The "Hot Rod Red Skull Coupe" Universe is an alternate universe where HYDRA was a very strong and prominent organization that had a branded Helicarrier as well as a Tony Stark-esque coupe.

HYDRA became a very powerful entity in their universe and was able to take control of a Helicarrier, branding it with their logo.[1] Additionally, a Johann Schmidt's Coupe was rebranded to match Iron Man's Ford Flathead Roadster.[2]
