"He knows I'm working. Called him on his birthday and gave him all the Heroes of New York action figures."
Mike Peterson to Skye[src]

The Heroes of New York Action Figures or Avengers Action Figures is a set of action figures based on the Avengers.

History[]

"Do you know Captain America? I've got his action figure. But I lost the shield, so I made him a new one."
Vido Arocho to Jessica Jones[src]

A series of action figures, based on Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye were created to capitalize on the popularity of the Avengers, who had saved Earth from a Chitauri Invasion during the Battle of New York.[1]

Becoming a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, Mike Peterson bought all figures from the Avengers set for his son Ace Peterson as a birthday gift.[2] Searching for Ace at the Cybertek Manufacturing Facility, Skye brought his Hulk figure with her and strapped the backpack with it to Kyle Zeller, telling him that it was a bomb. After Zeller helped her find Peterson, Skye took a Hulk figure out of the backpack and gave it to Ace, telling him that he and his father were safe now.[3]

A Captain America figure was bought by Oscar Arocho as a gift for his son Vido. Vido lost the figure's shield, so he made a new shield himself and glued a magnet to it to apply it to his figure.[4]
