Jacques is a mercenary and pirate employed by Batroc the Leaper to hijack the Lemurian Star.

Biography

Jacques was one of the pirates employed by Batroc the Leaper to hijack the Lemurian Star. One of the pirates asked another pirate to find Jacques so that they could take a break from guarding their hostages on the ship, but the other pirate was knocked out by Brock Rumlow's Taser Rod before he could find Jacques.
