Attack on the United Nations[]

"Cap, come in! I fell for the old 'fake villain' trick. The real Loki is nowhere in sight. Got any intel on where he might be hiding?"
―Iron Man to Captain America[src]

Tony Stark was a man who created a suit of armor and became Iron Man. During his heroic missions, he became allies with S.H.I.E.L.D., specifically Nick Fury. One day, mercenaries attacked the United Nations, forcing Fury to send Iron Man to help. Stark soon landed in the city and started defending the United Nations.

As he fought, a car came out of nowhere, forcing Stark to have to stop it dead in its tracks before continuing to fight. Eventually, there were no more enemies on the ground, so Iron Man flew up to the roofs of buildings where he found more mercenaries. Once defeating them, Stark looked across the block to find none other than Loki directing mercenaries. Knowing he needed help, Stark called Captain America for back up. Rogers responded saying he needed to defend the Helicarrier with Hulk, so he was sending Thor and Black Widow to help.

Loki escaped as Stark attacked the remaining mercenaries. Once finishing, he flew off but was stopped when a missile hit him mid-air. Stark crash landed on a roof and flew back down to the road when seeing mercenaries attacking civilians. Iron Man fought off enemies while waiting for help to arrive, but was faced by Loki. The arrogant god did not want to take orders from Iron Man, leading Stark to attack first. Iron Man easily took control of the fight and knocked Loki over for apprehension. Much to his surprise, Loki disappeared, angering Stark who realized he fell for an illusion. Iron Man called Captain America to tell him that Loki was still out and about, but Rogers did not respond. Knowing something was wrong, Stark left for the Helicarrier.[2]
