Joe is an orderly at Birch Psychiatric Hospital.
Biography[]
When Danny Rand was committed to Birch Psychiatric Hospital, Joe was the orderly who helped Nurse Smith to administer a sedative to him. He also prevented Simon from stabbing Rand with a fork. He later gave Rand medicine after Rand's meeting with Paul Edmonds. Rand cooperated. Joe then got a package from Joy Meachum asking him to give it to Rand.[1][2]
