Biography

Captain Levy called Detective Brigid O'Reilly and alerted her that someone had stolen drugs and money from the Uptown Block Kings, which jeopardized her efforts to get confessions from the gang leaders. Levy then told O'Reilly that the situation was becoming explosive, but that the Uptown Block Kings and their rivals, the Money Hustle Gang, would sit together in the Rougarou Club. Levy insisted that the meeting had to go well as they could not afford to save someone sabotage the NOPD efforts.^[1]
