he used it during the Howling Commandos' raids on HYDRA facilities and during the Attack on HYDRA Headquarters. He continued to use it as he worked together with Agent Peggy Carter to raid the HYDRA Research Facility Number 4 and imprison Werner Reinhardt.

Being Morita's iconic weapon, one of these guns was displayed at the Smithsonian Institution as part of the Howling Commandos memorial within Captain America's exhibit.

MAC-10

The MAC-10 is a compact machine pistol.

Tony Stark obtained one of them from one of the guards at Aldrich Killian's Mansion, using it to escape the basement where he was being kept, and discarding it as it ran out of ammo.

One of the members of the Fifth Street Locos used this machine pistol, coupled with a barrel extension, during their hit to kill Eli Morrow. Not that it was Morrow's nephews who were driving his car, he gunned them down and made their car crash, causing Gabe Reyes to become paraplegic and Robbie Reyes to die.

Some of Cottonmouth's henchmen were issued with these weapons when assigned to protect Crispus Attucks Complex as Cottonmouth's money was moved there to be protected. However, Luke Cage raided the complex, and despite they tried to shoot and stop him, Cage's strength and bulletproof skin allowed him to overpower all of them.

Micro Uzi

The Micro Uzi is a scaled-down, lighter variant of the Uzi and is considered a machine pistol.

Some of Cottonmouth's henchmen were issued with these weapons when assigned to protect Crispus Attucks Complex as Cottonmouth's money was moved there to be protected. However, Luke Cage raided the complex, and despite they tried to shoot and stop him, Cage's strength and bulletproof skin allowed him to overpower all of them.

Chen, leader of the Chinatown Crew, carried this gun to what was supposed to be a weapons transaction. However, as he opened the Quantum Batteries, believing them boxes with a weapon, Lucy Bauer was released and infected him. As he began to hallucinate, he took his weapon and opened fire on his subordinates.

Mini Uzi

The Mini Uzi is a scaled-down, lighter variant of the Uzi and is considered a machine pistol.

Some of the mercenaries working for Crossbones carried these weapons while attacking the Institute for Infectious Diseases in Lagos. They opened fire on the security staff of the facility, and also attempted to kill the Avengers when they intervened in order to stop Rumlow.

MP 40

A HYDRA soldier armed with the MP 40.

The MP 40 was a fully automatic submachine gun used as a standard weapon used by used by members of the armed forces of Nazi Germany, the Schutzstaffel and HYDRA during World War II.

Peggy Carter managed to obtain one of these weapons from the soldiers stationed at Castle Kaufmann. Carter, who had infiltrated the castle in an undercover mission, used the weapon to liberated Abraham Erskine, killing several HYDRA soldiers during their escape.

Soldiers also carried them during an incursion in Tønsberg, Norway under Johann Schmidt's direct command, during the defense of castle controlled by HYDRA in Denmark from one Captain America's attacks, and while attempting to evacuate the HYDRA Research Facility in Austria before Peggy Carter and the Strategic Scientific Reserve conquered the base.

PPSh-41

The PPSh-41 is a Soviet submachine gun and one of the standard assault weapons used by members of the Soviet Armed Forces and Leviathan operatives.

Dottie Underwood carried one when a group of individuals including Johann Fennhoff were recruited by force into the organization. Also, a group of Leviathan operatives were armed with these weapons when they set up a trap at the Red Room Academy for agents of the Strategic Scientific Reserve.

SIG-Sauer MPX

The SIG-Sauer MPX is a submachine gun with a fully closed and rotating bolt and piston system.

Billy Russo used this weapon while leading a small group of mercenaries in what they believed to be a mission to kill Frank Castle while he tried to purchase ammunition from a black market dealer. However, it was an ambush by the United States Department of Homeland Security, whose agents engaged in a shootout against the mercenaries. However, all of them were killed, except Russo, who managed to escape.

Mercenaries working for Russo were also outfitted with these weapons during a hostage exchange where Frank Castle and David Lieberman were going to surrender in exchange for the liberation of Lieberman's wife and son. They were ambushed by agents of the United States Department of Homeland Security, opening fire at them while trying to secure Castle and Lieberman.

Sten MkII SMG

The Sten MkII SMG is the second variant of the British Sten submachine gun series, developed as a light, simple and cheap but effective weapon.

Jacques Dernier and James Montgomery Falsworth carried this submachine gun as their weapon of choice. They used it during the Howling Commandos' raids on HYDRA facilities, and Falsworth kept it during the Attack on HYDRA Headquarters.

Steyr SPP

The Steyr SPP is a variant of the Steyr TMP machine pistol that includes the possibility of semi-automatic besides the fully-automatic standard fire.

Falcon shoots Ant-Man

One of the HYDRA operatives disguised as policemen that attacked Nick Fury in Washington, D.C. was armed with one of these weapons, using it to attack at Nick Fury's SUV.

Falcon carried two of these machine pistols in the holsters of his EXO-7 suit. He used them against Quinjets and crew members during an assault on the Project Insight Helicarriers. He also resorted to use them to defend the New Avengers Facility from Ant-Man when he infiltrated the compound, attempting to shoot at him believing the intruder was hostile. In their mission to stop Brock Rumlow in Lagos, Wilson used his guns to confront Rumlow's mercenaries inside the IFID Headquarters.

Uzi

The Uzi is an open-bolt, blowback-operated submachine gun.

The men working for Madame Gao's drug operation at her warehouse used this weapons to enforce security in the compound. They tried to kill the man in the black mask when he infiltrated inside it, and he used one of them to start the fire extinction system and lure the blind slaves out of the warehouse.

Melinda May examined an Uzi from the stash of weapons that Lance Hunter had gathered for his mission to bring down Grant Ward and HYDRA, hoping to sell them to gain HYDRA recruiters' trust.

Members of the Hand disguised as Yakuza attacked Daredevil and Elektra with these weapons at a rail yard, in order to conceal the shipments of huge quantities of dirt taken from a hole excavated in a building under construction. Despite their efforts, Daredevil and Elektra managed to evade all their shots and knock all of them unconscious.

Gosnell, the Blacksmith's right hand, got word that Frank Castle had attacked the ship they used to smuggle heroin into the country, and went with an armed group of men with the intention of killing Castle. Upon his arrival, Gosnell teased Castle and then used his Uzi to open fire against the ship, like the rest of his men. Unbeknownst to them, Castle had filled the ship with gasoline, and their shots caused an explosion that killed them.

Vz.61 Skorpion

The Vz.61 Skorpion is a machine pistol capable of both semi-automatic and fully automatic fire.

One of the Extremis Soldiers patrolling the Norco was carrying one of these weapons when Tony Stark and James Rhodes, using it to open fire against them.

The Winter Soldier carried it on the back of his vest. Steve Rogers forced him to use it as he had to drop his assault rifle, but Rogers quickly disarmed him. He later used it to kill a Quinjet pilot at the Triskelion, stealing the jet to board a Helicarrier.

Shotguns

Armsel Striker

The Armsel Striker is a shotgun with revolving cylinder.

One of the soldiers working for the Blacksmith went to a diner in order to kill Frank Castle. However, Castle knew they were going to attack him, and managed to disarm, overpower and ultimately kill the two soldiers.

Coach Gun

The Coach Gun is a double-barreled shotgun with long barrels placed side-by-side.

Todd Chesterfield carried this shotgun when he ambushed Phil Coulson at Barnroof Point in Colorado, but Grant Ward quickly disarmed him before he had any chance to use it.

CZ Readhead Deluxe

The CZ Readhead Deluxe is an Over and Under double barreled shotgun.

Gideon and Stephanie Malick practiced clay pigeon shooting with a pair of these shotguns while they discussed the outcome of the plans for a sanctuary state for Inhumans in Russia and what could Hive's plan be.

Franchi SPAS-12

The Franchi SPAS-12 is a dual-mode shotgun, adjustable for semi-automatic or pump-action operation.

Frank Castle obtained this shotgun from the weapons that Finn Cooley was going to use to torture him. However, he freed himself and despite he obtained a handgun from the henchman that was going to kill, he quickly discarded it for the shotgun. Castle then used the shotgun to kill incoming henchmen and then blew up Cooley's face with a point-blank shot as he had no information about the death of his family. Castle kept using the shotgun until he was cornered by Cooley's henchmen, only to be rescued by Daredevil.

High Standard Flite King Shotgun Series

The High Standard Flite King Shotgun Series is a pump-action shotgun.

Grant Ward managed to obtain one of these shotguns by 1999, while living alone in the forests of Wyoming.

Ithaca 37

The Ithaca 37 is a pump-action shotgun with an ejection and loading port on its bottom.

Peggy Carter threatens Johann Fennhoff

Peggy Carter and Jack Thompson took these shotguns to investigate Howard Stark's Warehouse when Stark was kidnapped by Johann Fennhoff and Dottie Underwood. Carter was disarmed by Underwood, and had to defeat her in a hand-to-hand combat, while Thompson was disarmed and knocked unconscious by Fennhoff. Carter also used this shotgun to confront Underwood a year later, arresting her when Underwood tried to commit a robbery at the Bowery Savings Bank.

Many agents of the Strategic Scientific Reserve branch in Los Angeles were issued these shotguns when they were about to raid the Arena Club. However, due to the influence of the Council of Nine, Vernon Masters was able to obtain an executive order that prevented Chief Daniel Sousa from raiding the place.

Frank Whalen owned one of these shotguns, and tried to use when he began to hear a strange noise, thinking that something was attacking him, but he ended up dying as a victim of the Chitauri Virus.

A bartender from Hell's Kitchen kept this shotgun in his bar to defend himself, and tried to use it when Rory and other members of the Kitchen Irish came to threaten him. However, as soon as he exited the back room with the shotgun in his hands, Rory shot him in the chest and killed him.

Ithaca 37 Custom Short Barrel Stakeout

The Ithaca 37 Custom Short Barrel Stakeout is a variant of the Ithaca 37 pump-action shotgun, customized with a shortened barrel and magazine tube, a ventilated barrel shroud and a folding vertical grip.

Frank Castle took this shotgun to Metro-General Hospital in order to kill Grotto. Once he saw him, he began to shoot at Grotto, but being extremely careful and not hurting Karen Page, who was trying to get Grotto to safety, or any other civilian.

Kel-Tec KSG

The Kel-Tec KSG is a bullpup pump action shotgun.

Crossbones carried this shotgun in his Attack on the IFID Headquarters in case he needed it to dispatch remaining security staff, but he quickly discarded it as he entered into the building.

M26 Modular Accessory Shotgun System

The M26 Modular Accessory Shotgun System is an under-barrel shotgun attachment for assault rifles, particularly the M16 and M4 series.

It was one of the weapons presented by Justin Hammer to the United States Armed Forces in order to weaponize the War Machine Armor out of a decommissioned Iron Man Armor. James Rhodes then ordered Hammer to integrate it along with the rest of weapons he presented.

Mossberg 500

The Mossberg 500 is the basic model of a series of pump-action shotguns with hammerless repeaters.

A Robber threatens Phil Coulson

During a robbery at a Roxxon Gas Station in New Mexico, one of the robbers threatened the store clerk with a Mossberg 500 shotgun, but he was easily disarmed and knocked unconscious by S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Phil Coulson, who happened to be inside the station trying to buy some snacks.

A member of the Centipede Project posing as a policeman from Los Angeles tried to kill Michael Peterson using one of these shotguns. He managed to shoot at Peterson before Melinda May disarmed him, but Peterson survived the shot.

Rory used a Mossberg 500 shotgun to threaten some shop owners in Hell's Kitchen and learn the identity and whereabouts of Frank Castle. He killed a bar owner that tried to defend himself with his own shotgun, and then shot a pet store owner in the arm, making him confess Castle's address.

Mossberg 500 Cruiser

The Mossberg 500 Cruiser is a variation of the Mossberg 500 outfitted with a pistol grip and extended magazine.

During a robbery at a Roxxon Gas Station in New Mexico, one of the robbers threatened the store clerk with a Mossberg 500 shotgun, but he was easily disarmed and knocked unconscious by S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Phil Coulson, who happened to be inside the station trying to buy some snacks. Coulson handed the shotgun to the store clerk as he tried to pay for the snacks, while she was still in shock.

