Her Majesty's Ship, Neptune, shortened to HMS Neptune is a submarine owned by the Royal Navy.

Attack on UN-1[]
Infiltrated by the Skrull Resistance, HMS Neptune was launched from HMNB Clyde to attack UN-1. HMS Neptune reached the targeting position and locked onto UN-1 before receiving an override order from the Bob Fairbanks Skrull and aborting the launch.[1]
