Biography[]
Along with Michael Smith, Jemele Hill was alerted to Luke Cage's training session with Todd Bowles at the Harlem Jets field. Cage went through several practice sessions, including leaping 24 feet in the broad jump, running 3.72 seconds over 40 meters, and handling a 400-pound tire like it weighed nothing. Jemele and Michael commentated on Cage's performance for television.[2]
