The Josh is a modified six-barrel shotgun designed by Hammer Industries.

Stokes Crime Family owned several modified shotguns designed by Hammer Industries. Most of them was sold out and one of them got to local criminal Cockroach Hamilton. Hamilton carried his shotgun when he was confronted by Luke Cage at his casino and shot him. The shot was strong enough to push Cage out of a window and dislocated his shoulder.[1]
After incident at Shirley Chisholm Complex, Shades and Comanche decided to find Piranha Jones. Shades gave Comanche one of shotguns which they held. They headed to Pop's Barber Shop where they were waiting for Cage and Jones holding guns at the ready.[2]
