This storybook is a brief retelling of the events of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 from the Battle on Sovereign to the Attack on Berhert. There are slight oddities that occur in the artwork of this book, such as Rocket being depicted with Katie and Vicki prior to the Escape from the Eclector. However, this artwork is presented in an out-of-universe manner as an introduction to the members of the Guardians of the Galaxy, meaning that this doesn't affect the book's continuity.