Leo Fitz shoots at the Monolith

Leo Fitz took a Mossberg 500 Cruiser from the arsenal in the Playground to break into the sealed room where the Monolith was being kept, in a desperate attempt to understand what happened to Jemma Simmons when she was swallowed up by the artifact.

Phil Coulson and Lance Hunter took these shotguns to stage a jewel store robbery, while their main purpose was to kidnap Thomas Ward in a way that made him fear for his life. That way, Coulson and Hunter would make Grant Ward reckless and successfully locate her and get revenge for what he did to Rosalind Price and Bobbi Morse, respectively.

Dante Chapman wielded one of these shotguns during an ambush at a junkyard together with Shameek Smith and Chico Diaz in order to hijack a weapons sale between Domingo Colon and Cornell Stokes, in order to seize the money. As one of the gang members tried to reach for his gun, Smith and Chapman started to shoot at Stokes' and Colon's men, killing them all.

Alphonso Mackenzie used this shotgun as a base platform to create his customized Shotgun-Axe. He first used his modified shotgun to battle the Primitives aboard Zephyr One, and he carried it as his main weapon of choice on other missions against the Watchdogs and Aida.

One of the Criminal Avengers carried this shotgun during their robbery of the Queens Community Bank, standing guard while his partners used a Chitauri Blowtorch and an Anti-Gravity Gun to dismantle the ATM. Spider-Man showed up and quickly disarmed him before engaging the other robbers.

Briggs took this shotgun to attack a party in Miami that Elena Rodriguez had attended to during the Blackout Attack. He used to threaten the guest in order to make them reveal who was the Inhuman, and then to threaten The Amazing Mertz when he was wrongfully outed as the Inhuman. Alphonso Mackenzie then took Briggs's shotgun to the place where the EMP device was guarded, but did not use it in the ensuing confrontation against the Watchdog guards.

Mossberg 500 Field

The Mossberg 500 Field is a variation of the Mossberg 500 with a larger barrel and stock.

John Garrett used this shotgun in the forest of Wyoming to hunt some ducks in 1999, during the same day he abandoned Grant Ward in the forests.

Mossberg 500 Homeland Defender

The Mossberg 500 Homeland Defender is a variation of the Mossberg 500 specifically designed for defensive purposes.

DEA agents sent to apprehend Danny Rand when he was framed by Harold Meachum carried this shotgun. However, they were quickly defeated by Rand and Colleen Wing before leaving.

Mossberg 500 Knoxx Sidewinder Kit

The Mossberg 500 Knoxx Sidewinder Kit is a variant of the Mossberg 500 pump-action shotgun customized with a detachable 10-round drum magazine.

Frank Castle infiltrated into a garage owned by the Dogs of Hell, in order to prepare for an ambush that the New York City Police Department was setting for him. He used this shotgun to kill all the gang members inside except for one, whom Castle tied inside a truck to use as diversion.

Mossberg 500 Persuader

The Mossberg 500 Persuader is a variant of the Mossberg 500 pump-action shotgun customized with black synthetic buttstock and a black riot fore grip for a 18.5" barrel.

Dinah Madani wielding her shotgun

Dinah Madani carried this shotgun in an ambush that they had prepared in an attempt to capture the people they were investigating, using the bug in Madani's office to feed false information. As the five men that appeared did not surrender, Madani and the rest of the DHS agents engaged in a shootout, with Madani managing to kill Spencer Geiger. She went to chase Billy Russo, who unbeknownst to her was the field leader of the mercenaries, but instead she came across the fatally wounded Sam Stein, discarding her weapon to try to assist him.

Mossberg 590

The Mossberg 590 is a law enforcement variant of the Mossberg 500 pump-action shotgun.

Police cars of the New York City Police Department were outfitted with these shotguns. Two officers went to the Delaney Hall to investigate a disturbance, coming across Jessica Jones, who tried to warn them about a brainwashed Luke Cage. Cage quickly knocked the officers unconscious and, seeing no other option to stop him, Jones took the shotgun inside the car and shot Cage in the head at point blank range, not killing him due to his unbreakable skin, but causing some internal injuries.

Mossberg 590 Cruiser

The Mossberg 590 is a law enforcement variant of the Mossberg 500 pump-action shotgun outfitted with a pistol grip and extended magazine.

Remington 870

The Remington 870 is a pump-action shotgun with bottom-loading and side ejecting receiver.

Many officers of the New York City Police Department used these weapons against the Chitauri troops during the Battle of New York. They also used it as part of the convoy transporting Wilson Fisk into federal custody, trying to protect themselves from the squad of mercenaries that went to liberate Fisk.

Ellen Brandt attacks Tony Stark

Ellen Brandt took this shotgun from one of Rose Hill's citizens before he could attack her with it, and used it to shoot at Tony Stark while he tried to hide inside a diner.

The Sheriff from the Nevada State Police that was brainwashed by Lorelei used this shotgun to open fire against Phil Coulson and the other S.H.I.E.L.D. agents that tried to capture Lorelei at Rosie's Desert Oasis.

Alphonso Mackenzie was handed both a Remington 870 shotgun and a M4A1 carbine taken from deceased HYDRA operatives that were attempting to take over the Iliad, in order to help Bobbi Morse and Isabelle Hartley with their mission at the ship. Mackenzie chose to stay within the Iliad and retake it when HYDRA revealed its presence within S.H.I.E.L.D.. He used the shotgun to defend their position and take back the ship.

S.H.I.E.L.D. kept many of these weapons at their armory inside the Playground, and they were issued to some technicians when Phil Coulson wanted to interrogate Alphonso Mackenzie in the moments prior to the Attack on the Playground, as Coulson suspected that Mackenzie may be a traitor.

A man named Chuck held his own family hostage at gunpoint using this shotgun, despite the New York City Police Department's efforts to rescue them. In order to test if Kilgrave's powers could be put to good use, Jessica Jones took Kilgrave to Chuck's house, where under Jones' guidance, he rescued Chuck's wife and children, and made Chuck turn over to the police, despite his initial desire to let Chuck kill himself with his own shotgun.

Alphonso Mackenzie also took a Remington 870 belonging to his father when the Watchdogs attacked him and his brother Ruben, loading it with the birdshots that his father kept. Mackenzie used the shotgun to defend himself from the Watchdogs, and even attached a cleaver to its end to transform it in the "shotgun-axe" he had thought about many times before.

Court officers at the New York State Supreme Court Building were issued these weapons while guarding Frank Castle during the trial of New York v Frank Castle.

Agents working for the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre were issued these weapons during their mission to capture the Winter Soldier. One of them used the shotgun to blast the door of the apartment, though both Winter Soldier and Captain America successfully evaded the shots and incapacitated the agents to escape from the place.

Warden Green kept this shotgun for his protection inside his office at the South Ridge Penitentiary. During the visit of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Phil Coulson and Melinda May, Green took the shotgun and attempted to kill them, as he had been infected by Lucy Bauer and started to watch them as "demons".

Remington 870 Field

The Remington 870 Field is a variant of the Remington 870 pump-action shotgun with raised barrel ribbing.

One of the members of the Dogs of Hell brainwashed by Lorelei used this shotgun to open fire on Sif. Despite she did not suffer any injury, the shot damaged the Asgardian Collar intended to silence Lorelei.

Remington 870 MCS

The Remington 870 MCS (Modular Combat Shotgun) is a variant of the Remington 870 pump-action shotgun that can be quickly modified with different barrels, magazine tubes, and stocks for different purposes.

One of the soldiers working for the Blacksmith went to a diner in order to kill Frank Castle. However, Castle knew they were going to attack him, and managed to disarm, overpower and ultimately kill the two soldiers.

Having guessed that Billy Russo would know his location as he had Sarah Lieberman kidnapped, Frank Castle prepared his hideout for an ambush in the men that Russo would send after him, hoping that Russo himself would appear. He set up a series of weapons and explosive traps, placing this shotgun over some pipes, and retrieving to kill some Anvil agents until he was shot from behind, losing the weapon as he was forced to take cover.

Remington 870 MCS Masterkey

The Remington 870 MCS (Modular Combat Shotgun) Masterkey is a small variant of the Remington 870 pump-action shotgun designed as an additional breaching weapon.

Frank Castle carried this shotgun as a backup weapon during his time in the United States Marine Corps, and while serving as part of the Cerberus Squad. While serving in Operation Cerberus, the entire squad was ambushed, and Castle took upon himself to clear the area, single-handedly defeating all enemies with the weapons he had available, using his shotgun when his assault rifle ran out of ammunition.

Remington Spartan 210

The Remington Spartan 210 is a double barreled shotgun.

Paulie carried this shotgun to threaten a group of members of the Gnucci Crime Family while robbing the money at their poker game. Paulie held Tony Gnucci at gunpoint as Lance kept threatening the gangmembers with his gun and Donny Chavez bagged the money.

Saiga 12K

The Saiga 12K is a shotgun patterned after the Kalashnikov assault rifle.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon, especially during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki.

Sawed-Off Side-by-Side Shotgun

The Sawed-Off Side-by-Side Shotgun is a shotgun whose barrels have been modified by sawing them off to a short length and presents a factory pistol.

Clint, a pawn store owner, had this shotgun under the counter as a means of protection, as he often dealt into illegal transactions. Frank Castle, who went to his store to purchase a police tactical radio, asked him to sell it the gun, but he then took only the ammo. The Winchester Model 1200 is a pump-action takedown type shotgun shotgun.

One of the Russian thugs that kept a kidnapped boy hostage at the Troika Restaurant tried to use this shotgun against the man in the mask when he came to rescue the boy. The man was able to disarm him and used the shotgun as a club against the remaining thugs before discarding it.

Winchester Model 1897

The Winchester Model 1897 is a pump-action shotgun with an external hammer and tube magazine.

Dum Dum Dugan carried this shotgun as his weapon of choice, and he used it during the Howling Commandos' raids on HYDRA facilities and during the Attack on HYDRA Headquarters. He continued to use it during World War II as he worked together with Agent Peggy Carter to raid the HYDRA Research Facility Number 4.

Chester Phillips battles against HYDRA

Chester Phillips also carried this shotgun as his weapon of choice, using it to kill a HYDRA soldier as soon as he entered the HYDRA Headquarters as part of the final move of the Strategic Scientific Reserve against Johann Schmidt.

Being Dugan's iconic weapon, one of these guns was displayed at the Smithsonian Institution as part of the Howling Commandos memorial within Captain America's exhibit.

Peggy Carter carried this shotgun when she went to the Chadwick Ranch to rescue Dottie Underwood from Whitney Frost, but she was disarmed when Edwin Jarvis failed to enter the right code on the Jitterbug.

Some members of the Maggia working for Joseph Manfredi carried these shotguns to the desert, using them to threaten and capture Edwin Jarvis and Peggy Carter following Whitney Frost's orders.

Winchester Model 1912

The Winchester Model 1912 is an internal-hammer, pump-action shotgun with external tube magazine.

Sheldon McFee owned one of these and Edwin Jarvis took it while helping Peggy Carter to locate the Nitramene stolen by Leet Brannis. Jarvis ended up using the shotgun in a brief shootout against Sasha Demidov, who attacked the truck where they were trying to transport the Nitramene.

Daniel Sousa took this shotgun to a hostage exchange with Whitney Frost and Joseph Manfredi, hoping to rescue Jason Wilkes from them. As Frost guessed that the uranium rods that she was offered in exchange for Wilkes were fake, Sousa shot his weapon to buy time for Peggy Carter and Wilkes to board the van and escape. However, Wilkes later took the shotgun and threatened Carter with it, in order to force Sousa to tell her the whereabouts of the uranium rods.

Peggy Carter, Jack Thompson and Daniel Sousa took these shotguns when they set up the ultimate trap for Whitney Frost at the Stark Pictures set, opening a rift to attract her and remove the Zero Matter from her body.

Winchester Model 1912 Trench Gun

The Winchester Model 1912 Trench Gun is a variant of the Winchester Model 1912 pump-action shotgun outfitted with a heat shield and a bayonet lug.

