The HYDRA Enlightenment Cultivation Center was a HYDRA facility within the Framework in which HYDRA's opponents were sent, either dead or alive, following their arrest.

Antoine Triplett is imprisoned by HYDRA
In the Framework, the HYDRA Enlightenment Cultivation Center served as a detention center for HYDRA. Antoine Triplett was sent there after being arrested by HYDRA. However, the Enlightenment Cultivation Center did not only welcome living prisoners: indeed, when Jeffrey Mace and Phil Coulson intercepted a HYDRA bus en route to the Center, they discovered that it was full of dead bodies to be disposed of.[1] The Enlightenment Cultivation Center also housed captured children. Chris Adler was sent there after being taken out of his class[2] and was later joined by his classmate Burnell. There, the children were submitted to the Faustus method to be indoctrinated with HYDRA's propaganda.[1]

In an attempt to free fellow S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Antoine Triplett, the Patriot and Phil Coulson drove a stolen HYDRA bus to the Enlightenment Cultivation Center and infiltrated the building. Although they were successful in retrieving the agent, the operation caught HYDRA's attention who sent a squad led by Melinda May to arrest the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.
The Quarantine Building is destroyed
During the operation, Coulson discovered two of his former students, Chris Adler and Burnell, being indoctrinated with the Faustus method along other children in the Center's quarantine building. S.H.I.E.L.D. decide to release them. However, after being defeated by the Patriot, May ordered the destruction of the building, unaware that they were children in it. Chris was trapped beneath the debris but was saved by the Patriot. Although the Patriot managed to keep the building standing long enough to ensure everyone else would safely get out, the quarantine building eventually collapsed, killing the Patriot. The destruction of the Center was addressed by Sunil Bakshi when he reported the death of the Patriot.[1]
Deletion
Like everything else in the Framework, the Enlightenment Cultivation Center was eventually deleted when Aida decided to completely shut down the program.[3]
