Kid Loki's Crew is a group of Loki Variants loyal to the King of the Void, Kid Loki.
History[]
Formation[]
Several variants of Loki Laufeyson were arrested and pruned by the Time Variance Authority under the tenure of the Time-Keepers, ending up in the Void for their crimes against the Sacred Timeline. With the threat of Alioth looming over the wasteland, four variants of Loki decided to band together in order to survive.
The group established their headquarters in an underground bunker, which they filled with pruned items and dubbed the Loki Palace, and Kid Loki, due to his reputation for killing Thor in his timeline, received the unofficial position of King of the Void from his peers. Even though the title meant little, many of their variants coveted it due to their power-hungry nature, going so far as to form an opposing faction to their own.[1]
Finding a New Loki[]
In one of their travels throughout the Void, the crew found a newly-pruned variant of themselves, whom Classic Loki urged to join them lest he'd be consumed by Alioth. [2]
As they made their way back to the bunker, Loki attempted to elaborate a plan to escape the Void and return to the TVA Office, only for the four to shut him down. In the safety of their home, the Lokis socialize, sharing stories around a fire and reflecting on their origins until Loki announces his intention of escaping the Void through killing Alioth. When he asks for their aid, the group erupts in laughter, knowing such a thing to be impossible, and the frustrated Loki leaves them, only to meet an army of other Loki Variants waiting at their doorstep, led by President Loki.[1]
Boastful Loki's Betrayal[]
The group was soon cornered by the rival group of variants inside their own hideout. Classic Loki at first admonishes Loki for leading the Loki Bandits to them, only for Boastful Loki to hold Kid Loki hostage and announce that he was the traitor among them, having struck a deal with President Loki in order to become the new King of the Void. Much to his surprise, President Loki double-crossed him, announcing that since he commanded the army, he would take the title for himself.
Much to his surprise (and Loki's annoyance), the rest of the army turned on him, as all of them wanted to be proclaimed king. Alligator Loki approached President Loki and bit his hand off, starting an all-out brawl among the variants. In order to escape, Classic Loki cast illusions of himself and the rest of his allies and opened a portal out of the bunker, leaving Boastful Loki to fend for himself.[1]
