Hayes was a NYPD officer who responded to Abomination's rampage in Harlem.
Biography[]
Hayes and Stockwell were patrolling Harlem alleys when they heard the sound of roaring from Abomination. After watching as Jeffries attempted to shoot at Abomination, the two officers were told to drive a Humvee carrying Jeffries and Sterling as they continuously tracked Abomination.
Once Abomination had been located, Hayes and Stockwell watched as Jeffries and Sterling attempted to shoot Abomination with a Stark Industries Rocket Launcher. However, they soon watched as the rocket was caught by Abomination before the monster ran towards them, took a taxi, and threw it at the group, killing them.[2]
