Howard Anthony Stark is the founder of Stark Industries and father of Tony Stark.

Howard Stark founded Stark Industries and began building up company into a multi-million dollar weapons manufacturer. Stark came across of a small portion of vibranium but had to use it all. Stark eventually had a son, who would grow up to inherit the company he started after his death.[2]
