Chancellor Hui (辉) was a high-ranking member of the Ten Rings who assisted Xu Wenwu in his search for Ta Lo. However, during the search, their car could not get through the forest maze, which resulted in Hui's death.

War on Iron Gang[]
As the war on the Iron Gang loomed on, Hui and his men killed most of the enemy's members. They just left one, who was captured. Hui watched as Xu Wenwu interrogated and threatened the member.[2]
Search for Ta Lo[]
In 1996, Hui was summoned by Xu Wenwu, who revealed his plan to find the ancient city of Ta Lo. Hui told Wenwu he'd send a scout team to search for it, but Wenwu insisted they travel immediately. Upon driving to the forest surrounding Ta Lo, they found that it kept changing due to a maze that was constantly moving. While driving to evade the forest closing in on them, Hui accidentally drove their jeep off a cliff. Wenwu was able to jump out, but Hui and the others inside the vehicle were all killed when it crashed to the ground below.[1]

- Ten Rings Headquarters: As a member of the Ten Rings, Hui worked at the organization's headquarters. Hui melted with Xu Wenwu in the compound, and left with Xu to find Ta Lo.
