Biography
At his work as arm dealer, Jack DeLeon received two priors. Following his second prior DeLeon had been trying to avoid a third. DeLeon was caught by the United States Department of Homeland Security with 10,000 rounds of military-grade ammo. Not long before he was caught DeLeon had been contacted by Frank Castle, who wanted to buy the bullets from him. Since he got caught with the bullets he was unable to complete the deal.
Actually, this story was used by Dinah Madani and Sam Stein to entice those who hunt Castle.[1]
