―Kamala Khan[src]

Kamala Khan (Urdu: کمالہ خان) is a mutant hybrid and a big fan of the Avengers who discovered her abilities to manipulate Noor, harnessing it through her Quantum Band during the Zombie Apocalypse. Surviving alongside Riri Williams, Kate Bishop and F.R.I.D.A.Y., the four found the Intergalactic Transmitter, and on their journey through the Valley of the Broken Gods, Khan lost her allies to a horde of zombies and an encounter with Captain Marvel, though Khan was rescued by Blade Knight. They teamed up with Red Guardian and Yelena Belova to find a way to escape to outer space to be able to use the transmitter to communicate with the Nova Corps for help.

Upon meeting Shang-Chi's team, Khan and everyone else boarded the City on the Sea for refuge, but when Baron Zemo tried sacrificing them, the facility was invaded by the zombified Namor and Talokanil. Because of Belova's self-sacrifice, the survivors escaped and traveled to New Asgard to seek aid from Thor, but were attacked by Red Queen. When the remainder of the group finally reached space, they discovered that the Nova Corps were not planning to help them, much to Khan's horror. They were saved by the Masters of the Mystic Arts, who informed them about Infinity Hulk and Red Queen's plot to steal his power. Despite her internal struggles, Khan chose to aid in the effort to protect Infinity Hulk from Red Queen's army, though they ultimately lost the battle. Khan succumbed to the despair of losing too much and accepted Red Queen's offer to "fix" their world. In the aftermath, Khan is trapped in an illusion where her life is peaceful and normal.
