Jano was a member of Druig's Compound who was killed by a Deviant.

Ambush on Druig's Compound[]
Attacked by Deviants, Druig controlled some of his followers including Diego and Jano to fight them off using conventional firearms. Firing at the Deviant with his rifle, Jano was killed when he was smacked by its tail at a high velocity, killing him instantly.[2]