Following the end of World War II, Dum Dum Dugan traded his shotgun for a similar model, and it was the weapon he carried to investigate the Red Room Academy in the Soviet Union with Peggy Carter, engaging in a shootout against Leviathan soldiers.

Assault Rifles

AK-103

The AK-103 is a lighter and heavily customizable variant of the AK-74M assault rifle.

Members of EKO Scorpion, including Helmut Zemo, were issued these assault rifles as their standard weapon during operations, even appearing in photographs with the rifles.

AK-47

The AK-47 is an assault rifle with selective-fire, between semi-automatic and automatic fire.

Guards stationed at Utkin Prison in Siberia carried those rifles to enforce security the prison and patrol its perimeter.

Georgi Luchkov kept a stash of these rifles in the warehouse where his men took Natasha Romanoff to be interrogated, while she was investigating Luchkov's weapons dealings.

This assault rifle was the training weapon carried by Anvil agents during a training exercise organized for Dinah Madani, Sam Stein and other agents of the United States Department of Homeland Security. While posing as terrorists, the Anvil agents shot at the federal agents, but they missed their shots and they finished the exercise.

AK-74M

The AK-74M is a modernized variant of the AKM assault rifle, designed to be more versatile.

Members of the Russian Armed Forces gathered in Siberia during a visit by Prime Minister Dimitri Olshenko to the facility that other members of his cabinet wanted to transform into a sanctuary state for Inhumans carried those weapons. They witnessed how Bobbi Morse killed General Androvich, while Lance Hunter was escorting Olshenko, not knowing they were protecting Olshenko from Androvich, and both were arrested at gunpoint.

AKM

The AKM is a modernized variant of the AK-47 assault rifle.

The SVR unit that Anton Ivanov belonged to carried these assault rifles when they were sent to retrieve the item found at the Burkov Mining Facility. They held Phil Coulson at gunpoint, who had infiltrated the facility under the excuse of working for the United Nations, and then used them when Melinda May went to rescue him, unable to prevent her from doing so.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon, especially during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki.

The presumed members of the Ten Rings that appeared in the broadcasts made by the Mandarin were armed with these weapons, seemingly training and preparing an offensive against the United States of America.

Security guards stationed at Todorov Building were issued with these weapons in order to protect the investigation that was going on inside the building. They resorted to use it when Grant Ward managed to infiltrate the compound.

South Ossetian separatists had these assault rifles in their arsenals, and the soldiers carried them to patrol the unofficial border with Georgia, and to protect the facility that housed the Overkill Device, engaging in a shootout against S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Grant Ward and Leo Fitz.

AKMS

The AKMS is a variant of the AKM assault rifle equipped with an under-folding metal shoulder stock in place of the wooden stock of the previous model.

The Peruvian anti-government guerrillas had these weapons in their arsenals, and used them when they ambushed an excavation site where both S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Policia Militar del Perú had come to investigate an artifact.

Akela Amador kept one of these assault rifles inside a crate in her room in Minsk, though he had not time to use it when confronted by Melinda May and subsequently captured by Phil Coulson.

Some officers of the Sokovian Police Department were issued these weapons to defend civilians during the Battle of Sokovia.

Lance Hunter examined an AKMS from the stash of weapons that he had gathered for his mission to bring down Grant Ward and HYDRA, hoping to sell them to gain HYDRA recruiters' trust.

AKMSU

The AKMSU is a compact carbine version of the AKM assault rifle.

During one his broadcasts, the Mandarin shot with one of these weapons against a photograph of President Matthew Ellis, noting how he managed to shoot in the middle of the forehead.

AKS-74U

The AKS-74U is a compact variant of the AK-74 assault rifles.

Vladimir Ranskahov and his men prepared an arsenal, consisting on many weapons including these rifles, to get ready for a war against Wilson Fisk out of revenge for the assassination of Anatoly Ranskahov. However, the whole arsenal was destroyed in an explosion meant to kill Vladimir.

Some members of Madame Gao's organization carried these rifles to guard a warehouse in Chinatown where Gao kept her drug dealing business. Daredevil infiltrated the warehouse to question Gao about the Blacksmith, quickly disarming her men before they had a chance to attack.

Members of the Russian Armed Forces patrolling the outskirts of the facility that was supposed to house a sanctuary state for Inhumans carried those weapons. They found Bobbi Morse and Lance Hunter while on patrol, but the pair easily dodged their shots and defeated them.

Frank Castle took one of these assault rifles from an enemy when the Cerberus Squad was ambushed, and Castle took upon himself to clear the area. He proceeded to single-handedly defeat all enemies with the weapons he had available, using this rifle when his weapons ran out of ammunition.

Coharie Arms CA-415

The Coharie Arms CA-415 is an American version of the Heckler & Koch HK416 assault rifle.

One of Cottonmouth's henchmen was issued with this assault rifle when assigned to protect Crispus Attucks Complex as Cottonmouth's money was moved there to be protected. However, Luke Cage raided the complex, and while the man opened fire at him from behind a fence, Cage's strength and bulletproof skin allowed him to approach and overpower him.

Colt AR-15

The Colt AR-15 is a lightweight semi-automatic rifle.

Members of a Watchdogs squad carried these assault rifles during an ambush they planned with JT James in order to kill Daisy Johnson. They used them to threaten both Johnson and Jemma Simmons, and were eventually defeated by agents Phil Coulson and Alphonso Mackenzie.

Colt Law Enforcement Carbine

The Colt Law Enforcement Carbine is a civilian variant of the M4A1 carbine.

A squad of mercenaries working for Marcus Scarlotti carried those weapons to attack the United Nations Headquarters.

SWAT members carrying those weapons were deployed in New York City in order to deal with a call to the New York City Police Department from Edwin Abbott, a local shopkeeper that wanted to warn Daisy Johnson about an impending HYDRA attack. Once the HYDRA QuadCopter appeared, they opened fire, but they were unable to prevent the capture of Charles Hinton.

Daniel Defense DDM4 MK18

The Daniel Defense DDM4 MK18 is a combat assault rifle characterized for a railed forend.

Lance Hunter prepared this assault rifle in order to defend his position inside the Retreat from tactical S.H.I.E.L.D. agents sent by Robert Gonzales. However, Phil Coulson ordered him to use only I.C.E.R.s in order to deal with them.

Members of the United States Navy stationed at the Raft were outfitted with these rifles, standing guard while prisoners were kept inside the prison.

DSA-58 OSW

The DSA-58 OSW is an assault carbine version of the FN FAL with shortened barrels and full-auto setting.

Some of the mercenaries working for Crossbones carried these weapons while attacking the Institute for Infectious Diseases in Lagos. They opened fire on the security staff of the facility, and also attempted to kill the Avengers when they intervened in order to stop Rumlow.

FN F2000 Tactical

The FN F2000 Tactical is a railed variation of the FN F2000 bullpup assault rifle. It lacks the optical sight of the original but has an extended top receiver in order to fit other accessories. It was an alternative primary weapon for members of STRIKE. The assault rifle was also the primary weapon for elite HYDRA bodyguards within the Framework.

It was one of the weapons presented by Justin Hammer to the United States Armed Forces in order to weaponize the War Machine Armor out of a decommissioned Iron Man Armor. James Rhodes then ordered Hammer to integrate it along with the rest of weapons he presented.

Some of the members of STRIKE deployed in the Lemurian Star were issued with these rifles, also using them when they revealed their true allegiance to HYDRA and opening fire against Sam Wilson and Natasha Romanoff in the streets of Washington, D.C.

Some of the HYDRA operatives that joined John Garrett in order to raid the Fridge were issued with this assault rifle, in case the remaining S.H.I.E.L.D. agents inside opposed any resistance.

Members of Madame Hydra's personal security detail were equipped with these assault rifles in the rare instances when she abandoned the Triskelion. They guarded her when she went together with Leo Fitz to Ogygia, where they engaged in a firefight against the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the island, and also when she went to directly confront Melinda May and Daisy Johnson, unaware that Johnson had obtained her Inhuman powers.

FN SCAR-H

The FN SCAR-H is the heavy variant of the FN SCAR, a combat assault rifle which fires 7.62 caliber rounds as opposed to the FN SCAR-L or light variant, that fires 5.56 caliber rounds.

Akela Amador kept one of these assault rifles inside a crate in her room in Minsk, though he had not time to use it when confronted by Melinda May and subsequently captured by Phil Coulson.

John Garrett grabbed a FN SCAR-H with an Enhanced Grenade Launching Module attached to it to defend himself from Deathlok when he attacked the S.H.I.E.L.D. Safe House in Sydney, though he did not fire a single shot.

Members of the Special Forces headed by Colonel Glenn Talbot carried these weapons when they attacked the Providence base in Canada.

Some of the guards stationed at the Iliad were also issued with these weapons, making guard during Lance Hunter successful escape from the ship.

FN SCAR-L

The FN SCAR-L is the light variant of the FN SCAR, a combat assault rifle which fires 5.56 caliber rounds as opposed to the FN SCAR-H or heavy variant, that fires 7.62 caliber rounds.

A special team of HYDRA operatives sent with Grant Ward to Maveth with the task of bringing HYDRA's ancient Inhuman leader back to Earth were issued with these weapons, in case they found any hostilities in the planet.

The Watchdogs used these weapons among many others in their arsenal. Oscar carried this weapon while defending their hideout in Illinois, where they were ambushed by a small team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.

Heckler & Koch G36C

The Heckler & Koch G36C is the compact variation of the Heckler & Koch G36, a combat assault rifle characterized for its shorter barrel, handguard and stock.

Many members of the Ten Rings carried this weapon when they kidnapped Tony Stark. During their escape attempt, Ho Yinsen grabbed one of these rifles and started to shoot wildly in order to divert the attention from Stark while he finished preparing his armor for the escape.

During the Battle of Gulmira, many Ten Rings terrorists carried this rifle, using it to execute civilians, until Iron Man arrived. Though they tried to retaliate, the gunfire was no match for Stark's improved armor.

One of the soldiers working for the Strategic Operations Command Center was issued with one of these rifles, loaded with tranquilizer rounds, to capture Bruce Banner in Rio de Janeiro. Banner managed to escape when they ambushed him at his apartment, and after the persecution, Emil Blonsky and the rest of the squad managed to catch up Banner at the factory where he worked at, and transformed into Hulk. Not knowing that Hulk was Banner, the soldiers tried to shoot at him with the tranquilizer rounds as ordered, but he was able to easily withstand them.

The guards hired by Heinrich Schafer were issued with these weapons in order to protect Schafer's headquarters in Stuttgart, that was infiltrated by Hawkeye under Loki's orders.

Many of the pirates working for Georges Batroc had one of these weapons when they hijacked the Lemurian Star. Most of them were killed by either Black Widow or Brock Rumlow, while the interrogator used it threaten Jasper Sitwell and other hostages. Ultimately, he had no chance to use it when STRIKE made their move, and he was killed by Rumlow.

Some of the HYDRA operatives that joined John Garrett in order to raid the Fridge were issued with this assault rifle, in case the remaining S.H.I.E.L.D. agents inside opposed any resistance.

The security agents stationed at the Cybertek Manufacturing Facility were carrying these weapons to protect the perimeter of the facility, and Antoine Triplett managed to obtain one of these weapons from one of them during the Battle at Cybertek.

A squad of mercenaries working for Wilson Fisk attacked the federal convoy transporting Fisk in order to liberate him, using these weapons to kill every agent of the FBI and the New York City Police Department defending the convoy.

Lance Hunter kept a Heckler & Koch G36C in the stash of weapons that he had gathered for his mission to bring down Grant Ward and HYDRA, hoping to sell them to gain HYDRA recruiters' trust.

One of the Blacksmith's soldiers carried a Heckler & Koch G36C when he went with Gosnell to deal with Frank Castle's attack on the ship they used to smuggle heroin into the country. Upon his arrival, Gosnell teased Castle and then he and all his men began to open fire against the ship. Unbeknownst to them, Castle had filled the ship with gasoline, and their shots caused an explosion that killed them.

Having guessed that Billy Russo would know his location as he had Sarah Lieberman kidnapped, Frank Castle prepared his hideout for an ambush in the men that Russo would send after him, hoping that Russo himself would appear. He set up a series of weapons and explosive traps, taking this weapon as soon as revealed himself to the Anvil agents, shooting many of them until being cornered by one, that forced him to discard the rifle and kill him with a handgun.

