The Iron Man Armor: Mark XXXIV, codenamed Southpaw, was Tony Stark's thirty-fourth Iron Man suit and was a prototype suit developed to respond to situations caused by natural disasters. It was part of the Iron Legion and was destroyed during the Clean Slate Protocol.
History[]
The Southpaw Armor was summoned, along with the rest of the Iron Legion, to help Tony Stark and James Rhodes during their fight against Aldrich Killian and his Extremis Soldiers. During the course of the fight, a number of armors were destroyed, though they eventually managed to eliminate all of the Extremis Soldiers. At the end of the battle, the remaining suits that were not destroyed by Extremis Soldiers were destroyed when Stark activated the Clean Slate Protocol, including the Mark XXXIV.[2]
Capabilities[]
The Mark XXXIV has features that protect the user from getting injured by a tornado, an earthquake or other natural disasters in the field. A two digit claw is built into its left arm.
