Niles Lindmore lived in his residence until his death in 1955, when his face and identity were assumed by a Chronicom Hunter. The Hunter left his body behind in the house before infiltrating Area 51.[1]

Deke Shaw and Yo-Yo Rodriguez entered the house, looking for an object that Niles Lindmore was meant to deliver to Daniel Sousa, who would then deliver the object to Howard Stark. Rodriguez searched the second floor of the house, while Shaw stayed on the ground floor. However, Joe and another HYDRA operative appeared, looking for the item and Lindmore. Believing Shaw to be Lindmore, they kidnapped Shaw and left the residence without the object, which Rodriguez found. Rodriguez then discovered Shaw's disappearance, and left to look for him.[1]
