"My crew and I were working on the new Extreme Measures movie. I was right in the middle of a leap off a sixty-story building - the fallpad was below me and everything - and then I blipped. I guess they didn’t leave the pad there for five years, cause I’ve been in the hospital ever since."
―Jack Triconi[src]

Jack Triconi is a stuntman in the Extreme Measures franchise.

Biography[]

Jack Triconi became a stuntman, and by 2018 he accepted a role in a movie of the Extreme Measures film series. During the Snap, Triconi was supposedly performing a stunt from the top of a 60-story building onto a fall pad, but he allegedly disappeared before he could land. In 2023, he claimed he was resurrected by Hulk, where he resumed his fall and was promptly hospitalized, still apparently requiring medical care in 2024.

Triconi was later interviewed by The Daily Bugle about his experience. However, further investigation later proved that Triconi was never a victim of the Snap, and that he had faked the situation as a way to claim insurance money, leading Triconi to be arrested for insurance fraud and sentenced to months in prison. The Daily Bugle updated its interview with Triconi and his name was posted on the local docket that week.[1]

Behind the Scenes[]

  • When the actual Daily Bugle website was put up, Jack Triconi's article initially claimed that he was blipped in the middle of a stunt and upon returning landed and injured himself. Many fans were quick to point out that this contradicted Kevin Feige's earlier claims that Hulk made it so that everyone appeared safely on the ground when he caused the Blip in Avengers: Endgame. Upon realizing this, the website added an "update" revealing that Triconi faked his claim and was arrested for insurance fraud.[2]
