Heimdall kept guard of the Bifrost Bridge on Asgard.
Heimdall witnessed Loki lose a bet to Thor. Heimdall then allowed Loki to go down to Earth and steal tons of money on a plane. Using the moniker of D.B. Cooper, Loki successfully stole the money and jumped just as Heimdall sucked him up from the sky and back to Asgard. Loki's stunt went down in history as a mystery.[1]
