Henderson was a member of the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre who worked with Everett Ross.

Biography

Henderson started working for the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre at their Berlin facility. He developed a relationship with Everett Ross, who claimed to learn that Henderson hated cream in his coffee. He wore a skinny tie to work the day Natasha Romanoff was brought in for questioning and stood in the hallway near her room while Ross shared Henderson's coffee preference to demonstrate that he liked to learn about his teammates.