Agents working for the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre were issued these rifles during their mission to capture the Winter Soldier. They opened fire inside his apartment, though both Winter Soldier and Captain America successfully evaded their shots and incapacitated them to escape. They continued pursuing them in the streets until they managed to corner and surround them, drawing their weapons until they surrendered and were captured.

Heckler & Koch G36KV

The Heckler & Koch G36V is a variant of the Heckler & Koch G36, extremely similar to the original, as a combat assault rifle only changing its sight setup and its bayonet mount.

Many members of the Ten Rings carried this weapon when they kidnapped Tony Stark, including of the men escorting him in the video sent to Obadiah Stane.

Yusef Hadad kept some of these assault rifles in his hideout in Morocco, both to issue them to his men and to sell them in the black market.

Agents working for the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre were issued these rifles during their mission to capture the Winter Soldier. They opened fire inside his apartment, though both Winter Soldier and Captain America successfully evaded their shots and incapacitated them to escape. They continued pursuing them in the streets until they managed to corner and surround them, drawing their weapons until they surrendered and were captured.

Heckler & Koch HK416

The Heckler & Koch HK416 is an assault rifle conceived as an improvement over the M4 carbine.

Alpha and Beta, the two security guards stationed at the Guest House, equipped themselves with these assault rifles when they realized a group of intruders were about to break into the facility. The intruders, actually a group of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents led by Phil Coulson and John Garrett, managed to enter into the deepest level of the Guest House, so Alpha and Beta began a shootout until they were both killed.

One the pirates working for Georges Batroc had one of these weapons when they hijacked the Lemurian Star, carrying it while guarding the hostages, but he had no chance to use it when STRIKE made their move and killed most of the pirates in the room.

Several HYDRA operatives stationed at the HYDRA Research Base in Sokovia were issued these weapons in order to retaliate the Avengers when they launched an assault on the base.

Frank Castle and Billy Russo carried this assault rifle as their standard weapon during their time in the United States Marine Corps, and while serving as part of the Cerberus Squad. While serving in Operation Cerberus, the entire squad was ambushed, so Castle took upon himself to clear the area. Russo provided cover fire to Castle as he entered into the house, single-handedly defeating all enemies with the weapons he had available, using his assault rifle until it ran out of ammunition.

Members of the group of mercenaries hired to kill Jeffrey Mace carried this weapon when they ambushed Mace and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Phil Coulson and Alphonso Mackenzie at Freyer National Park. One of them opened fire at Mace and was able to destroy his supply of the Patriot Serum and overpower him, but did not have the chance to kill him before being knocked out. Coulson took his weapon and used it to defend his position from incoming enemies.

A group of mercenaries sent by the Hand to the Chikara Dojo carried these weapons in order to rescue Madame Gao. The combined efforts of Danny Rand, Colleen Wing and Claire Temple allowed them to quickly disarm them and beat them before they had the chance to shoot.

IMI Galil MAR

The IMI Galil MAR is the compact variation of the IMI Galil, a combat assault rifle characterized for its low recoil.

Some members of the Ten Rings carried this handgun when they kidnapped Tony Stark.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon, especially during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki.

One the pirates working for Georges Batroc had one of these weapons when they hijacked the Lemurian Star, but he had no chance to use it when he was attacked by Black Widow, who quickly killed him.

A few of the mercenaries that attacked Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff and Sam Wilson in Washington, D.C. used this rifle to shoot at them.

Some of the mercenaries working for Crossbones carried these weapons while attacking the Institute for Infectious Diseases in Lagos. They opened fire on the security staff of the facility, and also attempted to kill the Avengers when they intervened in order to stop Rumlow.

Some members of a small group of mercenaries hired by Billy Russo used this weapon in what they believed to be a mission to kill Frank Castle while he tried to purchase ammunition from a black market dealer. However, it was an ambush by the United States Department of Homeland Security, whose agents engaged in a shootout against the mercenaries. However, all of them were killed, except Russo, who managed to escape.

IWI Tavor TAR-21

The IWI Tavor TAR-21 is a bullpup assault rifle with selective fire system, allowing semi-automatic and full automatic fire modes. It was the standard weapon carried by tactical agents of the S.H.I.E.L.D. faction led by Robert Gonzales, and it became the main weapon of all tactical agents when that faction reunited with the one led by Phil Coulson.

Coulson and Lance Hunter took these weapons when they dressed as the tactical agents that were sent by Gonzales to trap them at the Retreat. Hunter tried to convince him that they should have used them instead in order to escape, not knowing that Coulson had another plan in mind.

Hunter later also took one of them as his main weapon went he traveled to rescue Bobbi Morse from Grant Ward and Kara Palamas.

The guards stationed at the Iliad were also issued with these weapons, in order to protect the Monolith from the Inhumans, who had already infiltrated the vessel once. When the Inhumans led by Jiaying made a full-scale invasion of the ship, many of them took these weapons from the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.

Alisha Whitley also grabbed many of these weapons for her duplicates when the Inhumans, led by Jiaying, hijacked the Iliad with the intention of destroying S.H.I.E.L.D.

Several security guards at Pym Technologies Headquarters were issued with these weapons during Darren Cross' transaction to sell the Yellowjacket Suit. Luis, who infiltrated the compound to pose as a security guard, ended up obtaining one of these assault rifles, but none was used in the confrontations between the security guards and the group of intruders headed by Ant-Man.

Kel-Tec PLR-16

The Kel-Tec PLR-16 is a long range semi-automatic pistol using assault rifle caliber ammunition. It is the main weapon of the ATCU operatives.

ATCU operatives carried these weapons during the missions they carried out under Rosalind Price's leadership, such as the capture of Joey Gutierrez, the attempts of capturing Lincoln Campbell, the investigation of the murders of Shane and Lori Henson, the arrest of Dwight Frye or the attempts to capture Lash when he kidnapped Melinda May.

M1A1 Carbine

The M1A1 Carbine is one of the variants of the M1, a lightweight semi-automatic carbine and a standard firearm for the United States Armed Forces during World War II.

Jacques Dernier switched his weapon to one of the standard firearms of the United States Armed Forces when he broke through the doors of HYDRA Headquarters, as part of the Strategic Scientific Reserve's assault on the base.

M16A1

The M16A1 is the first generation variant of the M16 rifle series, a full length carbine upgraded with a forward assist, corresponding notches in the bolt carrier and a rib built into the side of the receiver.

Members of the Bahraini Army were issued with these weapons when they were sent to deal with a potential hostage situation in Manama, despite S.H.I.E.L.D.'s efforts to keep them out of the situation. The soldiers entered the building and started to secure the rooms one by one, only to find that Melinda May had already taken care of it, and was surrounded by the gangster's bodies.

Some members of the Policia Militar del Perú were issued with these weapons and took them it into a conflict with S.H.I.E.L.D. over a piece of technology retrieved in Peruvian soil, opening fire only when they were both attacked by local guerrillas.

M16A2

The M16A2 is the second generation variant of the M16 rifle series, a full length carbine upgraded with extensive modifications to the rifling, barrel, grip, handguards and buttstock, and the addition of an adjustable rear sight

Some members of the Policia Militar del Perú were issued with these weapons and took them into a conflict with S.H.I.E.L.D. over a piece of technology retrieved in Peruvian soil, opening fire only when they were both attacked by local guerrillas.

M16A4

The M16A4 is the fourth generation of the M16 rifle series, a full length carbine upgraded with a removable carrying handle and a full length rail for optics and other devices.

As a standard weapon of the United States Armed Forces, the soldiers acting under General Thaddeus Ross' orders were issued with these weapons during their attempts to capture Bruce Banner. Many soldiers used their weapons during an ambush on Banner, once he transformed into Hulk, in a futile attempt to slow him down. Also, some of the soldiers on the ground in New York City used them to try to stop Abomination, only to be killed by their former colleague.

Some of the guards at the S.H.I.E.L.D. Crater Investigation Site near Puente Antiguo used them as their weapon, with many of them being disarmed by Thor when he infiltrated into the facility. Some of them were also kept at the armory of the facility.

Some members of the Policia Militar del Perú were issued with these weapons and took them it into a conflict with S.H.I.E.L.D. over a piece of technology retrieved in Peruvian soil, opening fire only when they were both attacked by local guerrillas.

An officer of the Metropolitan Police Department was issued with this rifle when a squad approached the Washington Monument due to a situation. As they witnessed Spider-Man climbing on the monument, the officers threatened him with opening fire, but he avoided the helicopter and entered inside the building to rescue his classmates.

M4A1 Carbine

The M4A1 is the first and main variant of the M4 carbine, designed as a shorter and lighter assault rifle than the M16 assault rifle. It is the primary infantry weapon of the United States Armed Forces and the standard weapon used by S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team members.

The guards at the S.H.I.E.L.D. Crater Investigation Site near Puente Antiguo used them as their standard weapon, with many of them being disarmed by Thor when he infiltrated into the facility. They were also standard issue for the guards within the Joint Dark Energy Mission Facility, who used them against Loki when he appeared inside the compound, and for the guards stationed within the Helicarrier, who carried them when escorting Loki to a cell within the aircraft.

Strike Teams carrying these weapons were tasked with guarding some facilities, such as the hangar that housed the Bus before it was assigned to Phil Coulson and his team, when they were called in to take custody of some subjects, such as Akela Amador or Vanchat. They were also tasked with the transferal of Grant Ward from S.H.I.E.L.D.'s custody inside the Playground to federal custody upon Senator Christian Ward's request. They were also armed with these while stationed at Pasadena Momentum Laboratory until Lucy Bauer killed them, and they infiltrated both the laboratory and the Roxxon Power Plant under Melinda May's leadership in a mission to stop Bauer.

Phil Coulson, Grant Ward, John Garrett and members of the Strike Teams used them while tracking Deathlok and the Clairvoyant in Florida. Coulson and Antoine Triplett also used them while attempting to defend the Providence base from upcoming intruders.

Brock Rumlow used one while trying to capture Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff in Camp Lehigh, and Maria Hill carried it while posing as a member of STRIKE to liberate Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff and Sam Wilson.

HYDRA operatives embedded within S.H.I.E.L.D. were usually issued with these weapons, such as the operatives posing as policemen that attacked Nick Fury in Washington, D.C., or the ones that tried to capture Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff. Sam Wilson took one of the rifles from them to cover for Rogers and Romanoff.

Alphonso Mackenzie was handed both a Remington 870 shotgun and a M4A1 carbine taken from deceased HYDRA operatives that were attempting to take over the Iliad, in order to help Bobbi Morse and Isabelle Hartley with their mission at the ship. He used the assault rifle against the operatives that he encountered inside the ship while looking for Commander Robert Gonzales.

Gonzales wielded a M4A1 while defending his position at the Iliad from HYDRA operatives, and used the weapon to aim at whoever approached him, so he aimed at Bobbi Morse believing her to be another HYDRA operative, until she identified her as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent beyond all doubt.

Hartley chose to stay within the Iliad and retake it. She killed many HYDRA operatives in close-quarters combat, but she took the M4A1 that Robert Gonzales had to defend their position and take back the ship.

Other members of the strike team sent to Union City in an attempt to kill Hive were issued these assault rifles, and opened fire on him under Phil Coulson's orders just as Hive killed one of the Kree Reapers.

Elena Rodriguez, together with agents Navarro and Flynn, were issued these assault rifles to join Alphonso Mackenzie in a small team intended to keep Aida out of the Playground once she was seemingly corrupted by the Darkhold. They resorted to use the rifles to open fire on a Quinjet remotely controlled by Aida.

The S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team members within the Framework also carried these weapons in order to both guard the Playground and missions carried out outside, such as when they accompanied Alphonso Mackenzie in order to rescue Daisy Johnson and Melinda May, when they investigated the Ivanov Oil Platform under Antoine Triplett's command, or when S.H.I.E.L.D. raided the The Bakshi Report studio.

Alphonso Mackenzie was given one of these rifles from S.H.I.E.L.D.'s arsenal in order to accompany a group of agents to rescue Daisy Johnson and Melinda May. Recognizing May as the agent that breached into her house and took his daughter into custody, he held her at gunpoint, until he was convinced that she had switched allegiances.

