- "Yeah, and you thought 'Lethal Protector' was a shit name!"
"Yeah, because it is." - ―Venom and Eddie Brock[src]
The "Lethal Protector Venom" Universe is a universe where Eddie Brock bonded with the symbiote Venom, and they came to be known as the Lethal Protector.
History[]
Spider-Man Multiversal Crisis[]
Eddie Brock bonded with a black symbiote named Venom, who gave the pair the codename Lethal Protector. Brock and Venom traveled to Mexico and booked a hotel, where Brock relaxed.[1] Unbeknownst to him, in another universe, Doctor Strange cast a botched spell that caused people who knew Spider-Man's secret identity to be transported to that universe.
Because Venom knew Spider-Man's identity as a result of a symbiotic hive mind, he and Brock were transported to the universe in a different hotel. Brock conversed with a bartender for a while, with the latter telling him about Iron Man and Hulk and the Infinity War. Doctor Strange then recast the spell, sending Brock and Venom back to this universe. However, a small piece of Venom remained in the other universe, beginning to move.[2]
