"What? This condo?"
"Yeah, yeah, the condo, I like the whole open floor plan."

Happy Hogan's Condominium is a condominium belonging to Happy Hogan, located on Long Island in New York City.

History[]

Happy Hogan's Residence[]

Happy Hogan moved into the condominium complex and brought Dum-E with him, having acquired him from Stark Industries. Hogan also put a picture of Morgan Stark in the living room and hung up drawings made by her.[1]

In July 2024, Peter Parker's identity as Spider-Man was exposed to the public. As such, protestors against him began to put himself and his aunt, May Parker, in harms way. To keep them safe, Happy Hogan offered for them to come and stay at his condominium.

As the condominium maintained tight security with a triple-locked exit door, a doorbell camera and an alarm system, the Parkers quickly settled in it. Hogan gave his bedroom to Parker, while he and her nephew slept in the living room. The next few months, Parker worked on his college applications and did his homework at the kitchen table.[1]

In November 2024, following a fracture in the Multiverse, Peter and May Parker brought universe-displaced people, who happened to be villains with their own Spider-Man, consisting of Norman Osborn, Otto Octavius, Max Dillon, and Flint Marko to the condominium, while Curt Connors opted to stay in the F.E.A.S.T. truck outside. After the group entered the condominium, Parker told his aunt that he feels bad about using Hogan's place like this but she told her nephew that he'll get over it.

Otto Octavius and Norman Osborn

Doctor Octopus questioning Parker in using a condominium

Upon entering, Dillon used his powers to turn on the television while Marko sat on the couch to watch it, but accidentally left a mess of sand, which he apologized for and tried to clean it up. Meanwhile, Osborn was checking out Dum-E while Doctor Octopus confronted Parker on his plan in using a condominium instead of a lab or facility to perform the cures that would help the group. Also, much to the Parkers surprise, Doctor Octopus made some snark comments, which Osborn overheard.

Doctor Octopus then told an oblivious Osborn that Parker was going to kill them all. Parker told Doctor Octopus that he hoped that he doesn't kill him and the rest of the villains. Before heading to the back room, Parker told Doctor Octopus that he was going to be cured first with Osborn, who was helping him in his plan to help the group, following him. Hearing this, Doctor Octopus protested and told Parker that he didn't need fixing, especially by a teenager like him who was using scraps from someone's junk drawer.

Happy Hogan's Kitchen

However, Dillon defended Parker because he sensed something in the back room and followed him. Parker then revealed the Stark Industries Fabricator to Osborn, Dillon and his aunt as he opened it. Seeing this, Parker's aunt thought it was a tanning bed Hogan broke while Dillon noticed an Arc Reactor inside the fabricator. Unfortunately, Parker accidentally dent the wall, which Doctor Octopus heard and expressed fear that Spider-Man was going to kill them all.

May Parker and Otto Octavius

After figuring out Octavius' problem, Parker told Osborn of his friends situation and worked together with him in curing him of his issue. Meanwhile, Parker's aunt offered Doctor Octopus a glass a water, which he accepted. However, Doctor Octopus became confused when Parker asked him if he wanted fresh water or salt because she thought he was part octopus. Hearing this, Parker immediately changed the subject when he saw his confusion.

Max Dillon

Also, Dillon was looking out of the window in the condominium as he was amazed by the possibilities of this universe, which Marko, who was looking at a picture of Morgan Stark in the living room, overheard. Marko thought Dillon was talking about the condominium. Although he does compliment on the condominium's design, Dillon told Marko that he was talking about this universe. Dillon and Marko then talked to each other as they told one another how they got their powers in their universes.

Osborn and Parker

Parker and Norman Osborn finished making a cure

While Spider-Man was finishing up Octavius' Neural Inhibitor Chip, Osborn remarkably watched as he commented on the technology and Parker's skills with it. Osborn also told Parker that once the whole situation was over and needed a job, if he was willing to commit to another universe. However, Parker didn't answer Osborn as the cure for Octavius was finished and were more pleased to see that it was ready. Parker immediately headed for the living room to show his aunt that the cure for Octavius was finished while Osborn excitedly watched.

Otto Octavius & Peter Parker

Once he arrived in the living room, Parker told his aunt that he had Octavius cure and asked her to set Doctor Octopus up, which she does. Osborn joined the group in watching Octavius being cured as he attempted to comfort his friend. After Octavius had his cure put into him, Parker and the group became worried when he lost consciousness, but were relived when he regained it. Octavius expressed his gratitude to Parker for his help then offered his aid to him and Osborn in making the rest of the cures, which they accepted.

Once Octavius was shown the Fabricator, he with Parker and Osborn worked on making cures for Dillon, Connors, Marko and the latter. After Dillon's cure was finished, Octavius grabbed it from the Fabricator. However, before giving Dillon's cure to Parker, Octavius went to talk to Osborn about the prospect of removing his Green Goblin alter for good. Hearing this, Osborn turned to Octavius' direction and gave him a slight smile. Meanwhile, after being given Electro's cure by Octavius, Parker put it on Dillon as he had a short conversation with him; however, he was interrupted when he heard that Marko's cure was ready and left for the back room.[1]

Escape from Spider-Man[]

However, while making some adjustment to Marko's cure, Parker's Spider-Sense was set off as he stopped what he was doing and gets up. Due to being in the same room with Spider-Man, Octavius and Osborn, who were unaware of his Spider-Sense, saw Parker's behavior as they became concern for their friend than asked him what was wrong. Walking to the living room, Parker told Octavius and Osborn that he doesn't know what's wrong as he called his aunt, who was upstairs.

Assessing a threat

Worried about their friend, Octavius and Osborn followed Parker to the living room as his aunt came down stairs then asked her nephew what was wrong. Seeing Parker in a panic, Dillon and Marko, who were also unaware of Spider-Man's spider-sense, became worried about him. Parker looked around the living room for the threat while Osborn headed over to Dum-E, which Octavius noticed. After he sensed that Osborn was being taken over by his Green Goblin alter, Parker webbed the scientist's hand to Dum-E.

Parker realizing that Green Goblin took over

Seeing that he had been caught, Green Goblin, who did not want to be removed from Osborn's mind and had his powers taken away from him, commented on Parker's spider-senses. Hearing Green Goblin taunting them, the Parkers and Octavius realized that it was Osborn's alter that was talking and not the scientist himself. Green Goblin then taunted the Parkers and Octavius for thinking that he was going to let them and Osborn take away his power.

However, Parker snuck to the back room in order to grab the renaming cures and was able to sneak back to the living room without being noticed. Green Goblin then convinced the uncured villains to turn against the Parkers and Octavius, which they do. Acquiring the Arc Reactor, Electro used his powers to blast Octavius through the condominium's window, which left a hold. Fortunately, Octavius used his tentacles to break his fall, but was forced to leave the area.

Electro then used the hole in the window to escape, as well as knocking out the electricity throughout the area. Also, Sandman and Lizard escaped the area as well. Meanwhile, Spider-Man confronted Green Goblin and fought him throughout the complex, as their confrontation ultimately resulted in the condominium's destruction. Green Goblin then used his glider to strike Parker with, which ended up killing her. Before leaving, Green Goblin deployed Pumpkin Bombs at the foyer and outside the area.[1]
