Iquitos is the largest city in the Peruvian rainforest and the fifth-largest city of Peru.

Camilla Reyes intended to fly to a Policia Militar del Perú airfield in Iquitos following their escape from a rebel attack in Llactapata along with S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Phil Coulson and his team.
Coulson decided to fly to the closest S.H.I.E.L.D. containment facility, to keep the 0-8-4 recovered in Peru in S.H.I.E.L.D.'s hands.[1]
