Heian-Kyo is a town in Japan that received help from the Eternals after a Deviant was terrorizing their town.

History

Deviants Invasion

The town of Heian-Kyo was being attacked by a Deviant, which they called Onis. The worst one earned the name Kappa or "A Child From the Water". Soon, the Eternals, Makkari and Druig arrived to help. They were able to stop Kappa with aid from Yoshiie Minamoto. Minamoto then gave Druig their Onikirimaru as a gift.
