The Howard and Maria Stark Foundation a foundation created by Tony Stark to fund projects for college students. The foundation was named after Tony's parents Howard and Maria Stark.

Having established the Howard and Maria Stark Foundation, Tony Stark went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he gave a presentation on the foundation the students. Stark then announced he was granting the foundation's grant to all the students, funding all their projects and encouraging them to invent the future.[1]
