Agent Jackson is a member of S.H.I.E.L.D..
Biography
He was sent with Agent Phil Coulson to New Mexico to investigate the appearance of Thor's hammer in Puente Antiguo. When Thor infiltrated the S.H.I.E.L.D. camp, he and Agent Delancey were sent to investigate, they were then subdued by Thor.[1]