Antoine Triplett took one of these rifles when he went to the Ivanov Oil Platform per Jemma Simmons' request, only to find the place empty.

It was also an assault rifle used by the Emergency Service Unit of the New York City Police Department. Some of its members, following Wilson Fisk's orders to raid the Abandoned Building and kill Vladimir Ranskahov and the man in the mask, armed with these weapons. They followed the two men, who tried to escape from the building through a series of tunnels. Knowing that he was going to die soon, Ranskahov chose to stay behind and confront the men that Wilson Fisk sent him, armed with a M4A1 Carbine taken from one of them. He engaged in a brief shootout while humming a Russian war song, "We will be raised from the ashes", and was ultimately killed.

They also used them during an ambush on Frank Castle by using Grotto as bait for Castle. They shot against Castle's diversion, a member of the Dogs of Hell driving a Redfield Electronics truck, and then against Castle himself, when his fight against Daredevil revealed his position.

Once Frank Castle was apprehended, ESU officers who kept him in custody at Metro-General Hospital carried them to safeguard Castle's imprisonment. Following his escape from prison, they were also stationed at the New York State Supreme Court Building, as Castle had seemingly threatened Samantha Reyes.

They carried them when escorting regular NYPD officers during the notorious arrest of Cornell Stokes at his club Harlem's Paradise.

As a standard weapon of the United States Armed Forces, the three airmen from the United States Air Force that escorted Tony Stark in Afghanistan carried these weapons, and tried to use them to retaliate when they were attacked by the Ten Rings, but they were quickly overwhelmed by them.

Airmen stationed at the Edwards Air Force Base were armed with these weapons, carrying them as they gathered to witness how James Rhodes landed at the base using a decommissioned Iron Man Armor.

One of the soldiers working for the Strategic Operations Command Center was issued with one of these rifles, loaded with tranquilizer rounds, to capture Bruce Banner in Rio de Janeiro. Banner managed to escape when they ambushed him at his apartment, and after the persecution, Emil Blonsky and the rest of the squad managed to catch up Banner at the factory where he worked at, and transformed into Hulk. Not knowing that Hulk was Banner, the soldiers tried to shoot at him with the tranquilizer rounds as ordered, but he was able to easily withstand them.

Emil Blonsky joined every other soldier under General Thaddeus Ross' command at Culver University when he was ordered not to act at first. He used a standard M4A1 to open fire against Hulk along the rest of the soldiers, and discarded it as soon as he was ordered to act. He took another one to keep attacking Hulk when he managed to destroy the Stark Sonic Cannons, shooting at Hulk only to catch his attention.

Many soldiers of the National Guard deployed in New York City used these weapons against the Chitauri troops during the Battle of New York.

Members of the United States Marine Corps that took Grant Ward into custody following the Battle at Cybertek were issued with these weapons.

United States Air Force airmen under General Glenn Talbot's command carried these carbines as their standard, when they were sent to protect Talbot following an attack by Carl Creel, and when they accompanied him to arrest Marcus Scarlotti due to his role in an Attack on the United Nations. Under Talbot's command, they also investigated the Playground following its destruction, securing the base and holding the returning S.H.I.E.L.D. agents at gunpoint in Zephyr One.

Members of the United States Armed Forces assigned to the Cerberus Squad were assigned these weapons. Some of them carried them while present during the Assassination of Ahmad Zubair, and Frank Castle had recurring nightmares where they appeared to use these guns to execute his family.

Members of the SWAT escorting Trevor Slattery when he was arrested were armed with these weapons. Other members of the SWAT that were deployed to Maggie Lang's House were also armed with these weapons, though the intruder that had kidnapped Cassie Lang had already been neutralized by the time they entered into the house.

Sam Wilson obtained one from one of the HYDRA mercenaries accompanying the Winter Soldier, and Wilson used it to cover for Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff after being ambushed by the mercenaries in Washington, D.C..

The Watchdogs used these weapons among many others in their arsenal. A member of the squad dispatched to take care of Alphonso Mackenzie, believing he was an Inhuman instead of Daisy Johnson, took this weapon to Mackenzie's house, but he was knocked over, and his weapon was handed to Mackenzie's brother, Ruben, who used it to defend himself.

Members of the Watchdogs carried these assault rifles during the Blackout Attack in Miami, both the members of the squad chasing Elena Rodriguez and the ones guarding the EMP device hem as their standard weapon. However, both squads were disabled by a small team of agents led by Phil Coulson.

A group of Watchdogs led by Tucker Shockley carried these assault rifles in their mission to kill Vijay Nadeer. They ambushed Nadeer and kept him at gunpoint until his sister Ellen Nadeer ordered him to spare Vijay's life. They stayed in the premises and guarded Senator Nadeer when she was visited by Jeffrey Mace, Jemma Simmons and Daisy Johnson.

DEA agents sent to apprehend Danny Rand when he was framed by Harold Meachum carried this rifle. However, they were quickly defeated by Rand and Colleen Wing before leaving.

Some members of a small group of mercenaries hired by Billy Russo used this weapon in what they believed to be a mission to kill Frank Castle while he tried to purchase ammunition from a black market dealer. However, it was an ambush by the United States Department of Homeland Security, whose agents engaged in a shootout against the mercenaries. However, all of them were killed, except Russo, who managed to escape.

Both Frank Castle and Billy Russo wielded heavily customized versions of this assault rifle while battling each other in the carousel of Central Park. As they engaged, they began to shoot at each other, with Russo hitting Castle's leg. As they covered from each other's bullets, Castle and Russo boarded the circling carousel with Castle shooting as Russo taunted him until they successfully shot at each other, with Castle being hit in the chest and Russo in the cheek, losing the guns and resorting to fire their sidearms.

The mercenaries hired by Enoch to help him abduct the group of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents led by Phil Coulson carried these weapons while posing as members of a federal agency taking them into custody.

M4A1 with M26 Modular Accessory Shotgun System

The M4A1 with M203 Grenade Launcher is a variation of the regular M4A1, outfitted with a shotgun attachment. It was part of the arsenal of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team members.

Some members of the Ten Rings carried this weapon when they kidnapped Tony Stark, including Raza and the men escorting him in the video sent to Obadiah Stane. When Stark escaped, many terrorists tried to shoot at him, but he managed to resist the bullets thanks to his armor.

M4A1 with M203 Grenade Launcher

The M4A1 with M203 Grenade Launcher is a variation of the regular M4A1, outfitted with a grenade launcher. It was part of the arsenal of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team members.

The Winter Soldier was handed one of them by one of the mercenaries that accompanied him on the streets of Washington, D.C. while trying to kill Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff, using both the grenade launcher and the assault rifle against them. He lost it during the battle, and was used by Romanoff to shoot a grenade at him, making him escape before he could kill Rogers.

The Winter Soldier obtained another in the Triskelion, and used to kill all S.H.I.E.L.D. pilots that were about to board their Quinjets and help Captain America.

The mercenaries that escorted Obadiah Stane in a meeting with Raza, one of the leaders of the Ten Rings, were carrying these assault rifles, using them to execute all members of Raza's terrorist cell once Stane finished talking to him.

Punisher hunts down the Blacksmith

Frank Castle kept one of these rifles as part of the arsenal in his apartment, and brought it to the rooftop where he had Daredevil chained. He began to prepare the weapon while Daredevil inquired him, wanting to know more about Castle and his motivations. Once Castle killed Grotto, he shot a grenade to the motorbikes of the Dogs of Hell that were on the other side of the street, used the rifle as a club to knock Daredevil down and tried to shoot the gang members again, but Daredevil disarmed him and prevented him from doing so. He later brought another rifle to the ship that the Blacksmith used to smuggle heroin into the country. He killed the few soldiers guarding the ship, until finding a man posing as the Blacksmith. Once the man spent all his bullets trying to shoot at Castle, he used the rifle to put a bullet in the man's shoulder before discarding the rifle to finish him off with his handgun.

Norinco Type 56

The Norinco Type 56 is a variant of the AK-47 and AKM assault rifles.

Vladimir Ranskahov and his men prepared an arsenal, consisting on many weapons including these rifles, to get ready for a war against Wilson Fisk out of revenge for the assassination of Anatoly Ranskahov. However, the whole arsenal was destroyed in an explosion meant to kill Vladimir.

Noveske N4 Diplomat

The Noveske N4 Diplomat is a semi-automatic assault rifle.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon, especially during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki.

Captain America took one of these rifles from one of the mercenaries that attacked the Helicarrier, and used it to defend his position while helping Tony Stark to restart the aircraft's propellers.

Members of the group of mercenaries hired to kill Jeffrey Mace carried this weapon when they ambushed Mace and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Phil Coulson and Alphonso Mackenzie at Freyer National Park. Many of them opened fire against the cottage where Coulson and Mace were hiding, but did not kill their targets.

SIG P556 SWAT

The SIG P556 SWAT is a pistol variant of the SIG SG 550 assault rifle, mainly used by SWAT officers.

A squad of mercenaries working for Wilson Fisk attacked the federal convoy transporting Fisk in order to liberate him, using these weapons to kill every agent of the FBI and the New York City Police Department defending the convoy.

SIG Sauer MCX1

The SIG MCX is a semi-automatic and selective fire assault rifle.

Members of Anvil hired to provide security for Senator Stan Ori at the Royal Hospitality were issued these assault rifles. Though they did not managed to prevent Lewis Wilson's attack on the Senator, they ran into Wilson and Frank Castle while they confronted each other. They were forced to lower their weapons as Wilson was wired with a bomb, but as soon as he entered an elevator with Karen Page as a hostage, all of them opened fire on Castle, who managed to avoid being killed and was forced to escape.

SIG Sauer SIG516

The SIG-Sauer 516 is a semi-automatic assault rifle.

This assault rifle was the standard weapon carried by Dinah Madani, Sam Stein and other agents of the United States Department of Homeland Security during a training exercise organized by Anvil. They successfully shot at the men acting as terrorists, though Stein shot at one of the hostages.

Lewis Wilson used this rifle to keep watch on Curtis Hoyle, who had been restrained and tied to a set of Claymore mines in case he had led the police to his position. However, as Frank Castle entered into the house to look for Hoyle, Wilson contacted Castle while aiming the rifle to watch the whole situation.

Members of the Emergency Service Unit deployed at the Royal Hospitality due to a terrorist attack with the goal of killing Senator Stan Ori carried these assault rifles while attempting to capture Frank Castle, believing him to be responsible for the attack. They were forced to stand down, as Castle had seemingly taken Karen Page as his hostage.

SIG-Sauer 516 Tactical Patrol

The SIG-Sauer 516 Tactical Patrol is a 14.5" barrel variant of the SIG-Sauer 516 semi-automatic assault rifle.

Frank Castle carried this assault rifle, outfitted with an LMT M203 Grenade Launcher, to a rooftop in order to prepare an attack on the Dogs of Hell. Having kidnapped Daredevil, he had to start his attack right as Daredevil freed himself. Castle shot a grenade to the motorbikes stationed on the street, and then used the rifle as a clubbing weapon when Daredevil tried to stop him. Once he took him down, Castle prepared to open fire, but Daredevil threw the gun down to the street, disarming Castle and knocking him down.

Frank Castle obtained another rifle as he infiltrated the Blacksmith's Ship, but he did not have to use it, as the only man onboard quickly ran out of ammunition, so Frank discarded the rifle to take his sidearm.

DEA agents sent to apprehend Danny Rand when he was framed by Harold Meachum carried this rifle. However, they were quickly defeated by Rand and Colleen Wing before leaving.

SIG SG 550

The SIG SG 550 is a semi-automatic assault rifle.

Some of the mercenaries working for Crossbones carried these weapons while attacking the Institute for Infectious Diseases in Lagos. They opened fire on the security staff of the facility, and also attempted to kill the Avengers when they intervened in order to stop Rumlow.

SIG SG 552

The SIG SG 552 is a compact variant of the SIG SG 550 semi-automatic assault rifle.

Some members of the Ten Rings carried this weapon when they kidnapped Tony Stark.

