The "Insurgent Korg" Universe is an alternate reality where Korg successfully led a rebellion.

History[]

Kidnapped Korg[]

The Kronan Korg was not satisfied with how things were run on the planet he was on, so he incited and led a rebellion that suceeded. He became the most powerful person in his universe, leading Stephen Strange to learn of him. Strange kidnapped him in hopes of feeding im in the Forge, a device created to resurrect his destroyed universe that needed the souls of powerful beings. Korg was imprisoned in a Mirror Dimension cage in the Sanctum Infinitum, but was later freed along with the other prisoners by Captain Carter, leading to a riot which he participated in. Strange attempted to drop Korg into the Forge, but Carter and Kahhori saved him and sent him back to the Insurgent Korg universe.[1]

Trivia[]

  • This universe is a reference to the rebellion Korg tried to start mentioned in Thor: Ragnarok. However, that rebellion ultimately failed and was what caused him to be sent to Sakaar.
