Akela Amador commited a number of jewelry heists to obtain 30 million dollars in diamonds. This was to pay for a prox card with access the Todorov Building in Minsk, Belarus.
Amador arranged a meeting with Kropsky, who initially didn't believe she could obtain the diamonds. He handed the prox card to Amador and he left with the diamonds.[1]
