Rio Vidal is a warrior witch known as Green Witch and an old enemy of Agatha Harkness. Through Lilia Calderu's divination, she was revealed to be one of the four members of Agatha Harkness' coven.

Powers

• Magic: As a witch, Rio has access to powerful magic, allowing her to tap into the mystical forces of nature and perform great feats.
  • Witchcraft: Her heritage as a witch means that she is able to perform witchcraft, a type of magic used by many witches in order to control and manipulate the world around her.
    • Earth Magic: Rio is a green witch, meaning she is adept in magic relating to nature and the earth.
      • Telepathy: Rio can enter a persons mind and plant thoughts of her own into theirs.
      • Elemental Manipulation: As a green witch, Rio is connected to earth and nature along with its elements, giving her control over them. She was able to create powerful blasts of wind in her fight with Agatha to blow down her door and push her across the room.
      • Healing: After her fight with Agatha, Rio licked the witch's hand where it had been cut. When Agatha looked back at her hand, the wound had healed.

Abilities

• Master Sorceress: Rio is a powerful witch, assumably centuries old. This giving her an arsenal of spells and magical abilities.
• Master Combatant: Rio is a formidable fighter, as shown in her fight with Agatha able to jump from walls and almost kill Agatha in the process.

Behind the Scenes

• Aubrey Plaza's role as Rio Vidal in Agatha All Along overlapped with her role of Wow Platinum in Megalopolis during the show's last two weeks of filming. However, as both projects were shot in the same lot, Plaza was able to do both without many difficulties: "I would literally go from one to the other and would put my Wow wig on and my Wow costume on. And then the next day, I would go to the Agatha set and I’d be dressed as a warrior witch with a dagger and stuff. At one point, when I was dressed in the Marvel character, I snuck onto the Megalopolis set and I started harassing Giancarlo Esposito and Adam and everyone. It was absolutely insane behavior".
• Sarah Irwin was a stunt double for Aubrey Plaza in the role of the Green Witch.
