Johnson is a member of the United States Marshals Service who arrested Carl Lucas and took him back to Seagate Prison.

Biography

Arresting Carl Lucas

When Mariah Dillard mentioned Luke Cage's former identity on the news, Franco and Johnson arrived at the 29th Precinct Police Station, where they arrested him. Though Misty Knight, Claire Temple and Cage protested that he did nothing wrong, the marshalls informed him that regardless, he still owed the state of Georgia time. Johnson traveled Cage back to Seagate Prison.[1]
