Kenneth Turgeon was a virtual recreation of the real-world person of the same name inside the Framework.

Creating Super Soldiers[]
Under the direct orders of both Madame Hydra and The Doctor, Turgeon developed a physical enhancement serum for HYDRA. Once the serum was complete, Melinda May came to the lab and asked Turgeon for the serum to take down the Patriot. Turgeon explained to her the ingredients of the serum and how one dose could make the Patriot begging for his life.[1]
Deletion[]
Like everything else in the Framework, the alternate version of Kenneth Turgeon was deleted when Aida decided to wipe out the Framework and recreate its content in the real world.[2]
Abilities[]
- Expert Scientist: Turgeon was a leading scientist at HYDRA and was able to create a serum that gave Melinda May enhanced skill sets in order for her to go toe-to-toe with Patriot.
