Jan was going about her day when a giant Confederate Destroyer Ship came flying towards Chicago, crashing into the buildings. As Graviton stepped down onto the street, Jan hid behind a police van along with Officer Zbyszewski. As Zbyszewski took out his gun to shoot at Graviton, Jan said that she feels as if that would not work. Zbyszewski agreed, but prepared to shoot anyways. Everyone in the area then got a call. Jan answered it to hear that S.H.I.E.L.D. was coming to the rescue. Zbyszewski exclaimed how grateful he was.[1]
