Arrest of Ivan Vanko[]
On December 2, 1993,[1] Ivan Vanko was convicted of selling Soviet-era weapons-grade plutonium to Pakistan and was sent to Kopeisk Prison, where he served for fifteen years.[2]
Alternate Universes[]
In an alternate universe, Ivan Vanko was arrested and brought to Kopeisk Prison, where several agents of the Ten Rings were also held. The guards and prisoners in Kopeisk Prison tended to fear and stay away from the Ten Rings. Vanko took note of the people who were shown such deference and realized they were in the same organization.[3]
