Doctor Hilgard is a S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist who was supposed to meet with Jane Foster.
Jane Foster was brought to a S.H.I.E.L.D. facility in Tromsø, Norway, where Hilgard was scheduled to meet with her. However, two days later, Hilgard was delayed and unable to meet with Foster. This angered Foster, who planned to leave until she saw footage of the Battle of New York.[1]