Some of the United Nations soldiers stationed in Vienna to prevent another terrorist attack following the Bombing of the Vienna International Centre were issued with these rifles, carrying them while patrolling the surrounding area of the centre.

Steyr AUG A3

The Steyr AUG A3 is a variant of the Steyr AUG bullpup assault rifle, characterized by a rail on top of the receiver and external bolt release.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon, especially during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki.

Brock Rumlow attacks Georges Batroc

Brock Rumlow carried it on a mission to retake the Lemurian Star and liberate hostages inside. He used it even before landing on the ship, killing a pirate that was about to attack Captain America, and navigated with it inside the ship.

Vektor R5

The Vektor R5 is a shorter version of the Vektor R4 assault rifle, developed specifically for the South African Police and the South African National Defence Force.

Many members of the South African Police and the South African National Defence Force used this weapons in order to try to stop Hulk when he began to rampage Johannesburg.

Rifles

Accuracy International AWSM-F

The AWSM-F is a bolt-action sniper rifle.

Frank Castle took this rifle with him to El Paso in order to kill the last survivor of the the Mexican Cartel. He patiently waited until his target arrived to Juárez, and once the shot was clear, Castle fired a bullet that took a few seconds to reach the border, but ultimately killed the Cartel leader when it hit his head. Once he discovered the identity of Agent Orange, Castle also took the rifle in order to kill William Rawlins, and though the shot was perfectly aimed to Rawlins' head, the bullet could not penetrate the bulletproof glass. He also took it to the building in front of Curtis Hoyle's apartment, as he had anticipated that Billy Russo would attack Hoyle to drag him out, so he shot at Russo as soon as he had a clean shot, but did not manage to kill him, and was forced to unload the rifle to save Hoyle's life.

Barrett M107

The Barrett M107 is a variant of the Barrett M82 designed for the United States Armed Forces, with a plastic rear grip bolted to the lower part of buttstock and a rail that runs along the top spine of the rifle up to the front of the forend.

Billy Russo carried this sniper rifle to a hostage exchange where Frank Castle and David Lieberman were going to surrender in exchange for the liberation of Lieberman's wife and son. Russo watched over the whole exchange through the rifle's scope, and when a firefight between his henchmen and agents of the United States Department of Homeland Security, Russo shot at the wheels of the DHS vehicles, in order to allow his men escape with the captured Castle.

Barrett M82A1M

The M82A1M is the first variant of the Barrett M82 series of semi-automatic anti-materiel rifles, sometimes also as an anti-personnel sniper rifle.

The Winter Soldier used it as a sniper rifle during an assassination. He was captured in a photograph released in the press, but his image was so blurry and small that needed technological enhancements to be distinguished.

Wolfgang von Strucker kept an arsenal of these rifles at the HYDRA Research Base in Sokovia as part of the facility's defenses.

The Avengers built an arsenal of conventional firearms at their New Avengers Facility in New York, including several of these rifles.

Barrett M98B

The Model 98 Bravo is a bolt-action sniper rifle.

Grant Ward took this sniper rifle to Ogygia in a makeshift mission to retrieve Holden Radcliffe. However, as Madame Hydra and Leo Fitz appeared he was forced to hide, and was about to take down Fitz to prevent him from killing Agnes Kitsworth. Jemma Simmons convinced him not to do so, and as Fitz killed Kitsworth and Simmons unadvertedly revealed their presence, Ward had to shoot and kill the HYDRA guards defending Fitz and Madame Hydra before escaping.

Barrett MRAD

The Barrett MRAD is a bolt-action sniper rifle.

The Punisher kills members of the Hand

Frank Castle obtained this rifle as part of the secret arsenal kept by Ray Schoonover. Castle then followed police radio signals to the site of a massive hostage situation, arriving soon after Nobu Yoshioka had accidentally killed Elektra. As Yoshioka ordered the rest of the Hand members to kill Daredevil, Castle acted as Daredevil's backup, killing the ninjas and allowing Daredevil to finally defeat Yoshioka. Castle then respectfully said goodbye to Daredevil and left the scene with the rifle still in his hands.

Desert Tactical Arms Stealth Recon Scout

The Desert Tactical Arms Stealth Recon Scout is a bolt-action sniper rifle.

Grant Ward used this rifle to act as a sniper during the hostage exchange when Ace Peterson was to be liberated by Raina and Phil Coulson became kidnapped by the Centipede Project.

A squad of mercenaries working for Wilson Fisk attacked the federal convoy transporting Fisk in order to liberate him, with one of them acting as a sniper and using this weapon to confront and kill every agent of the FBI and the New York City Police Department defending the convoy.

Frank Castle climbed to a water tower to act as a sniper in his second attempt to kill Grotto. Knowing that Grotto was acting as bait for him, Castle created a diversion for the New York City Police Department and he began to shoot hoping to kill Grotto, until Daredevil attacked him a second time.

Henry 1860 Rifle

The Henry 1860 Rifle is a lever-action rifle with tubular magazines.

Dottie Underwood aims at Johann Fennhoff

Dottie Underwood used a customized version with a scope and a flashlight that to communicate with Johann Fennhoff in Morse code from the building in front of the New York Bell Company.

Knight's Armament SR-25

The Knight's Armament SR-25 is a semi-automatic sniper rifle

Frank Castle kept one of these rifles as part of the arsenal in his apartment.

One of the two snipers of the Emergency Service Unit of the New York City Police Department used this rifle to set an ambush on Frank Castle by using Grotto as bait for Castle. They shot against Castle's diversion, a member of the Dogs of Hell driving a Redfield Electronics truck, and then against Castle himself, when his fight against Daredevil revealed his position.

M1 Carbine

The M1 Carbine is a lightweight semi-automatic carbine and one of the standard firearms of the the United States Army during World War II.

Before joining World War II, Steve Rogers played a colourful character named Captain America in a series of live shows and films. In those films, the soldiers that accompanied him used these carbines to attack Nazis and protect America, inspiring soldiers to join the United States Army and citizens to buy war bonds.

Jacques Dernier switched his weapon to one of the standard firearms of the United States Army when he broke through the doors of HYDRA Headquarters, as part of the Strategic Scientific Reserve's assault on the base.

M1 Garand

The M1 Garand is a semi-automatic rifle used by the United States Army for combat use and for drill purposes.

Steve Rogers was issued a M1 Garand rifle for his training maneuvers in Camp Lehigh. However, he never used it for actual combat during World War II.

Soldiers of the United States Army under direct command of Colonel Chester Phillips attacked the HYDRA Headquarters, charging at the facility issued with these weapons to retaliate enemy fire. Some soldiers issued with these weapons also accompanied Peggy Carter and the Howling Commandos during their Attack on HYDRA Research Facility Number 4.

Being one of the weapons that Jacques Dernier used during the war, one of these guns was displayed at the Smithsonian Institution as part of the Howling Commandos memorial within Captain America's exhibit.

A group of Chinese soldiers sent in a mission with propaganda purposes were carrying these weapons when they got lost in the mountains and came across an assailant, the Iron Fist. They tried to use their rifles to shoot at him, but he ended up defeating them all.

M1D Garand

The M1D Garand is a variant of the M1 Garand designed for sniping purposes and modified to accept a scope.

Dottie Underwood rigged one of them by pointing at the New York City Hall, using it create a distraction in order to kidnap Howard Stark.

M1903A1 Springfield

The M1903 Springfield is a bolt-action service repeating rifle, used by the United States Armed Forces for sniping purposes.

Bucky Barnes used this sniper rifle during the Battle of Azzano, in an attempt to battle German forces in Italy. Despite his efforts, he was captured along the rest of his unit by HYDRA, and taken to one of its facilities as forced labor.

M1941 Johnson rifle

The M1941 Johnson is a short-recoil semi-automatic rifle.

Bucky Barnes was the sniper of the squad led by Captain America during World War II, the Howling Commandos, carrying this weapon when he acted as such during missions against HYDRA. He used it once to save Captain America himself from a soldier who almost shot him while examining a destroyed HYDRA base.

M24 Sniper Weapon System

The M24 Sniper Weapon System is a military heavy bolt-action sniper rifle.

Antoine Triplett takes aim at Carl Creel

Antoine Triplett used this rifle to act as a sniper during the exchange between Carl Creel and his HYDRA contact. However, he was knocked out by Lance Hunter before he could even had the chance to shoot. Hunter took the rifle in order to avenge his friend Isabelle Hartley by killing Creel. However, Creel noticed Hunter aiming at him, and he transformed into Carbyne to deflect the bullet.

McMillan Tac-50

The McMillan Tac-50 is a long-range sniper rifle.

Grant Ward obtained one of them and used it to hunt during his days in the forest of Wyoming.

Mosin-Nagant M91/30 Sniper

The Mosin–Nagant M91/30 is a variation of the Mosin-Nagant series of Russian bolt-action military rifle. It was a standard issue for Soviet Armed Forces, mainly for sniping purposes.

Eva used it to ambush on Peggy Carter's team when they were engaged in a shootout against Leviathan soldiers. With precision, Eva shot two times before escaping, one to kill Mike Li and another one to injure Happy Sam Sawyer in the leg.

Nemesis Arms Vanquish

The Nemesis Arms Vanquish lightweight tactical bolt-action sniper rifle.

During his first mission with Phil Coulson and his team, Grant Ward assembled a Nemesis Arms Vanquish rifle along with a telescopic sight, bipod, suppressor and railed handguard in case Michael Peterson had to be killed due to the instability of the Extremis in his blood.

Skye began training with this sniper rifle per Melinda May's suggestion in order to get used to its recoil, and later used to shoot at Donnie Gill to prevent him from freezing May and Lance Hunter on the Maribel del Mar freighter.

One of the men working for Wilson Fisk dressed himself as a sniper of the Emergency Service Unit of the New York City Police Department. He followed Fisk's orders and assembled a sniper rifle to shoot against the crowd gathered in front of the Abandoned Building where the man in the mask had been cornered. The sniper killed his main target, Detective Christian Blake, and two other police officers, while everyone blamed the man in the mask.

Frank Castle took this sniper rifle to a rooftop near Metro-General Hospital after he tried to kill Grotto inside of the hospital. Seeing that he would not catch Grotto up, he began to shoot the rifle hoping to kill him, until Daredevil confronted him and they began to fight.

Remington 700

The Remington 700 is a bolt-action sniper rifle.

JT James kept a Remington 700 by his side while he lived in a caravan in South Dakota, carrying it when he saw that Lincoln Campbell and Daisy Johnson came to his hideout.

Remington 700PSS

The Remington 700PSS is a heavy weight barreled variant of the Remington 700 designed as a sniper rifle.

S.H.I.E.L.D. kept one of these weapons at the armory of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Crater Investigation Site near Puente Antiguo. Clint Barton was about to take it as his weapon in order to act as a sniper when Thor infiltrated into the facility, but he discarded it and took a bow instead.

One of the two snipers of the Emergency Service Unit of the New York City Police Department used this rifle to set an ambush on Frank Castle by using Grotto as bait for Castle. They shot against Castle's diversion, a member of the Dogs of Hell driving a Redfield Electronics truck, and then against Castle himself, when his fight against Daredevil revealed his position.

Remington MSR

The Remington MSR or Modular Sniper Rifle is a bolt-action sniper rifle and one of the most precise ones ever developed.

Grant Ward after killing Rosalind Price

Grant Ward assembled a sniper rifle to take out Rosalind Price and kill her in front of Phil Coulson, to let him feel the same he felt when Kara Palamas died in his arms. Once he shot Price in the neck, making her choke in her own blood, Ward disassembled the rifle while calling and taunting Coulson.

Ruger Mini-14

The Ruger Mini-14 is a lightweight semi-automatic rifle.

Turk Barrett acquired a customized rifle with a synthetic pink stock as a request from a gangster who wanted it for his daughter. Frank Castle ambushed Barrett in order to obtain the weapons shipment from the Greek Mob that Barrett was supposed to receive, but he had to take the pink rifle as it was the only weapon that Barrett had available. Castle took the rifle to their hideout to show it to David Lieberman, but he never put it to use.

Steyr HS .50

The Steyr HS .50 is a single-shot anti-material sniper rifle.

