Her Majesty's Naval Base, Clyde (HMNB Clyde), also designated as HMS Neptune, is an operating base for the Royal Navy located in Scotland, United Kingdom.

Launch of Neptune[]
On orders from Gravik, the Skrulls Zirksu, Pagon, and Beto, infiltrated HMNB Clyde. HMS Neptune was launched from the Naval base on orders from the Commodore Bob Fairbanks Skrull to attack the UN-1.[1]
