Stane's Arrest[]
Happy angry at Stane for organizing an attack on Tony
Once Tony Stark was freed from captivity, he held a press conference in which he announced that Erik Stevens would be Stark Industries' new chief of security, which Hogan disproved of as he believed he deserved it. Stevens would expose Obadiah Stane for working with the Ten Rigs, surprising Hogan. Stane tried to leave the stage as Stark called for security, leaving Hogan to knock out Stane.[2]

After learning of Tony Stark's death, Hogan questioned why it was not captured on cameras, to which Potts responded that J.A.R.V.I.S. was wiped. He was also surprised by the fact that the United States military was taking over Stark Industries.[2]
Personality[]
Hogan was shown to be prideful, believing that he should have been selected as the chief of security and remained spiteful of Erik Stevens. Yet, he was dedicated to serving Tony Stark and Pepper Potts.