A sniper acting under General Thaddeus Ross' orders was deployed in a building nearby Grayburn College, where Bruce Banner had been located. He shot a tranquilizer dart using this rifle to knock Banner out instantaneously and prevent him from transforming into Hulk to allow his capture.

Winchester Model 1866

The Winchester Model 1866 is the first model of the Winchester series of lever-action repeating rifles.

Edwin Jarvis gave Peggy Carter one of Howard Stark's hunting rifles loaded with tranquilizer darts in order to capture Rufus Hunt to interrogate him about his employers. Though Carter accurately shot the dart against Hunt, she had to struggle with him to hit him a second time with the dart, and Carter ended up hitting Hunt in the head with the back of the rifle.

Winchester Model 1873

The Winchester Model 1873 is one of the model of the Winchester series of lever-action repeating rifles, very popular in the Old West.

In the Stark Pictures production to adapt the Kid Colt as a movie, many of the actors and stand-ins were handed weapons from the Old West era in order to accurately portray their characters, being one of these weapons the Winchester Model 1873

Machine Guns

Browning M1919A4

The Browning M1919A4 is the most common variant of the Browning M1919, a medium machine gun used both by infantry and vehicular units.

Gabe Jones carried this machine gun as his weapon of choice, and he used it during the Howling Commandos' raids on HYDRA facilities and during the Attack on HYDRA Headquarters.

Being Jones' iconic weapon, one of these guns was displayed at the Smithsonian Institution as part of the Howling Commandos memorial within Captain America's exhibit.

During one of his missions for S.H.I.E.L.D. as Ant-Man, Hank Pym resorted to operate an enemy machine gun against his opponents while shrunken, appearing in security footage as if the machine gun was operated alone.

Browning M2 QCB

The Browning M2 QCB is a variant of the Browning M2 heavy machine gun, that incorporates a quick change barrel with removable carrying handle.

HYDRA deployed many of these machine guns as part of the perimeter defenses of the HYDRA Research Base in Sokovia, mounting them in defense nests and the trucks that attacked the Avengers.

Browning M2HB

The Browning M2HB is the current variant of the Browning M2 heavy machine gun, adapted for heavy barrels, and it is one of the standard weapons of the United States Armed Forces for its use as a vehicle and aircraft weapon.

During Tony Stark's visit to Afghanistan, the Humvee where James Rhodes was transported was outfitted with a Browning M2HB machine gun. The Humvees driven by soldiers acting under General Thaddeus Ross' orders were also outfitted with these weapons during their attempt to capture Bruce Banner ambushing him at Culver University, to no avail.

The Ten Rings also had some guard posts outfitted with Browning M2HB machine guns at their base in Afghanistan, using them to try to prevent Tony Stark's escape from the compound.

The National Guard members deployed in New York City during the Chitauri Invasion had these weapons outfitted in their Humvees, using them against the Chitauri troops during the Battle of New York.

The Bahraini Army had also outfitted their Humvees and vehicles with these weapons, and some of them were sent to Manama in order to deal with a hostage situation involving a powered individual.

This machine gun was part of the automatic defenses of the Providence base, mounted in a turret and programmed to shot at any fast moving object. However, they were also programmed to stop when someone identified himself as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Some of the Humvees and other assault vehicles kept by Cybertek at their facility in New Mexico were outfitted with one of these weapons.

FN M240B

The FN M240B is a variant of the FN M240 medium machine gun, and one of the standard weapons of the United States Armed Forces.

During Tony Stark's visit to Afghanistan, the Humvees were Stark and his military escort were transporter were outfitted with FN M240B machine guns.

As a standard weapon of the United States Armed Forces, some of the artillerymen acting under General Thaddeus Ross' orders were issued with these weapons during their attempts to capture Bruce Banner. They used their weapons during an ambush on Banner, once he transformed into Hulk, in a futile attempt to slow him down.

One of the agents working for the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre manned this heavy weapon mounted in an helicopter as during a mission to capture the Winter Soldier. He opened fire on Barnes as he was fighting against Black Panther in a rooftop, with the bullets ricocheting on his Panther Habit, until Falcon disabled the helicopter.

M242 Bushmaster

The M242 Bushmaster is an externally powered single-barreled chaingun, often used by the United States Armed Forces in combat vehicles.

Ivan Vanko secretly developed the Hammer Drones using Justin Hammer's resources, outfitting the Army Drones with this weapon as a shoulder-mounted cannon.

The Stryker LAV that General Thaddeus Ross used to oversee the attempt to capture Bruce Banner at Culver University was outfitted with one of these weapons.

M249E2 SAW

The M249E2 SAW is a variant of the M249 light machine gun, outfitted with a heat shield.

The United States Armed Forces had many of these weapons in the Afghanistan base that Tony Stark visited in order to make a demonstration of the Jericho.

Having guessed that Billy Russo would know his location as he had Sarah Lieberman kidnapped, Frank Castle prepared his hideout for an ambush in the men that Russo would send after him, hoping that Russo himself would appear. He set up a series of weapons and explosive traps, placing this machine gun hidden inside a box. As Castle was seemingly cornered, he activated a series of traps and retrieved the machine gun to kill the Anvil agents he had nearby, until discarding it and grabbing his knife to kill an agent that was hiding behind a column.

M249E2 SAW Paratrooper

The M249E2 SAW Para is a short-barreled variant of the M249 light machine gun.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon, especially during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki.

Bucky Barnes obtained this machine gun from Black Widow's equipment locker inside the Quinjet and took it to infiltrate the HYDRA Siberian Facility with Steve Rogers. However, he was unable to use it, as Tony Stark destroyed it as soon as he engaged Barnes and Rogers for a fight.

PKM

The PKM is a modernized version of the PK machine gun, with upgrades to reduce its and facilitate an easier operation.

HYDRA deployed many of these machine guns as part of the perimeter defenses of the HYDRA Research Base in Sokovia, mounting them in defense nests and the trucks that attacked the Avengers.

RPK

The RPK is a hand-held light machine gun of Soviet design.

Pietro Maximoff resorted to use one of these machine guns in order to mobilize the Sokovian Police Department to evacuate civilians in the moments before the Battle of Sokovia, as his previous request was ignored by the police officers.

Grenade Launchers

Brügger & Thomet GL-06

The Brügger & Thomet GL-06 is a stand-alone shoulder-fired grenade launcher.

Willis Stryker used this grenade launcher in order to go through the barricades that Luke Cage put inside Harlem's Paradise during a hostage situation. Stryker shot a grenade to the kitchen's door, causing an explosion that blasted the door and the furniture placed behind it.

DefTech 40mm Multi Launcher

The DefTech 40mm Multi Launcher is a revolver-type semi-automatic grenade launcher.

Members of the United States Army used these grenade launchers to shoot gas grenades at Bruce Banner when they tried to ambush him at Culver University. As it only triggered Banner's transformation into Hulk, Blonsky discarded his M4A1 and took a grenade launcher when he was ordered to act, this time loaded with explosive grenades. He shoot two grenades at Hulk, who grabbed a piece of debris to use it as shield against the explosions.

Fabrique Nationale EGLM

The Fabrique Nationale EGLM is a grenade launcher designed as an attachment for the FN SCAR assault rifles.

John Garrett grabbed a FN SCAR-H with an EGLM (Enhanced Grenade Launcher Module) attached to it to defend himself from Deathlok when he attacked the S.H.I.E.L.D. Safe House in Sydney, though he did not fire a single shot.

Federal M201-Z Grenade Launcher

The Federal M201-Z Grenade Launcher is a less-than-lethal grenade launcher designed to shoot gas grenades and similar riot ammunition.

Daniel Sousa used a modified version of this weapon to shoot an electric net to Dottie Underwood and capture her after allowing her to escape imprisonment. Underwood was unimpressed by the net, until Sousa activated its electric current pressing a button on the weapon.

FN Mk 13

The FN Mk 13 is a grenade launcher designed as an attachment for the FN SCAR assault rifles, but converted to its use as a standalone weapon.

Winter Soldier attempts to kill Nick Fury.

The Winter Soldier used one of them, customized to fire Disc Grenades, against Nick Fury's SUV, in an assassination attempt against Fury.

The Watchdogs used these weapons among many others in their arsenal. Oscar carried this weapon while defending their hideout in Illinois, where they were ambushed by a small team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.

Hawk MM-1

The Hawk MM-1 is a -automatic grenade launcher.

A team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents were issued with these weapons to act as Natasha Romanoff's backup in India during her attempt to recruit Bruce Banner to help track the Tesseract, just in case Banner transformed into Hulk. As the transformation was not triggered, the agents did not need to use their weapons.

Milkor MGL

The Milkor MGL is a revolver-type semi-automatic grenade launcher.

It was one of the weapons presented by Justin Hammer to the United States Armed Forces in order to weaponize the War Machine Armor out of a decommissioned Iron Man Armor. James Rhodes then ordered Hammer to integrate it along with the rest of weapons he presented.

Ivan Vanko secretly developed the Hammer Drones using Justin Hammer's resources, outfitting the Army Drones with this weapon as a wristarm-mounted cannon.

The Winter Soldier used in on the streets of Washington, D.C. against Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff. His first shot sent Rogers to the street down a highway, and he kept using it to destroy the cars that Romanoff used for cover until she also fell to the street.

Lance Hunter also used one of these, loaded with an Electric Net Grenade designed by Jemma Simmons' Science Division, to capture Vin-Tak.

Milkor M32

The Milkor M32 is a shorter-barreled variant of the Milkor MGL revolver-type semi-automatic grenade launcher.

During a mission to kill the Inhuman Hive, Agent Piper carried a modified version of this grenade launcher as a heavy support weapon. She used it to blast a hole in Hive's shoulder, but to little effect as the dark Inhuman managed to heal the wound.

The HYDRA tactical team deployed to capture subversives Melinda May and Daisy Johnson within the Framework chased them to a Resistance base, where one of the soldiers fired a grenade against them. The projectile misfired due to Johnson's powers, that made the grenade return and explode over the HYDRA soldiers.

MK 19 Grenade Launcher

The Mk 19 Grenade Launcher is a belt-fed automatic grenade launcher used by heavy infantry or as a vehicle mounted weapon.

The National Guard members deployed in New York City during the Chitauri Invasion had these weapons outfitted in their Humvees, using them against the Chitauri troops during the Battle of New York.

Some of the Humvees and other assault vehicles kept by Cybertek at their facility in New Mexico were outfitted with one of these weapons.

The armored trucks stationed at the IFID Headquarters were equipped with these heavy weapons. Crossbones seized control of one of the vehicles and manned its weapon in order to shoot grenades at Captain America in an effort to kill him. Despite the grenades did not kill him, they managed to knock him out of the building.

RM Equipment M203PI

The RM Equipment M203PI is a grenade launcher designed as an attachment for the M4 and M16 assault rifles, but converted to its use as a standalone weapon.

Some of the mercenaries working for Crossbones carried these weapons while attacking the Institute for Infectious Diseases in Lagos. They opened fire on the facility to launch a series of gas grenades, in order to easily incapacitate the security staff of the facility and steal a biological weapon.

Sage Control Ordnance Deuce Revolution

The Sage Control Ordnance Deuce Revolution is a semi-automatic double action grenade launcher.

A HYDRA operative was issued with this weapon in order to neutralize and capture the enhanced individuals involved in a skirmish in Milwaukee. He shoot a Pulse Grenade against two of them, Lincoln Campbell and Michael Peterson, but he could not capture their main target, a teleporter.

Sage Control SL-6 Rotary Launcher

The Sage Control SL-6 Rotary Launcher is a semi-automatic rotary magazine grenade launcher.

Willis Stryker used this grenade launcher during his first confrontation against Luke Cage. In order to chase the ambulance where Cage was being transported, Stryker shot a grenade against the vehicle, that made it flip on the road.

Frank Castle took this grenade launcher when he went to confront Billy Russo in the carousel of Central Park. As he approached, Castle shot a few grenades to the air in order to distract Russo with their explosions, letting him approach Russo and start to shoot at him with his rifle, having discarded the launcher.

Rocket Launchers

Airtronic RPG-7

The Airtronic RPG-7 is a portable shoulder-launched, anti-tank rocket launcher.

