Jorge was a relative of Oscar Arocho. One day, he helped Oscar move into his new apartment in New York City as Oscar had become a super. While moving boxes, Vido Arocho met the neighbor, Jessica Jones. He later claimed to Jorge that Jones had superpowers.[1]
