Jack is the son of Phastos and Ben.
Biography[]
Jack was the son of Ben and Phastos, who grew through a normal childhood even though one of his father actually was an Eternal. Jack was of tremendous support to Phastos as he, along with Ben, renewed Phastos' faith in humanity. Jack barely got to see his father's superhuman abilities as Phastos was reluctant to put them in practice for trivial tasks like fixing Jack's bike.

As Phastos was visited by Ikaris and Sersi, Jack recognized the former as one of the people that fought the Deviant Kro in London, calling Ikaris "Superman" because of his ability to fly and fire beams from his eyes. Once Ikaris and Sersi, introduced as Phastos' college friends, were allowed in the house, Jack was sent to bed after Phastos checked that he had brushed his teeth properly. Jack was then briefly separated from Phastos due to his father rejoining the Eternals in an attempt to stop the Emergence of Tiamut the Communicator.
Later, Jack called Phastos and showed him his science project. Phastos was working, but took time to see it. Jack then asked why planets were round, so Phastos explained how the gravity made everything fall in on itself, making a sphere.[1]

Upon being reunited with Phastos and other Eternals, Jack witnessed Thena experiencing some difficulties with a toaster, and admitted that he sometimes found life complicated too. He then asked Thena what her superpowers were, and was in awe when she conjured a spear to pick up an orange Jack had been unable to reach. Jack was then instructed to cover his ears as Phastos reprimanded Thena for such a demonstration of her powers in front of her son and told Jack that he should never resort to violence as a solution to a problem.
Jack then accompanied Phastos and the other Eternals as they prepared to board the Domo. Amazed by the gigantic spacecraft, Jack asked Phastos whether he could go to space one day, to which Phastos replied that Jack should get his learner's permit first. Jack then watched as Thena, Druig and Makkari departed from Earth.[2]
Personality[]
Jack was a lively young boy, living a normal life with his two fathers. He knew that his father Phastos had superhuman abilities, but quickly accepted it and never acted scared upon witnessing seemingly impossible feats, instead expressing genuine amazement. He was not particularly scared when Thena created a massive spear to give him an orange, as Phastos actually was more afraid than his son.

- Phastos' Residence: Jack lived in a seemingly normal house in Chicago with his two fathers Ben|Ben and Phastos. The house, however, had been enhanced thanks to Phastos' cosmic powers in order to be a perfect safehouse for Jack and his family should anything terrible happen to them.
