Hector Lennox was a super soldier and a member of the anti-nationalist group known as the Flag Smashers.

Biography

Early Life

Hector Lennox grew up admiring the superheroes in the world. He survived the Snap in 2018 and met several other survivors. In 2023, Hulk resurrected everyone who had been killed. Lennox watched the way the world attempted to return to the way it was before the Snap and was disappointed.

Flag Smashers

Lennox was a member of the Flag Smashers who believed the world was better when half of its population killed in the Snap. He and the others loaded boxes of vaccines onto a truck before setting off. Lennox was driving when Falcon, Bucky Barnes, Captain America, and Battlestar ambushed them. In the mirror, Lennox saw Falcon flying on the side. He swerved around trying to break Falcon off of him. When the group took care of them, they drove away.

Lennox and the Flag Smashers arrived at a safe house run by a fan named Rudy. The man gave them beds and food to seek shelter. Karli Morgenthau then warned everyone of what came next. However, nobody backed down and swore loyalty. Later, they packed everything onto a plane and had to leave quickly as Power Broker's men found them. Matias stayed behind to give them time to escape.

Raid of the GRC Supply Depot

The Flag Smashers then hit a Lithuanian GRC Supply Depot to get supplies. They carried out tanks of supplies. Dovich told Lennox and Diego to put the tanks in the second van. Lennox exclaimed that they seemed to be just sitting on the stuff and it was enough to feed camps. They then left, leaving Karli Morgenthau to blow up the camp.

The Flag Smashers met in a ruined building and ate. They listened to the news, disappointed that they were being painted as terrorists as well as the fact that a new Patch Act was being voted on, which is what they did not want. Lennox then attended Donya Madani's funeral.

Later, they were attacked by Falcon, Winter Soldier, Captain America, and Battlestar. Lennox saw Barnes running up the stairs and lept towards him. The two fought, with Lennox getting thrown down the stairs. Barnes then threw Lennox once again, this time into a brick wall. Lennox broke through the brick wall as Barnes told him to stay down.

New Plans

Back at the camp, they found that the Global Repatriation Council had raided it, putting flyers up everywhere. Karli Morgenthau grew mad, especially since Nico was killed in the ambush. She complained that they were not citizens of the planet. So, they all flew to New York City in order to stop the Patch Act vote from happening, which would displace people even more.

Attack on the GRC

Lennox accompanied Karli Morgenthau and the other Flag Smashers to New York City to target the GRC New York Headquarters to stop the Patch Act. Lennox was tasked with overseeing the transportation of the GRC members. Pretending to be a GRC employee, Lennox ushered members inside an armored truck and locked the door with a device. He then walked back to his van only to be bumped into Sharon Carter.

Lennox is killed from the mercury vapor

Carter apologized, while planting mercury vapor on Lennox, however, he remained unaware. After Carter had walked away, Lennox hopped into his van and then crashed into a car in front of him, as the acid burned his skin off of his face, and he died due to the acid exposure.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

• Artificially Enhanced Physiology: The Super Soldier Serum enhanced all of Lennox's bodily functions including strength, durability, speed, agility, stamina, reflexes, faster healing, and a longer life span.
  • Enhanced Strength: Lennox's strength was increased tremendously where he could rival his fellow or enemy super soldiers.
  • Enhanced Durability: Lennox could withstand many physical attacks, but was prone to chemical attacks, which eventually killed him.
  • Enhanced Speed: Lennox was able to run tremendously fast after being injected with the Super Soldier Serum.
  • Enhanced Agility: In battle, Lennox was able to display excellent agility to go toe-to-toe with his enemies.
  • Enhanced Stamina: Lennox could withstand fatigue that faced him in physical activities.
  • Enhanced Reflexes: Lennox was able to dodge incoming attacks with great efficiency.
  • Regenerative Healing Factor: Lennox was able to heal from his injuries very quickly, allowing him to get back into battle quickly when needed.
  • Longevity: Lennox could live for a very long time if he wasn't killed by Power Broker's mercury poisoning.

Abilities

• Expert Combatant: Lennox was able to hold his own against two avengers in Winter Soldier and Falcon and two highly trained army combatants, Captain America and Battlestar.

Trivia

• In the comics, Hector Lennox was empowered by the Power Broker and became known as Left-Winger alongside Jerome Johnson, who was known as Right-Winger. Lennox and Johnson worked with John Walker and Lemar Hoskins on the Bold Urban Commandos, but were stopped by Steve Rogers. Walker then fought Lennox and Johnson upon blaming them for his parents' death and killed them in an explosion.
