Since her diagnosis with ALS, Jeri Hogarth began researching the drugs used in Europe. During an unapproved visit with doctor Anna Zakarian, Hogarth told Zakarian that her medications are pointless. Hogarth asked Zakarian for alternative options. According to Zakarian there have been studies all around the world, including one in Israel.[2]
