Hawkeye's Prosthetic Arm is a cybernetic enhancement attached to the stump on Hawkeye's right shoulder to be used instead of the missing arm.
History[]
Clint Barton's right arm was cut off during the Ultron Offensive that eventually exterminated all life in the planet. Barton replaced his missing limb with a mechanical prosthetic arm.
During one of Ultron's attacks against Barton and Natasha Romanoff near Moscow, an Ultron Sentry had shot off Hawkeye's arm, forcing Hawkeye down and nearly killing him. However, Barton was saved by Romanoff as she offered Barton his arm, jokingly.
During the Ambush at the HYDRA Siberian Facility, Barton and Romanoff, alongside a Sentry containing Armim Zola's data consciousness, tried to make their escape from the facility, but seeing Ultron's armies nearing them, Barton decided to sacrifice himself in order for Romanoff to escape with the Sentry, destroying his arm in the process.[1]
