Party on Alpha Star Icarus[]

Hogun grew up with Sif, the Warriors Three, and Thor, who was very immature and threw many parties. On one occassion, a party on Alpha Star Icarus ended up destroying the planet.^[1]

Party on Midgard[]

With Odin in Odinsleep and Frigga away, Thor decided he wanted to throw another party. Hogun cautioned him against it, but Thor assured them Heimdall would not find out because they were going in Midgard, a place Heimdall did not care about. The group arrived and partied as many aliens attended. They then slept in a hotel room with Jane Foster and Rocket. Soon, Thor returned saying that Frigga was coming. They all scurried to clean up before posing like they were being taught a class by Thor. This proved to trick Frigga.^[1]

Vanir Physiology: As a Vanir, Hogun possesses all of the various superhuman attributes common among his people, including superhuman strength, durability, speed, agility, stamina, reflexes, healing, and was extremely long-lived.
- Superhuman Strength: Like all Vanir, Hogun possesses great superhuman strength, numerous times stronger than any normal human being.
- Superhuman Durability: Hogun's body is numerous times more resistant to physical and energy damage than any normal human being.
- Superhuman Speed: Hogun can run and move at great superhuman speed, much faster than any normal human being.
- Superhuman Agility: Hogun naturally possesses far greater agility, equilibrium, flexibility, dexterity, balance, and body coordination than any normal human being.
- Superhuman Stamina: Hogun's advanced musculature produces considerably fewer fatigue toxins during physical activity than any normal human being. His endurance allows him to exercise his maximum capacity for an extremely long period of time without tiring at all.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Hogun can react and dodge objects traveling at high speeds, much quicker than any normal human being.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite his body's resistance, Hogun can still be injured like any other Vanir. However, his metabolism enables him to rapidly regenerate damaged bodily tissue with far greater speed and efficiency than any normal human being.
- Longevity: Hogun, like all other Vanir, are extremely long-lived beings, Hogun ages at a pace far slower than any normal human being. Even though he is more than a thousand years old, Hogun still looks like a middle-aged man by Earth standards.