Nick Fury used a variant manufactured by Airtronic USA to disable a F-35 Lightning II that had received orders to drop a nuclear bomb on Manhattan. Though he successfully shot the rocket and prevented the plane from taking off, another F-35 had been ordered to do the same, and Fury was unable to prevent it.

Nick Fury shoots down one of his own planes.

Some of the mercenaries working for Ulysses Klaue had these rocket launchers while patrolling inside the Churchill.

R. Moore carried this rocket launcher when he and other members of the Aryan Brotherhood attempted to escape from Ghost Rider. As they saw him approach, Moore fired the rocket against the Hell Charger, but the missile had no effect on the vehicle, as it continued charging against them.

Alphonso Mackenzie used this rocket launcher in order to open a breach into Anton Ivanov's secret base. He fired it at a wall from the back of a Quinjet and used the hole to enter into the compound.

BGM-71 TOW

The BGM-71 TOW is a platform-mounted anti-tank rocket launcher.

The Ten Rings had some of these rocket launchers in their arsenal at the base where Tony Stark was taken during his kidnapping.

FGM-148 Javelin

The FGM-148 Javelin is a man-portable anti-tank rocket launcher.

The Ten Rings had some of these rocket launchers in their arsenal at the base where Tony Stark was taken during his kidnapping.

FIM-43 Redeye

The FIM-43 Redeye is a man-portable surface-to-air missile launcher.

Cornell Stokes took this rocket launcher to a rooftop in Harlem, stalking Luke Cage in order to kill him inside his house. As he spotted Cage inside Genghis Connie's, Stokes fired a rocket, destroying the restaurant and making the whole building collapse. However, Cage was able to survive the rocket blast, saving Connie Lin shielding her with his body.

FIM-92A Stinger

The FIM-92 Stinger is a man-portable surface-to-air missile launcher.

Ivan Vanko secretly developed the Hammer Drones using Justin Hammer's resources, outfitting the Navy Drones with this weapon as a shoulder-mounted cannon.

M136 AT4

The M136 AT4 is an unguided, portable and single-shot anti-tank weapon.

Members of STRIKE trying to protect the Insight Helicarriers were armed with these weapons, and tried to kill Falcon shooting rockets at him, but he was able to evade the missiles.

Heavy Weapons

Dillon M134 Minigun

The Dillon M134 Minigun is a six-barrel Gatling machine gun, called "mini" in comparison to other weapons with similar design.

An helicopter commanded by General Thaddeus Ross and sent to New York City to finally capture Bruce Banner was outfitted with this weapon. However, the artilleryman used it to assist Banner when he transformed into Hulk to stop Abomination's rampage.

Punisher walks away with his Minigun

Frank Castle obtained a handheld version of the minigun as part of the secret arsenal kept by Ray Schoonover. He then took it when he went to torch his former house, carrying it while the house began to be engulfed by flames.

DShK

The DShK is a heavy machine gun designed for heavy infantry.

HYDRA kept many of these machine guns in their research base in Sokovia, that became Wolfgang von Strucker's main base of operations shortly prior the revelation of HYDRA's continued presence within S.H.I.E.L.D.

FN GAU-21 Aircraft Machine Gun

The FN GAU-21 is a faster firing and larger variant of the Browning M2, specifically designed for its use on aircraft.

The helicopter from the United States Armed Forces that located Tony Stark in the desert of Afghanistan following his successful escape from the Ten Rings was outfitted with this machine gun.

GE M134 Minigun

The GE M134 Minigun is a six-barrel Gatling machine gun, called "mini" in comparison to other weapons with similar design.

It was one of the weapons presented by Justin Hammer to the United States Armed Forces in order to weaponize the War Machine Armor out of a decommissioned Iron Man Armor. James Rhodes then ordered Hammer to integrate it along with the rest of weapons he presented.

An Apache helicopter used during an attempt to capture Bruce Banner at Culver University was outfitted with a full-sized GE M134 Minigun, using it to shoot at Hulk while Betty Ross was trying to reach him. The bullets would have killed her if Hulk had not shielded her with his own body.

One of the mercenaries that attacked Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff and Sam Wilson in Washington, D.C. used this heavy weapon to try to kill Rogers, but Rogers was able to use his shield to deflect the bullets and approach the gunner, knocking him unconscious.

General Dynamics GAU-17/A

The General Dynamics GAU-17/A is a six-barrel Gatling machine gun, specifically designed for its use within aircraft on a flexible mount.

S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Quinjets are outfitted with one of these as their primary weapons. During the early stages of the Chitauri Invasion, Black Widow used this weapon to threaten Loki into surrendering when he was located in Stuttgart, and Hawkeye used it against the Chitauri troops during the Battle of New York until the Quinjet was lost.

They were also used by HYDRA pilots to try to kill Falcon and prevent him from disarming the Insight Helicarriers.

The Quinjet developed by Tony Stark for its use by the Avengers was also outfitted with this machine gun as its primary weapon. The Avengers avoided to use it while fighting in or near populated areas, but Ultron used it when he hijacked the Quinjet, using it to kill some civilians while trying to escape from Sokovia, and killing Quicksilver with its fire, as he ran to shield Hawkeye and a civilian boy named Costel.

The HYDRA QuadCopter was also outfitted with this machine gun, using it to open fire in New York City when they went to kidnap Charles Hinton, killing Edwin Abbott in the process.

General Dynamics GAU-22/A

The General Dynamics GAU-22/A is a six-barrel Gatling machine gun, specifically designed for its use within aircraft on a fixed mount.

The squad of F-35 Lightning II that served as escort for the Helicarrier were outfitted with this weapon, and the pilots resorted to use it in an attempt to distract Hulk, who had lost control inside the Helicarrier. The ones that escorted the Bus in order to force Phil Coulson and his team to hand Ian Quinn over were also outfitted with these weapons.

General Dynamics M197 Vulcan

The General Dynamics M197 Vulcan is a three-barreled electric Gatling-type rotary cannon.

The S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicopter stolen by Kaminsky from the Cube was outfitted with this weapon. Kaminsky used the helicopter and opened fire against Grant Ward and John Garrett upon their arrival at the Fridge in order to convince its security guards to let Ward in.

M61A2 Vulcan

The M61A2 Vulcan is the second iteration of the M61 Vulcan, a six-barrel Gatling rotary cannon used as weapon in aircraft, typically by the United States Armed Forces.

Two F-22 Raptor were called to intercept an unidentified flying object near Gulmira in Afghanistan, who turned out to be Tony Stark in his newly-created Iron Man Armor. Believing the object to be hostile, the two F-22 pilots opened fired with their rotary cannons on Iron Man.

Flamethrowers

M2 Flamethrower

The M2 flamethrower is a man-portable backpack flamethrower.

One of the Extremis Soldiers patrolling the Norco was carrying a flamethrower before Tony Stark and James Rhodes infiltrated the ship.

Frank Castle obtained this flamethrower from the weapons cache he stole from the Greek Mob, and used it during the robbery in order to deal with the two Department of Homeland Security agents that were following the weapons shipment. As they openend the truck, Castle used the flamethrower to force them to drop their weapons and jump into the water so that he could escape.

Taser

X26 Taser

The X26 is a police issue taser or electroshock weapon that fires two small dart-like electrodes to deliver electric current and cause neuromuscular incapacitation.

Darcy Lewis kept one of them for self-protection, and used it against Thor when she came across him for the first time outside Puente Antiguo.

It is a standard weapon of the London Metropolitan Police, and it was used by some agents to threaten Thor when he travelled there to check on Jane Foster.

Jim Paxton used this weapon to subdue Scott Lang, once he managed to chase him while he believed Lang was responsible for the destruction of Pym Technologies Headquarters.

Some members of the Kitchen Irish set an ambush at the carousel in Central Park under Finn Cooley's orders, in order to kidnap Frank Castle. They subdued him using the tasers, but not before Castle managed to kill some of them.

Flare Pistols

Olin Flare Gun

The Olin Flare Gun is a single-shot 12 gauge flare gun.

Leo Fitz shot a flare with this gun towards the portal to Maveth when it was activated inside the HYDRA Castle. Jemma Simmons saw the flare, and went towards the flare, managing to return to Earth but leaving Will Daniels behind.

Orion Flare Gun

The Orion Flare Gun is a single-shot 12 gauge flare gun.

Leo Fitz obtained this handgun from the backpack carried by one of the HYDRA operatives that took him to Maveth. He used it against Will Daniels' corpse, who had possessed by Hive, as shots with a Glock 17 pistol proved to be harmless. The flare made Daniels' corpse to burn, leading Fitz he had killed the creature.

Phil Coulson took this flare gun to the party where a Watchdogs squad led by Briggs was about to kill Elena Rodriguez, firing to distract them while he, Leo Fitz and Alphonso Mackenzie confronted them.

Grenades

Flashbang Grenade

The flashbang is a non-lethal explosive that causes a flash of light and an intensely loud "bang", used to disorient and disable an enemy's senses without causing permanent injury.

Emil Blonsky used a flashbang grenade against Hulk during their first confrontation in Rio de Janeiro, in an attempt to incapacitate him. Hulk recovered almost instantly, and the grenade only managed to enrage him even more.

Some members of the group of mercenaries that were brainwashed by Loki into helping him during the Chitauri Invasion carried this weapon during their Attack on the Helicarrier to rescue Loki, using it to breach into the bridge of the aircraft and try to take it.

M18 Smoke Grenade

The M18 Smoke Grenade is a canister-type grenade that produces smoke of different colors.

Peggy Carter used this smoke grenade to clear the room where Zodiac was being stored, incapacitating the only guard inside.

Antoine Triplett used this grenade when S.H.I.E.L.D.'s presence within the Government Storage Warehouse was discovered, in order to allow himself, Melinda May and Skye to escape.

M67 Grenade

The M67 Grenade is a fragmentation anti-personnel hand grenade of round shape.

Steve Rogers obtained a grenade from one of the HYDRA operatives patrolling one of the Project Insight Helicarriers, using it to attack a group of operatives while infiltrating the aircraft.

The Winter Soldier caught a grenade thrown against him by one of the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents protecting the pilots at the Triskelion, and quickly threw it inside a Quinjet to destroy it.

Crossbones carried these grenades attached to his Battlefield Suit, and dropped one of them inside an IFID armored truck once he trapped Natasha Romanoff inside, in order to try to kill her.

Alphonso Mackenzie took one of these grenades from the arsenal of the mercenaries that were trying to kill Jeffrey Mace at Freyer National Park, and used it to destroy the device that was jamming their communications.

Mk 2 Grenade

The Mk 2 Grenade is a fragmentation anti-personnel hand grenade with a characteristic "pineapple" shape, used as a standard issue by the United States Armed Forces during and after World War II.

Chester Phillips used a dummy Mk 2 Grenade to test the bravery of the candidates for Project Rebirth, hoping to prove that Steve Rogers was not the ideal candidate as Abraham Erskine had suggested. However, Rogers used his body to shield everyone from the potential explosion while the other candidates ran away to take cover.

Dum Dum Dugan usually carried a couple of hand grenades, and was about to use one inside the Red Room Academy, when Eva tricked him and killed one of Dugan's teammates. However, Peggy Carter stopped him, believing Eva was just a girl.

Many of these grenades were kept in the warehouse that served as main headquarters for Grant Ward's HYDRA cell. However, they were left behind when Lance Hunter and Melinda May successfully located and attacked it.

MK3 Grenade

The MK3 grenade is a cylindrical concussion grenade.

Willis Stryker threw a grenade to Pop's Barber Shop given that all his enemies, Luke Cage, Shades and Mariah Dillard, had gathered there. The grenade destroyed the front door and part of the shop, but Cage, who noticed the grenade, shielded the people inside.

Mills Bomb

The Mills Bomb is a fragmentation anti-personnel hand grenade used by the British Armed Forces.

James Montgomery Falsworth carried a holster filled with grenades during his time serving as a member of the Howling Commandos.

Model 24 Stielhandgranate

The Model 24 Stielhandgranate was the standard hand grenade of the German Army before and during World War II, having a very distinctive appearance.

Several grenades were kept at the Austrian HYDRA Weapons Facility, and were used by the prisoners of war liberated by Steve Rogers during their escape.
