Officer Hanover is a Desk Sergeant for the Los Angeles Police Department.
Biography[]
Hanover was approached by Alex Wilder and Nico Minoru at the District 27 West Side Station, as they wanted to report two murders Destiny Gonzalez and Amy Minoru. Hanover asked Wilder and Minoru to wait because Flores had received an important call.[1]
